“I was having a conversation with a worker and noticed her using lots of organic ingredients and real Himalayan salt... this sparked my curiosity and I started paying attention to the food she was making ... I decided to buy lunch here after initially just grabbing my first ever coffee at this coffee shop .... to my surprise that dragon berry fruit bowl was absolutely amazing. I have never been to a place that uses clean ingredients like this. This was a great experience. 5 stars!“

“I have been to this Dunkin a couple times since coming to Peoria. Overall the service is always good. Food and Coffee is Dunkin quality and nothing to really complain about nor praise to the end of the earth, but I still really enjoy it personally. Only thing a little different about this location is their seating area is shoved into a tiny corner where there is no real space to sit. Went here on a date and found myself taking my date to my car right outside so we would not feel squished in with a father and son eating.“

“I'm very impressed with Ardor Breads. This old building used to be a plumber's office/store and they remodeled it into a nice restaurant. I came in for breakfast and sat near the counter, where I could see all the beautiful/tasty items coming out fresh from the kitchen, and I was truly amazed at all the delicious looking food. Nice crowd in here and many others were seated at tables outside. Place was packed! I loved my Zucchini Omelet with fresh orange juice. Staff were professional and very kind to me. “The drinks were absolutely delicious! I got the new iced matcha lavender oat milk latte and it was ahhhhh mazing! The service was fast and the people that were working the front counter were so kind.

“We stumbled upon this Starbucks location as we were driving through Illinois, back to Michigan. I am so glad we did! The sweetest blonde barista helped me order and customize a new drink and I LOVED IT!! Who knew I could love a drink more than my normal cold brew that I’ve been ordering (at least 3 times/week) for YEARS! She really was SO nice and pleasant and helpful. I don’t remember her name but I remember she was born in 1999😉 I hope you share these reviews with your employees because great people should be recognized!“

“Quality Dunkin location with a good group of friendly employees. I have been coming to this location for 2 years since coming to Peoria, and I have never known this place to let me down. Whenever there as been an issue with mobile orders, or issues with my order the team is always really understanding. The food is nothing speical but stil enjoyable. Coffee is good, but can be hit or miss, overall still something I find drinkable and lives up to satisfaction.“

“While I usually have a great experience at this Starbucks location, today I was told that I was "coming across very rude" because I asked a question about a drink. When the Oleato Oatmilk Latte was first introduced this past winter, it came with toffeenut included. I asked if it still came that way. I was told by multiple baristas that I must be thinking of the Oleato Shaken Espresso. I didn't raise my voice. I didn't get mean or nasty at being told what I'm thinking. In fact, I smiled through the entire exchange. But I did push back, because I know that the original drink was hot, and that it came with toffeenut automatically. And apparently that makes me rude? Starbucks, I expect better from your people.“

“Starbucks at 7610 N Orange Prairie Rd looks very happy indeed, beginning with its great location: it's in the indoor area of a giant, sparkling supermarket Hy-Vee. That makes the stop at Starbucks for a cup of coffee or a snack quite natural. The choice of options is clearly displayed on the menus and info boards, and the amiable, well-trained staff is happy to greet you and get the order ready. Cappuccino I ordered was good, just a little bit strong for me, and Crispy Grilled Cheese Sandwich was absolutely excellent -- fresh, hot and very tasty. The ambiance in this Starbucks also couldn't be happier -- it is placed in a very spacious area, has no closed walls around it -- so you can easily access it, besides it faces the flower section of the supermarket. Some bright flower bouquets and cute decorations are placed near the seating area, creating a cute little flower garden, of sorts (please, see the photos). The seating area itself is fairly small, but functional, and you can also eat at the dining area near the exit from the supermarket, or place the order as a take out. Starbucks also offers a lot of brand items for purchase, including gift cards. All the current sanitation regulations were observed by the staff and customers. I have been to this Starbucks several times lately -- and I always enjoyed my experience at this coffee shop. Thank you and see you soon!“

“(University St/ Peoria, IL Location) This morning I was ordering my drink in the drive-thru when I realized I forgot my debit card at home. I let the worker know and apologized. I began to back out of the drive-thru when the worker said it was on them today. She empathized with my bad luck and was beyond kind. I should have asked her name but she was working the drive-thru at 10:30am on 12/9. Thank you ❤“

“I work downtown and go here at least once a week. I order the same thing when I go, 16oz Fr Vanilla Latte with half and half. Depending who was working the counter I would get charged differently each time. $5.66 one day or $6.77 the next. I asked one day and was told I was being charged for the half and half. Ok fine, BUT today I go there and order the same drink and they wanted to charge me $7.00 for a 16oz??? Starbucks and Dunkin charge $4.49 for the same drink and size. I go to CXT to support local. But today was probably my last day. The gentleman today fixed me up and I was charged $5.00. I think you Managers better circle back because no one will pay $7.00 for a 16oz iced latte.“
