“We went to this Burger King one day and it was excellent! My family really loved this restaurant and wanted to come back the next day! The food, experience, and service was extremely good! The staff was nice enough to remind us about the free cones for our children! I would recommend coming here. Please be nice to the staff because they were extremely nice to us.“

“I can't say enough about this restaurant, and especially the manager, Jamie. I am traveling and placed an Uber Eats order with this restaurant. After a two hour debacle with Uber Eats, which ended in the driver stealing my food, and Uber Eats canceling my order, I finally called the restaurant to find out what actually happened. That's when I first talked to Jamie. She took the time to go listen to my story, and then go through everything that happened on their end. She even tried to contact Uber Eats, to find a way to fix the situation. She called me back several times, as she promised. While she wasn't able to help me get any satisfaction out of Uber Eats, she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I wish I found more people with her work ethic and desire to help, during my travels. Thanks Jamie!“

“The first time we ordered, we were disappointed with our food. However, they reached out right away, apologized, and gave us a discount for our next visit. We decided to try them again tonight, and everything was great. The food was cooked perfectly, the staff was nice, and my kids got to play a board game. If you had a less than stellar first experience with them, I would suggest giving them another try.“

“Our family just had an amazing restaurant experience at Red Robin in Edwardsville! Our son has Down syndrome and being in public places causes him a lot of anxiety. We haven’t been to a restaurant as a family in many years because the stress for him and everyone around him was just too much. On arrival the hostess was so accommodating! She let my husband look at the table options to see what would work best for our son. She worried about skipping over us on the wait list even though we were clear that we were totally fine with waiting for the table that worked best. The manager asked a server to take on an extra table so that we wouldn’t have to wait longer. Our server, Mason, was so kind to take on an extra table for us. Mason is an excellent server. He was very friendly with our boys, kept our drinks full, and brought our food and drinks very quickly. Our meals were delivered quick and delicious. Thank you Red Robin for giving us an awesome experience!“

Greg, Louis, and Eddie who were working the smoker when we left were so nice, told us all the ins and outs of the place, and truly take pride in their work. “Our large group (about 35) met at Linny’s for lunch gathering. It was the perfect venue for our group with great room setup. The food was delicious with great presentation. Our servers were absolutely amazing! With multiple orders, they fulfilled our requests while smiling the whole time. Linny’s is definitely a “let’s go there again” spot!“

“I don’t know what going on at the Pump house but things seem to be heading south. During the last several visits the service has not been good, especially if you’re not sitting at the bar. I’m sure they don’t have enough help like everywhere else. The steak I had this evening was luke warm at best. It looked like it had been setting on the counter at the grill for quite a while before it was brought out to our table. It’s probably time to start spending our money somewhere else.“

“This place has been on my radar since I moved to the mid west from the west coast and the burgers are really good, fresh nothing fancy just a solid hood burger. They make their own patties the fixings were fresh and crisp. No complaints but ask for extra seasoning on the fries.“

“Visiting family from Ohio and first time here, very nice and comfy atmosphere and our waitress was very nice and took very good care of us, and food was delicious and it was very busy when we went and our food we got very fast, didn't wait long at all, never have gotten food that fast before, we'll be back again when we come too visit again

“Normally I LOVE this place ... not tonight. 45 mins in the drive through to get a cold burger handed to me , minus my concrete. She said she would go back and get it. Waited 10 more minutes , went inside , the line is out the door . Asked for my concrete, they handed me a completely melted cup of custard .... I asked for my money back. They had plenty of help , but no organization . They were all running around doing 2 or 3 different things , not organized at all, The manger was no where to be found .. I was told she was in the bathroom. When she finally came out , she had an I do nit really care what your complaint is attitude . I got my money back and left ... normally the food is hot and fresh, it takes a bit , but I have never seen such a mess as tonight !“

“Attended a brunch with 8 of my friends, today, and our waiters name was Mike. First of all, he was wonderful. He was attentive, quick, and just all in all a delightful server.

Food was quite good and we had a great time.

My only complaint is the 3% Credit Card fee. It's not my responsibility to pay for what is considered a standard cost of running a business.“

“I had such great raves for a young man that worked at this store on August 2nd I have to share. I was traveling 64 on August 1st getting sleepy n hungry about 4pm I pulled off grabbed a fav of mine mushroom Swiss it was ok as usual but full n happy I went to get through St Louis before resting for night. Got about an hour away found a truckstop n rested. To my dismay waking about 4 am I wanted to get gas and tea in truckstop but searching for my wallet frantically it was nowhere to be found. I always stop retrace where was last use of my wallet n bam Hardee's. After Google gave me closest ones 2 calls is all it took great lady at 1st call told me they, Hardees, weren't off 64 but gave me # of or it might been just street name of the one that was. And yep Christian answered the call even before opening he searched the safe but no then I told him where I went in restaurant bathroom n booth. Now it might say a little bad about cleaners in the restaurant but bam there it was still sitting where I was the night before. “7 of us gathered from Illinois, Florida and Missouri for lunch. From the minute we stepped in the front door and were greeted. We felt special and like family. Such welcoming, friendly staff. Service was great. Food outstanding. The atmosphere was perfect for allowing us to reunite and catch up on lost time.“

“We were greeted by the general manager and the other workers chimed in as well with a hello. Even with being busy they made sure to be friendly and checked in to make sure everyone had what they needed. The general manager made sure to share with the other employees how wonderful of a job they did. The food was very good but it's the employees that made it a wonderful place to eat.“

“The lady inside was SO NICE and personable. My fiance had gone in to get our food while I tended to our baby and he ended up getting my sandwich toasted. I can’t eat warm meat so I took it back in myself and explained to her about my issue and she fixed it no problem and didn’t argue at all even tho it was definitely our fault!

“Pretty good place. Despite what people may say, I really like the place. The staff are very kind to me and my brother, we have sort of become regulars. All the employees are very friendly, and the food is good, (which is rare for me, I don’t like Hardee’s much as a restaurant chain). The floors are a bit sticky and a bug almost flew up my nose like five seconds ago, but other than the small flaws, it’s a very friendly place. Thanks for being so kind to us.“

“It is a fast food place and you order from a kiosk, so unless I am asking for something, I will not rate the service.
Let's talk about the food. Steak and shake is the original smash burger. In the fast food world, the burgers are my favorite ... the mustard-pickle relish is yum.
They have also changed to all beef tallow grease for the fries and in the process have gone from great to greater!
