“Thank you guys! The food was really hot and fresh. My husband doesn't like burger king but he even admitted it was really good. I had a double whopper and he had 2 double cheeseburgers. The restaurant and restrooms were also well kept and clean. Lavecia served us our order and took care of us. She was so sweet and kind. It felt like she really kept spirits up in the restaurant. “We came to this McDonald's to celebrate my granddaughters 7th bd. We'd been shut out from the our previous place. We're a small group of 2 kids and 5 adults. HAD A FANTASTIC TIME. Sherry knowing our dilemma made our visit into a very Happy Birthday. We all had great dinner, fun & memory's“

“I can't say enough about this restaurant, and especially the manager, Jamie. I am traveling and placed an Uber Eats order with this restaurant. After a two hour debacle with Uber Eats, which ended in the driver stealing my food, and Uber Eats canceling my order, I finally called the restaurant to find out what actually happened. That's when I first talked to Jamie. She took the time to go listen to my story, and then go through everything that happened on their end. She even tried to contact Uber Eats, to find a way to fix the situation. She called me back several times, as she promised. While she wasn't able to help me get any satisfaction out of Uber Eats, she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I wish I found more people with her work ethic and desire to help, during my travels. Thanks Jamie!“

“I was on lunch break was told food would be done in 10 minutes. waited 30. got back to work very late. To top it off the food was disgusting. I'm not sure if there was even a burger patty provided. what was om the sandwich was an over abundance of mayo and mustard like I guess I ordered a mustard and mayo sandwich. It was messy made the bun soggy and just all around gross. I was going to bring all my kidd back to eat and will NEVER EAR HERE AGAIN. A REFUND IS WANTED. 27 DOLLARS FOR 2 BURGERS 2 DRINKS AND 1 FRY AND THE PLAIN CHEESEBURGWR HAD ONIONS ON IT WASNT SUPPOSE TO. “The first time we ordered, we were disappointed with our food. However, they reached out right away, apologized, and gave us a discount for our next visit. We decided to try them again tonight, and everything was great. The food was cooked perfectly, the staff was nice, and my kids got to play a board game. If you had a less than stellar first experience with them, I would suggest giving them another try.“

“Stopped in on a whim today and actually decided to leave because it was so crowded, however, Andre the owner, caught us and talked us into staying. Gave me and my husband oowee burger, hot honey wings, and fries on the house. Told us we would not be disappointed if we stayed and my god, he was right! Hands down the best burger and wings Ive ever had in my entire life. We just left St. Louis headed back home to Ohio and I’m already craving some more of their food. Definitely will be back the next time we’re in STL. Everyone was incredibly nice and friendly and you could tell that Andre really cares about everyone that walks through his doors. “Our large group (about 35) met at Linny’s for lunch gathering. It was the perfect venue for our group with great room setup. The food was delicious with great presentation. “We just went for the first time tonight & hate we’ve missed out on going sooner! We are from Southern Indiana & it’s going to be hard to find anything to compare at home! Greg, Louis, and Eddie who were working the smoker when we left were so nice, told us all the ins and outs of the place, and truly take pride in their work. That pride is reflected in the delicious meal you’ll get! 10/10 recommend!“

“I don’t know what going on at the Pump house but things seem to be heading south. During the last several visits the service has not been good, especially if you’re not sitting at the bar. I’m sure they don’t have enough help like everywhere else. The steak I had this evening was luke warm at best. It looked like it had been setting on the counter at the grill for quite a while before it was brought out to our table. It’s probably time to start spending our money somewhere else.“

I talked to her for a bit because she was so helpful & personable that I had to tell her how she really made the experience. I was impressed with her leadership, as well as hospitality skills. “Had a wonderful time at the Eat Crow bar/restaurant. Staff were amazing. It had the most comical drink menu and served large tasty food. The decor was originally unique and fun. I could tell it was a popular local hangout where everyone was friendly. If I am ever in Soulard again while in St. Louie I plan to be a repeat patron. The best bonus of the evening was one of our bartenders looked like Joe Dirt and had a good sense of humor. A must checkout!“

“Our family just had an amazing restaurant experience at Red Robin in Edwardsville! Our son has Down syndrome and being in public places causes him a lot of anxiety. We haven’t been to a restaurant as a family in many years because the stress for him and everyone around him was just too much. On arrival the hostess was so accommodating! She let my husband look at the table options to see what would work best for our son. She worried about skipping over us on the wait list even though we were clear that we were totally fine with waiting for the table that worked best. The manager asked a server to take on an extra table so that we wouldn’t have to wait longer. Our server, Mason, was so kind to take on an extra table for us. Mason is an excellent server. He was very friendly with our boys, kept our drinks full, and brought our food and drinks very quickly. Our meals were delivered quick and delicious. Thank you Red Robin for giving us an awesome experience!“

To have the staff tell you that they appreciate you is a really nice change of pace, and if you’re having a bad day, I imagine between the ice cream and the staff you would leave feeling a lot better.“

“The food and staff at 54th St in Glen Carbon are great but I REALLY HATE how after the remodel they can’t open the patio doors. What is the point of even saying you have a patio when it is all closed up.“

“The lady inside was SO NICE and personable. My fiance had gone in to get our food while I tended to our baby and he ended up getting my sandwich toasted. I can’t eat warm meat so I took it back in myself and explained to her about my issue and she fixed it no problem and didn’t argue at all even tho it was definitely our fault!

“This place has been on my radar since I moved to the mid west from the west coast and the burgers are really good, fresh nothing fancy just a solid hood burger. They make their own patties the fixings were fresh and crisp. No complaints but ask for extra seasoning on the fries.“

“The only thing that disappoints about this place is they close early. The food is excellent, large portions for a small price and friendly people. I ordered the gyro and I got the soup with it. I expected a smaller bowl since it was not the main dish, but the bowl was a meal by itself. The gyro was delicious and they had real tzatziki sauce (cucumber sauce).“

“I've been to the steak 'n shake numerous times and I've always had a pretty good service but the service that I had Thursday was outstanding in the afternoon the guy came to us and asked us of our food was hot enough and if there was enough french fries in the plates I had a bowl of chili with onions and he asked me if it was hot enough and make sure I want to crackers and came back and asked us if we were okay again afterwards just steak n shake does not take your order at the table and he made sure to take care of us I don't know who he was he was an older gentleman kind of balls I think he was the manager but excellent service and yes I will be back again“

“Normally I LOVE this place ... not tonight. 45 mins in the drive through to get a cold burger handed to me , minus my concrete. She said she would go back and get it. Waited 10 more minutes , went inside , the line is out the door . Asked for my concrete, they handed me a completely melted cup of custard .... I asked for my money back. They had plenty of help , but no organization . They were all running around doing 2 or 3 different things , not organized at all, The manger was no where to be found .. I was told she was in the bathroom. When she finally came out , she had an I do nit really care what your complaint is attitude . I got my money back and left ... normally the food is hot and fresh, it takes a bit , but I have never seen such a mess as tonight !“

“I stopped by Applebee's for a cocktail. I tried their featured holiday drink. I was fun, festive, and had a decent amount of alcohol. The price was reasonable.
I recommend these drinks. Please drink responsibly.
The booth I was sitting in was worn out and uncomfortable. The carpets could use a good shampoo. The waiter was friendly and efficient.
I have dined here in the past and the food was tasty.
The restaurant is child friendly, wheelchair accessible and has plenty of free parking.

“Attended a brunch with 8 of my friends, today, and our waiters name was Mike. First of all, he was wonderful. He was attentive, quick, and just all in all a delightful server.

Food was quite good and we had a great time.

My only complaint is the 3% Credit Card fee. It's not my responsibility to pay for what is considered a standard cost of running a business.“

“We were greeted by the general manager and the other workers chimed in as well with a hello. Even with being busy they made sure to be friendly and checked in to make sure everyone had what they needed. The general manager made sure to share with the other employees how wonderful of a job they did. The food was very good but it's the employees that made it a wonderful place to eat.“

“Just got home from being on the road all day. Tried stopping at Taco Bell for some tacos. I guess asking if the shells are fresh is a big no no there. So I left the drive thru and went to Hardee’s. To my surprise they were doing a taco Tuesday deal. I ordered and when I pulled up. I asked the young lady if the shells were fresh. She said they are made fresh by order. Awesome. I waited about 5 min. I ordered a lot of tacos. Got home. Checked my taco shells. Fresh as can be. Thank you!! The actual taco place doesn’t sell fresh taco shells. You get only old stale ones. I’ll be happy to take my money to you Hardee’s if I can get fresh food.“

“It’s a semi nice lil spot but could use some HEAVY renovations. The crowd is older so I’m all for that the drinks are on point. However, on my last visit I was at the bar & I accidentally spilled my drink, while trying to pay, and the bartender informed she could remake it but there would be a $10 surcharge (mind you there is no signage of any kind around the bar stating this 🙄)to do so and that was on top of what the first drink cost plus the rest of my order. All I could do was laugh because I’d never heard of something so made up in my life, and for context I have over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry and I hold two degrees in culinary and hospitality management as well. So I guess common curiosity & customer service isn’t in the bartender employee handbook. I allowed her to remake it of course and paid the EXACT amount she asked as she stood there waiting for what could have been a tip I walked away. Please teach your bartenders proper customer service techniques and that common courtesy goes a long way.“
