“I’m not sure of the lady’a name that was working the drive thru window this morning on 6/10/24 but I have been going through a lot these past couple of weeks and was having a rough morning and her smile and how sweet she was really made me smile. She had awesome customer service and I thank her tremendously for being such a nice sweet person! The food was even great which made my morning even better!“

“The first time we ordered, we were disappointed with our food. However, they reached out right away, apologized, and gave us a discount for our next visit. We decided to try them again tonight, and everything was great. The food was cooked perfectly, the staff was nice, and my kids got to play a board game. If you had a less than stellar first experience with them, I would suggest giving them another try.“

It was messy made the bun soggy and just all around gross. I was going to bring all my kidd back to eat and will NEVER EAR HERE AGAIN. “I can't say enough about this restaurant, and especially the manager, Jamie. I am traveling and placed an Uber Eats order with this restaurant. After a two hour debacle with Uber Eats, which ended in the driver stealing my food, and Uber Eats canceling my order, I finally called the restaurant to find out what actually happened. That's when I first talked to Jamie. She took the time to go listen to my story, and then go through everything that happened on their end. She even tried to contact Uber Eats, to find a way to fix the situation. She called me back several times, as she promised. While she wasn't able to help me get any satisfaction out of Uber Eats, she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I wish I found more people with her work ethic and desire to help, during my travels. Thanks Jamie!“

Imagine a St. Louis Blues fan watching their team miss an easy goal. Complete disbelief mixed with "Why, universe, why?" Then, the bread and pickles at the condiment station pulled a Houdini on us. “This is the best Burger King in my area. Ashley N. always gets the order right. I have been going here for a couple years. I have never been parked waiting on an order. The sandwiches are hot and made to order every time. Keep up the good work everyone it’s amazing.“

We started with the beer pretzel appetizers. Fan-damn-tastic. Superb! The cheese dip that comes with it, as well as the honey mustard dressing, were exceptional compliments.

Wings are great. Recommend the garlic sauce if you are into lots of garlic. Really tasty.

Atmosphere is top notch. Dress up, dress down. Just relax and enjoy.“

“Our family just had an amazing restaurant experience at Red Robin in Edwardsville! Our son has Down syndrome and being in public places causes him a lot of anxiety. We haven’t been to a restaurant as a family in many years because the stress for him and everyone around him was just too much. On arrival the hostess was so accommodating! She let my husband look at the table options to see what would work best for our son. She worried about skipping over us on the wait list even though we were clear that we were totally fine with waiting for the table that worked best. The manager asked a server to take on an extra table so that we wouldn’t have to wait longer. Our server, Mason, was so kind to take on an extra table for us. Mason is an excellent server. He was very friendly with our boys, kept our drinks full, and brought our food and drinks very quickly. Our meals were delivered quick and delicious. Thank you Red Robin for giving us an awesome experience!“

“The food and staff at 54th St in Glen Carbon are great but I REALLY HATE how after the remodel they can’t open the patio doors. What is the point of even saying you have a patio when it is all closed up.“

“This place has been on my radar since I moved to the mid west from the west coast and the burgers are really good, fresh nothing fancy just a solid hood burger. They make their own patties the fixings were fresh and crisp. No complaints but ask for extra seasoning on the fries.“

“Normally I LOVE this place ... not tonight. 45 mins in the drive through to get a cold burger handed to me , minus my concrete. She said she would go back and get it. Waited 10 more minutes , went inside , the line is out the door . Asked for my concrete, they handed me a completely melted cup of custard .... I asked for my money back. They had plenty of help , but no organization . They were all running around doing 2 or 3 different things , not organized at all, The manger was no where to be found .. I was told she was in the bathroom. When she finally came out , she had an I do nit really care what your complaint is attitude . I got my money back and left ... normally the food is hot and fresh, it takes a bit , but I have never seen such a mess as tonight !“

Even with being busy they made sure to be friendly and checked in to make sure everyone had what they needed. “First time visiting a Freddy’s. Caught by surprise when I was greeted as I walked in. Patty melt was amazing. Double burger was good. Love the shoe string fries and onion rings. Hotdog was also good. Chicken fingers - wow! Peppermint Oreo shake was just right and the dirt and worms concrete was a solid. Would visit again given the opportunity. “I had such great raves for a young man that worked at this store on August 2nd I have to share. I was traveling 64 on August 1st getting sleepy n hungry about 4pm I pulled off grabbed a fav of mine mushroom Swiss it was ok as usual but full n happy I went to get through St Louis before resting for night. Got about an hour away found a truckstop n rested. To my dismay waking about 4 am I wanted to get gas and tea in truckstop but searching for my wallet frantically it was nowhere to be found. I always stop retrace where was last use of my wallet n bam Hardee's. After Google gave me closest ones 2 calls is all it took great lady at 1st call told me they, Hardees, weren't off 64 but gave me # of or it might been just street name of the one that was. And yep Christian answered the call even before opening he searched the safe but no then I told him where I went in restaurant bathroom n booth. Now it might say a little bad about cleaners in the restaurant but bam there it was still sitting where I was the night before.
