“I ordered online and got errors stating problems with website on 12/16. I stopped by as it appeared that everything went through including the charge. I stopped by the store and the manager saw what I was seeing and worked with me to get my order processed (which was not easily resolved). He was very patient and helped get my order processed. Very nice, friendly, and helpful staff.“

“The first waitress that came to our table took my drink order, when she came back, she sat my drink on the table and immediately turned around and walked away without asking if we were ready, which we were. Then a second waitress showed up to take our order and everything was fine after that.“

“Our monthly guy & gal get together was at Sybergs and more people arrived than expected. YEP, we always ask that everyone RSVP so we can make reservations. Anyway the staff was great and managed to get everyone seated at two tables for lunch and everyone seemed to enjoy one another company & we must've all enjoyed meals, I did, cuz there were no complaints. Too many orders to say who ordered what. We were all seated comfortably, Even late arrival. These were former Classmates & we didn't all go to same University but we stay in touch. Our Waiter was Charming with an A+ Customer Service attitude, as was the Hostess who seated us. There are alcoholic beverages available & TVs with sports programming all over the place. Great place to dine, plus it's spacious whether it's a group or individuals stopping by for sports updates & a drink or just a Coke and a Smile 😀 They are an Amiable Group. Even as we were leaving we were asked how was the service.“

“My family had came today and they have been multiple times but I wanted to try it so we went. They are amazing, once you order they are quick with food even when it’s really busy, I got a drink, it was a little watered down when getting but I didn’t mind at all I still enjoyed it. They play really good music, Paramore, Deftone, and such. everyone is so nice and the food is great!“

“1-23-2025 @ 4:55 pm the employee with the tan beanie on actually read each line on the receipt and checked to make sure everything was there. I didn't have to ask her for the extra sauce cup that is stored separately from the hot food order!!
The only down side was the sauce cups seemed low. I would rather pay extra and have them filled at least 3/4 full. For now I'll just buy EXTRA EXTRA cups 😆“

“Just had another fantastic experience at M's Mart today in Collinsville! The staff here truly makes every visit a pleasure. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, just like they always are. It's so refreshing to find a place that consistently provides such great products and goes above and beyond with their customer service. “The food and service is good. I'm giving a 4 star due to the price of the honey BBQ chicken being too high. I went last week and was told for three pieces of honey BBQ chicken with no sides no bisquit was $13. Also, the honey bbq taste like ketchup mix with a little brown sugar(awful) its definitely NOT the honey bbq recipe that was served approx. 20 years ago. Wow!! I hope the price decreases soon.“

“I see a few negative reviews of this place and I can tell you that whatever issues they had they have resolved. Ordered my food at roughly 11pm on Friday and got it sooner than expected with the food being very warm. Food was very very good and had a nice presentation to it. Most places its hit or miss when ordering late and close to their closing. But I wouldn't hesitate to order again. Delivery driver was awesome. This place deserves 5 stars.“

“Good place to eat, order occasionally. It’s frustrating they refuse to deliver to Hartford yet the deliver to south roxana. Then they say it was changed where they will deliver to Hartford if I call. I then called to order on March 14th and was told they aren’t supposed to and the manager said they’ve been doing against the bosses wishes the whole time. Make up your minds. Especially when Pizza Hut is my go to for pizza and I have to get out every time I want some. I don’t have a car at the moment to just get up and go.“

I forget her name, but she apologized for the issues and offered to send the correct pizza as soon as possible. I made an online order and it was taking a little longer than expected due to the dinner rush and the lobby was packed pretty full a couple people seemed irritated and this young man handled everything so well. He checked with every single person in there got their names and food orders and gave them updates on where their food process was.
