“The food surprised me here. The burgers and tortas are my favorite. The pizza is better when ordering a whole one than ones sold by the slice, due to being fresh. For having pizza in the name I was surprised that so much of the other food beats the pizza. The Mexican, the pasta, the burger, and app all rank higher for me than the pizza. It’s a frequent and convenient stop for me.“

“Recently I’ve had the privilege of not only meeting the owner of this establishment but also trying their meatball sandwiches, which is one of their top sellers. First bite, you can tell immediately that this was made with a lot of love and care. It legit felt like a hug from my grandmother every bite. Every part of this sandwich, from the bread to the sauce, and even the meatballs, you can tell that no shortcuts were taken. It’s clearly an artisanal sandwich. By far one of the best meatball sandwiches I’ve had. Even talking with the owner you can tell that he’s proud of his product. His food speaks for itself. “I tracked my order and it stayed on "we are baking your order". It never alerted me it was done, so I went in at the end of the estimated pick up time and it was ready. But it was now, not fresh and hot like I like it. I order from time to time and this was the first time I was not happy with my pizza.“

“When I arrived at LAX late at night, I was disappointed to find that all the food options were closed. Hungry and unsure of what to get, I stumbled upon a Farmer’s Fridge vending machine and decided to give it a try. I chose the chicken Caesar salad, not expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, the flavors were well-balanced, and it tasted far better than I anticipated. It was a convenient and satisfying option, and I’d definitely grab one again in a pinch!“

“Get the Mediterranean bowl with steak, so delicious. Feels healthy and delicious all in one. The guacamole and chips are addictive. I could eat a bowl of just the hummus and guac.“

“Our reservation was for 5pm and we walked in at 502pm. The food for both my wife and I were absolutely the best Italian food we have ever had. The price was excellent for such great quality. “We had a group of 40 people and this place handled it flawlessly. The food came out quickly and all the orders were spot on. Everything was delish—the pancakes are perfect and the bacon is sooooo good. The coffee is solid and the fruit bowls are huge—and fresh! Those who got eggs and omelets were also very pleased. All around couldn’t recommend this place more. Just flat out great!! Service was also excellent. Will be back any time I’m close.“

“Great food, comfortable atmosphere, wonderful staff and an incredible chef! Have eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner many times here and I’ve never had a bad meal! I recently hosted a dinner for a baby shower for my daughter in their side room. Had 14 people with a catered menu of chicken limone, beef tenderloin, gnocchi, salad, roasted potatoes, and grilled vegetables for a very reasonable price. The food was delicious and the service was superb. This is the second dinner like this that I have done here and it was amazing! Thank you Ms. Medina, Jose , Dorita, and Chef Jose!“

Bummer is that they don't have dine-in service plates so every order uses plastic like with carry out orders.

“I wanted to give this location props for their lunch on 8/17. Walking in around 1pm, I could tell they had had their butts handed to them and were obviously understaffed. However, in my perspective they were handling the hangry customers very well, were staying calm and the staff that was present seemed to know what they were doing. The only reason for 4 stars is because and (this has happened more than once at this location) rather than suggesting I try my Pesto Cavatappi with pork, they tell me it comes with pork, which is not true. There is an additional charge for any meat on this bowl.“

The manager took my call and commiserated with me a bit and suggested that I place my order directly with them via their website. Since I am just across the parking lot and can't leave my location (I was running out of time for my lunch), he graciously offered to run my order to me personally. JC showed up a matter of minutes later with my extremely tasty food and a smile!. I love their Lobster Bisque soup and mine was still nice and hot. Bonus... While on the website, I registered for the Cafe Zupas loyalty program and got a Free beverage! And, even though I have a discount on GH from my Amazon Prime account, my bill was nearly $8 cheaper! Overall, my experience today with Cafe Zupas Schaumburg has been stellar and I'll be ordering from them (directly, no more GrubHub) frequently and encouraging my coworkers and clients to do the same. Now where is that chocolate covered strawberry for my dessert. Yummy!“

All at very reasonable prices considering it's in an airport. 2 of the veggie burritos (one had guac, which was an extra $2.59) came to just under $30. They have a seperate Vegan menu that's clearly labeled, with 3 different options. The veggies were fresh- squash, kale, spinach.
