“This is literally the best Subway I've ever been to. Mike is the nicest guy who is always there when I visit. He always remembers my order and will never let me forget the side of giardinara that I always order for my husband. This location also accepts all coupons, regardless of expiration. The actual owner (whose name I forgot - I only met him once) is a very nice guy who explained that his focus is on excellent customer service. Really rare for a fast food franchise owner. Love this place and will go out of my way just for the great service!“

“I was coming into Walmart to purchase some juice when I noticed Charley’s Cheesesteak inside. It was lunchtime so I decided to grab a bite to eat. I was greeted by Afeera and she so kind and helpful. I was undecided on what to get to so she gave me suggestions. The food was great. It was very hot and fresh. I will be returning again. “This is a place for people who appreciate quality ingredients and aren't looking for a 'grab n' go' type deli. The prices might seem high if you'reused to large franchise type delis, but these are not small sandwiches and can definitely be shared or have for multiple days. The menu is focused on European style sandwiches that are each unique and delicious. This is the place to try if you have a hankering for a good deli sandwich!“

“I work for ALDI corporate, and we've had Rammys cater our team building event in Elk Grove for three years now. Their subs are AMAZING, they are a breeze to work with and so friendly. My group loves the subs, the bread is fresh and don't get me started on the turtle brownies. On a personal note, the tuna sub is superb. Im very picky about tuna salad and I loved every bite. I went a second time to try more things. I wouldn't recommend the potato pancakes. I don't know if it was an off day but the potatoes were dry, like they were left out for too long and then fried.
But the belly lox sandwich was amazing! On the salty side but that's how we like it. It came with a side of potato salad which was also amazing.

The food was good but not great. The bagel and cream cheese were good and standard but the pastrami hash and eggs were okay with not a lot of flavor. I'll definitely go back to try different Bagels and other items.“

“I've never tried Jersey Mike's ever...I was a Jimmy johns and subway person..but after Christina, Charlie and Troy ALWAYS make me and my family's sandwich PERFECT every time!!! They are so nice..its a way better atmosphere than subway and Jimmy John's. SERIOUSLY!!!“

“I came into the shop with two adults with special needs. One of the owners took our orders. I forgot to ask her, her name. She took the time to ask the individuals I was with about what kind of meat they liked. She asked them if they liked pepperoni? They do. She suggested a sandwich for them, and they both said yes. She asked them if they wanted their sandwiches toasted, then she said do you want your sandwiches hot or cold. The individual understood her verbiage, and said hot, and the other individual said cold. She pointed to all the toppings that could go on their sandwiches. She did this one by one, and the individuals had the choice to what they wanted on their sandwich, instead of not having a choice. They both ordered chips, cookies, and a drink. She went to the fountain machine with their cups, and pointed out to each of the selection of soda’s. Again, giving them a choice. She even asked if they wanted ice, she took the time to fill up the drinks for them, and brought their drinks to where we were sitting. She even helped bring them their sandwich’s to the table. The individuals wanted chocolate chip cookies, but they were not done yet. She told us, it was going to take 20 minutes to be done, and asked us if we wanted to wait for them? When they were done, she brought them to us. I didn’t get a chocolate chip cookie, but she gave me a free one. I thanked her for her big heart, her kindness. I thought she didn’t look at the individuals as less than human, or stare at them like they were different. I gave her a side hug. She left out, and another staff member asked us how everyone was doing? I told him about how pleased I was with the owner. He told me he was the owner too, and that was his wife. I thought how amazing for a husband and wife to be so loving! His name is Monty. I will never forget how the individuals felt, and how I felt with the amount of patience and kindness coming from them, because honestly, I feel you always remember how someone made you feel, and I feel with the way the world is now, and for Monty and his wife to go above and beyond with no hesitation, says a lot about this store. Even their son was sitting at one of the tables, talking with another customer. He seemed so polite from what I observed. I am a loyal person, and I live in Palatine, and I love subway. Honestly, I’m not going to go to another subway restaurant. The store was very clean, and they bathroom were spotless. I could tell they took pride in their work and their store, just to show me how much they appreciated their customers. Monty and his wife lol thank you so much. The one individual, kept asking me yesterday when we got back to their house, if I left the review yet, and asked what I was going to say? 🥰❤️ I would have given them a trillion stars if that was an option. 🤣 Thank you and please don’t hesitate to go to this subway“

“The place to go when you are shopping at Walmart if you ever get hungry, they have the best sandwiches in town. Are you especially like the subway melt which is ham, turkey, ham, bacon, and probably melted on it and then I had a lot of ingredients. I usually do it with multi Italian bread .“

“I recently ordered from Potbelly and had an interesting experience that turned out quite positive! Initially, I thought I was ordering a delicious sandwich but opened my order to find it mostly meat. It was a learning moment for me, as I realized I needed to add the extras!

I also mistakenly opened a salad instead of just the sandwich, which made my bill seem a bit higher than expected. When I reached out to the manager to clarify the situation, they were incredibly understanding and took care of everything promptly.

“When I saw this deli open I thought, ho hum, just another deli. This is not ‘just another deli’. Selection is great, food has been outstanding. I especially like using their iPhone app. Easy to order and make customizations to your sandwich. I like to substitute the wheat wrap on my Spicy Southwest Chicken. The Chicken Tortilla soup is also fantastic - just enough heat for me. My wife loves the Savannah Chop salad. If you plan to eat in, study the menu before you go. You’ll have a hard time deciding! In my experience the prices for all there items we’ve ordered are reasonable. Example - the Savannah Chop salad was $8.89. Not bad for a large salad with grilled chicken. Support this business because they are a differentiator.“

“I've gone to this Subway location in the past. They're busy at lunchtime, it seems like they're even busier during the summer. Today they were short staffed, but they were also out of meat for the new italiano sandwiches? And then the guy ahead of me had 3 sandwiches that he needed made custom. How can someone come in at lunchtime and do that. Maybe next time call it in. I waited 15 min to my order in. And the one bathroom has been out of order for at least a month. Corporate or the owner of this location can't get someone to fix the bathroom?“
