“Seen this place for years and finally tried it. I was in Aaw. Their pizza is fresh and tasty. The tomato and basil are fresh this is nothing sprinkled on out of a jar. You pay for what you get. The price was not expensive either. Very saucy and didn’t need to ask for extra toppings.“

I didn’t order the Yucca Gnocci before the kitchen closed so I didn’t get to try that but everything we had was amazing. Loved the sangria and birds of a feather cocktails too!“

“Our server was very helpful in guiding us through our choices for our main course. All 4 of us were very pleased with our food. “SBK is everything… the pastries and cookies are so delicious, always a decadent treat. The savory sandwiches, so flavorful with house made sauces in the mix. Weekends start off right with an SBK pizza on a Friday night. I’ve been coming here for years. During Covid, SBK became my local grocery store. One of my favorite establishments in Chicago, I will always be a fan.“

El día de hoy, martes 26 de noviembre, llegué a cenar a las 8:45 pm confiando en la información publicada en sus redes sociales, donde claramente se especifica que el horario de cierre es a las 11:00 pm. No obstante, a las 9:30 pm ya se estaba anunciando el "último llamado" para bebidas alcohólicas. Además, durante mi estancia, fui testigo de cómo dos familias fueron rechazadas para cenar por el mismo motivo: el restaurante estaba cerrando antes de tiempo debido a "la falta de clientes". Entiendo que puedan surgir situaciones operativas, pero considero que este tipo de decisiones impacta negativamente en la experiencia de sus clientes. Cuando se anuncia un horario de cierre, los clientes planeamos nuestras visitas en base a esa información. De no ser posible mantener el horario anunciado, sería más transparente ajustarlo oficialmente en sus plataformas para que las personas puedan planear con anticipación y, en caso necesario, optar por otras opciones. Por último, quiero mencionar que esta inconformidad fue compartida con nuestra mesera, quien nos escuchó con amabilidad. Sin embargo, creo que esta situación requiere un ajuste desde la gerencia para evitar malentendidos en el futuro.
