“Excellent and authentic Mexican food. The salsa is ridiculously good, the chicken tortilla soup is amazing, the al pastor tacos are delicious, and the skirt steak is perfectly seasoned and grilled. Oh, and don't forget the margaritas! Staff is lovely and service is great! This continues to be our favorite Mexican restaurant in the Western suburbs!“

The burrito was stuffed with perfectly seasoned meat, fresh pico de gallo, beans, rice, and all the right toppings—every bite was delicious. The chips were warm, crispy, and paired perfectly with the creamy queso, fresh salsa, and homemade guacamole. You can tell everything is made with quality ingredients.

And the margarita? Easily one of the best I’ve had! Perfectly chilled, refreshing, with just the right balance of citrus and tequila—not too sweet and incredibly smooth. It was the perfect complement to the meal.

“In 2017, I picked up my older brother at Midway to come home to the funeral of our youngest brother that committed suicide at 23 yers old. We swung over to Vito and Nick's to get a pizza and talk. It was our first time there. We ended up telling the waitress the situation because we had both been crying. Next thing we know, the kitchen had par-baked like 8 large pizzas of all types, and gave us a hand-written note giving us condolences and instructions on how to finish baking the pizzas. They said they wanted to make sure my family was well-fed in our time of tragedy ❤ And the pizza is INCREDIBLE ❤ SPECIAL, SPECIAL PLACE“

“My wife and I visited Chief O’Neil’s last night for a late drink during a quick trip to Chicago. We were personally greeted and served by proprietor Anluan McKinney who took great care of us and told us about the pub’s history. The food and drinks were wonderful and the pub was clean, comfortable, and authentic. It may be my favorite Irish pub in the US.“

El día de hoy, martes 26 de noviembre, llegué a cenar a las 8:45 pm confiando en la información publicada en sus redes sociales, donde claramente se especifica que el horario de cierre es a las 11:00 pm. No obstante, a las 9:30 pm ya se estaba anunciando el "último llamado" para bebidas alcohólicas. Además, durante mi estancia, fui testigo de cómo dos familias fueron rechazadas para cenar por el mismo motivo: el restaurante estaba cerrando antes de tiempo debido a "la falta de clientes". Entiendo que puedan surgir situaciones operativas, pero considero que este tipo de decisiones impacta negativamente en la experiencia de sus clientes. Cuando se anuncia un horario de cierre, los clientes planeamos nuestras visitas en base a esa información. De no ser posible mantener el horario anunciado, sería más transparente ajustarlo oficialmente en sus plataformas para que las personas puedan planear con anticipación y, en caso necesario, optar por otras opciones. Por último, quiero mencionar que esta inconformidad fue compartida con nuestra mesera, quien nos escuchó con amabilidad. Sin embargo, creo que esta situación requiere un ajuste desde la gerencia para evitar malentendidos en el futuro. Agradezco de antemano su atención a esta situación y espero que se tomen las medidas necesarias para garantizar que su excelente servicio sea consistente en todos los aspectos. “We’re not from around here and I’m SO glad we gave this place a try. Everything was great! Service, environment, food, quantity and prices. I wish we could bring them home with us! We tried taco dinner(asada, lomo & al pastor) and chimichanga. Salsa and chips served and they make fresh guacamole to your liking. Loved it!!! Our horchata and Jamaica were super large cups and tasted delicious and fresh. 100% recommend this little place.“

We went back for the first time in years a few weeks ago and were absolutely delighted by everything. We returned on Sunday afternoon and continue to be bowled over inspite of the noisy laughter coming from a couple of women in a corner booth.“
