“It was very quiet when we were there. The sandwiches were made promptly, well balanced and loaded with the ingredients we requested. Staff was polite. Our only big complaint is the unisex bathrooms. I get tired of grabbing a wad of toilet paper to lower the seat that someone has just peed all over. Bring back separate bathrooms please. I got Beach Turkey with extra veggies and Don got a Cuban without mayo. Both were delicious.“

“Saw this place plenty of times on social media and finally gave it a try today. Ordered the Philly cheesesteak combo with fries and a drink; also got a 6 piece buffalo wings. Ended up getting 2 of their homemade ranches, which have this great dill flavor. Everything was absolutely delicious especially because it’s all cooked in beef tallow. The cheesesteak had a generous portion of steak and cheese on it, all served on this fresh seeded bread that had a delicious garlic bread taste. The buffalo wings were great too. Everything was cooked fresh but the star was that dill ranch. I put it on everything and it just amplified the flavors. Definitely going to be visiting again, highly recommended.“

“Went here with my Auntie, Fizi and Nick was very friendly with us, they were guiding us throughout the way and even pointed out what we can do to get a discount. We presented a coupon but we forgot to check the date, it was invalid to use already. But then Fizi helped us with the app and we got the $5 discount (not much but it’s something) Then Nick was friendly and attentive with our food as well. Great staff, good food, good price. “I must say, I've eaten at many phenomenal chicken establishments (Harolds, JJs, Sharks, Uncle Remjs, Chicagos Chicken Shack, Fry The Cool, etc.), but this place is truly on another level. We live in Naperville but I saw this place on Instagram and I just had to come here. Wonderful people behind the counter. I got the honey butter chicken sandwich and loaded fries. My girlfiend got the garlic parm boneless wings and fries. We were blown away by the freshness and taste. I already prefer my chicken and fries fried in beef tallow, but the fries here were so crispy and flavorful and you really taste the delicious tallow. The chicken in my sandwich was so crisp and juicy and tender. I was so excited to eat it I burnt my tongue from how hot it was and it was still one of the best meals I've ever had LOL. The loaded fries are out of this world. My girlfends enjoyed her meal too. No driving distance is too far for this place. Well certainly be back.“

“We have never had a bad meal at Mean Weiner. We have ordered in and eaten in the restaurant. We have made many changes to our orders and have never had a problem. “I absolutely love having this boba shop so close to our home! I’ve been here a couple of times now, and Beck and Asem have always been so kind, genuine, and welcoming. You can really tell that they care about their customers and genuinely want you to enjoy your drink. They even take the time to ask if you like it and make sure you’re happy with it, which I really appreciate.

“Al’s Hot Dogs has been an awesome addition to Long Grove! So far, I’ve tried the Italian beef, cheesesteak, cheeseburger, and fries, and everything has been absolutely amazing! The food is consistently delicious, and you can tell they’re doing things right.

My only criticism is that the wait times to order and receive your food can be a little longer than you’d like, but hopefully that improves as they get settled in. Regardless, the food is well worth the wait!

So happy to have such a great new spot in Long Grove. Looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu!“

“Love their food but some improvement is needed with ordering. I’ve had 2 issues which I wasn’t going to mention the first one but after today I decided to write about it so maybe Managment can see and tweak things a bit. First issue a while ago (I think about 5-7 months ago) I ordered a plain cheeseburger with fries and bottled water. Drive away from the drive-through and as I get ready to eat my food 10 min later I realize they didn’t put cheese on it. So I drove back and said I asked for a plain cheeseburger and you guys forgot to put the cheese on. Girl says ok and gets me a new one. Drive away and I park in front of the store to just take a peak and guess what. Again no cheese. Burgers have no cheese. Cheeseburgers have cheese. A plain cheeseburger gets nothing else except for cheese. A plain burger is just a bun and the burger patty. I just wanted to eat so I moved on and ate my plain burger. Today I ordered a Buffalo ranch chicken salad but I asked if I can have the chicken grilled instead of the breaded one and they gave me chicken without Buffalo sauce. If they weren’t sure they could have asked but this wasn’t for me. And this was not their first time ordering this item but they’ve never had an issue so somehow this message was confusing either to the kitchen or how it was rung in. This was ordered at 5:04:50 PM on 2/10/2022 receipt DT98. Order Id: AAANPKMJAQAH at the 861 E. Rand Rd. My. Prospect location. We didn’t have the energy to drive back and get the right chicken. “It’s a good sandwich place. I tried a few of their sandwiches and haven’t had one I didn’t. You can also modify them to your liking. It’s usually not busy which I like because we can order and get our food quickly. This is our daughter’s favorite sandwich place (she’s 4 but knows what she likes lol).“

“I don't even know where to start. We went after graduation with our sailor. It wasn't crowded and everyone was so nice and so helpful. We ordered individual meals and an additional deep dish pizza (which was DELICIOUS) and it wasn't too expensive at all. Everyone enjoyed the variety of their individual meals and we definitely loved the pizza. The customer service had a great hometown feel and we felt right at home.“

I don't know if anyone's seen that McDonald's movie, the founder and Michael Keaton, the founder goes up to a McDonald's and orders, a hamburger fries and a Coke. And as he's getting the change and 5 seconds later, he gets the meal. Well, as you know, that has but if you ever go to some of these locations, I'm not talking about every location. But I've experienced this at the let's see it is the Sheridan road. Location north of laola university and oh my God, I ordered the food. Got the change went to the end of the counter with my cup and the food was there before I made it to grab the cup before I made it to the end of the counter 10 steps away to grab my cup. The food was ready before I grabbed my cup to get my they make get your own drinks but yes, that's the only thing it literally got ready. “Absolutely amazing! The 1/2 Greek Chicken at The Gyros Factory is one of the best meals I’ve had in Des Plaines. Perfectly seasoned, cooked on the bone, and unbelievably tender. The rice pilaf and Greek potatoes complete the plate beautifully. A must-try!“
