“This Subway is excellent. The staff is friendly and personable and quick to serve you. This restaurant seems noticeably cleaner than most. It’s a couple miles further away, but it’s my favorite. I greatly appreciate their efforts.

Parking: This Subway is located right off a fairly busy highway but the parking is ample and a nearby traffic light makes for easy access to the highway.”

“Today was my first time visiting & I was highly disappointed. Not because of the drinks or food but because of the lack of customer service. I went in right before closing, not realizing it since it was my first time there. But I was going to pick up something for a friend. Anyway, I walked in & there were three people behind the counter, one man & two ladies. They all looked at me while they were talking & then turned away as if I hadn't come in. I stepped back to make sure I was in the right place. As I turned to leave, there was another lady walking by so I confirmed I was in the right location & asked if I could still place an order. She says yes & started talking to one of the ladies behind the counter. But I made her aware of what happened & she was a little helpful. However, I ended up not placing an order. It's hard for me to walk into a place of business & not be acknowledged at all & still do business. I left feeling really disappointed. After being gone for 10 years, I'm relearning Springfield & finding new places to enjoy. But this is one place I will not be returning to. I'm not sure if anyone will care, but I just couldn't let the rudeness & lack of customer service slide.”

“I went in this morning and had a great breakfast! I misunderstood an ad about them having B&G all day when it wasn't supposed to be until 10, but someone from the kitchen came up and said she'd make it for me anyway! The gravy was SO good, I ate it up quick!! Got a chai latte too and it was delicious as well. Such great customer service and just a cute place. It's near my work, so I'm going to try and go more to support them!”

“A very cozy place with an ordering counter and a sit-down dining room if you're sticking around. Despite the counter service, the staff was lovely, welcoming, and attentive. They brought fresh bread to the table, unfortunately with a small to-go cup with a small drizzle of olive oil and another of pre-grated parm. A slightly more generous cup of olive oil would have been nice. The carbonara pasta would have been good off the bat if they had properly seasoned it, but some of the extra parm and a generous dose of black pepper got it there in the end. The pizza was the star of the night. Chewy dough with really good gluten development, very nice sauce that was balanced and a nice contrast to the cheese, and quality toppings that weren't too much or too little. Was very tempted by the cannoli in the case, but I will leave it to others to try as I was stuffed. Could be a great place but needs to tighten it up a bit. Would try again though if just for pizza and to try that cannoli.”

“There probably was less than one chicken strip or half a chicken patty cut up for my pony shoe. I could have cooked a chicken patty myself. Zero flavor. Honestly use to love their food but the last couple trips have been disappointing.”

“I just wanted to give a little shoutout to Dino at Route 66 MotorHeads Bar & Grill, Museum & Entertainment Complex. I’ve been here multiple times before without kids but this is the second time I’ve been here with my kids. The first time was a couple weeks ago when we were headed to a tournament in Chatham. The kids and I stopped for lunch before we headed there. My son has high functioning autism so he takes particular interest in classic cars. While we waited for our food he ventured outside to check out the classic cars and struck a conversation with Dino. After a bit, Dino told me how well mannered my son was and then told me son to always check to see if he was there next time we were in. My son felt like ROYALTY. Most people do not give my son the time of day because he he operates differently and struggles with social conversation. Dino didn’t care. As soon as we left my son said “WE HAVE TO COME BACK TO SEE DINO, I LOVE THIS PLACE” Fast forward to today, yet again another tournament in Jacksonville meant a surprise stop for my kids at Motorheads. My son didn’t even sit down to order his drink, he immediately looked for Dino. Unfortunately, he wasn’t there. We had the same waitress as last time and she remembered us. She told my son she would go double check to see if he was there but he wasn’t. 10 minutes later….Dino walks in with his daughter and greeted my son with excitement and told him he brought a different car this time so once he was done ordering his food he’ll show my son his SSR. My son was STOKED and so excited that he remembered him. He let my son sit in the SSR and showed him the engine and how it operates. He taught my son the ins and outs of his Vette the first time and the SSR this time. This lengthy post is just to say that Motorheads will always have a special place in our hearts because it’s the perfect place for families and they LOVE showing kids the hot rods. Specifically to Dino: Thank you for showing such special attention to a boy that just wants to learn but normally gets a cold shoulder. He’s curious and you noticed that immediately. Dino, you’re my son’s new hero and best friend (you don’t know that but you’re forced now 😂). You don’t know how much it means to me as a mom to see this for my son. We love and appreciate the hell out of you.”
