Something else is my husband normally eats more than just his meal and he didn't tonight why some may ask that's because he was full off of his. Even my little one was satisfied with her meal. The atmosphere is amazing too with the life size marvel characters throughout the entire restaurant. Definitely will be returning.

Their salads make me feel responsible, their burgers make me forget I was trying to be, and the fries? Let’s just say they disappear faster than my willpower. “Had a group of 19 women in for lunch today. Went in last week to let staff know we were coming on Monday at 11 am. I arrived, no tables were set up and I had to help arrange tables. All of our meals were very good. There was a huge variety on the menu choices. I asked our waitress if I might have a gift card ( $10 or $15) to draw from among the women. Was told the manager could not get ahold of the owners to ask if this was okay. Really? Anyway, every 2 months I make a reservation for us all to go to lunch. Never been turned down before. I was so eager to try the greens and yams and let me tell you i was not disappointed, even order an order of each to just take home . Had the rib tips and chicken and both were delicious. Strawberry shortcake was on point . Will definitely be back again even if it’s just for sides . ??“

Prior to visiting I was reading through other reviews and a lot of them mention the lack of smiling from the staff, and those reviews do seem to hold true. Working in the food industry isn't always the best so I completely understand. Despite the lack of smiles, the one staff member we interacted with was very nice. When the milkshake I had ordered didn't come out with our food initially, she upgraded it to a large free of charge.“

“I just really love it here. There’s always a place for me and always a happy face to serve me. The food is great, everything is great and the friendly atmosphere means everything to me. I’m an older single female and usually come for the fish fry on Fridays but everything I’ve had here is very good. I never get any weird looks for being alone and female whether I sit at a table or the bar and that means the world to me because sometimes I just want to get away. I would give them more stars if I could because I’ve been here quite a few times now and the service has always been second to none and that’s very hard to find these days. Always a pleasure to have a bite to eat or just chill out!“

“So, I’ve been here for breakfast which was very good, the duck butt muffins are excellent. This time did the very uniquely midwestern thing, and went for pizza at the farm. Best pizza in Beloit. It’s only available once a month, check their facebook page, and only during the summer months, but so worth it.“

They do have some Mexican food especially that torta that they had for a week special ...which I wanted to try since I am fan of tortas but had opted for Texas Patty Melt because I am more in mood for some bacon.“

“If you are looking for where the locals would go, then you've found it! The service was excellent and impressive given how busy it was (6: 45 pm on a friday). The drinks were tasty and refreshing (we both ordered the "Super Sipper") and the food was high end for small town tavern fair.“
