“Foodwise, is truly a wonderful story, somebody in the kitchen knows what to do and that translates all the way to our braines stirring waves of good sensations.Their turkish culture habits, the hours limitation for certain types of food, do not always overlap with other's schedule or expectations. The staff is very polite and forthcoming but that's so much they can do.The atmosphere is a bit bizzare, the music for example, is not in tune with the specific, the way that the tables are set, suggests rather a train fare than a regular restaurant.Their sweets shop however, is there to take away all possible clouds and make your day.Parking: Plenty of parking“
“These politics out these dangerous times in the world. We need unity not division in this day and age. People should enjoy donuts and coffee in a non political environment. I suggest that the owner of this establishment should tell the person who put up several Israeli flags to remove them. The donuts were excellent and the customer service was great. I do not feel comfortable going back to this establishment who obviously promotes and supports a political agenda. Let's stick with good food and great customer service this is a winning mix.“
“Had lunch in...chicken parmesan was dry, not enough sauce, chicken tasted old, didn't like. Would have liked ice water at table rather than having to purchase $2 bottles of water. Bread was excellent. Paid and tipped, but no table service, so not sure why.Cannolis that we took to-go for a birthday were fantastic. Rosemary focaccia to-go, also great.“
“We are so glad that we stopped by this hidden gem small family own business. Although the store display look kind of empty, what they have are very good. We had the BBQ pork bun (very good), 3 kind of Mille crepe cake (strawberry, rainbow and coffee, all are delicious), mini cookies (also delicious). We also had brown sugar bubble tea and taro sago coconut milk drink (soo good). If you order $30 or more, you get a free Mille crepe cake. Plus, the lady owner is very friendly. We are so happy to find this Asian bakery/dessert place in the Barrington area. We will come back for sure.“
“We have lived here for a year now and finally had the opportunity to visit this place. It did not disappoint! I felt like I was back in New York at one of the Italian places I used to frequently visit in my childhood. It was very nostalgic for me and the food did not disappoint! “Our wedding cake turned out absolutely STUNNING and delicious. We received so many compliments on our cake because it was so good. It was definitely the best cake I've ever had. It was so fresh and turned out absolutely beautiful. They made the experience of designing our cake so easy and I trusted them throughout the whole process. Such a timeless design and the size was absolutely perfect. They exceeded our expectations and we will be going back for other goodies and may make it a tradition to order a cake for our wedding anniversaries. Highly recommend!! “
“I stopped by for the first time last week while I was in the area and was absolutely thrilled with what I found! This place is amazing, both in terms of food and service! Such a small spot with so much to choose from. We ordered a khachapuri hot from the oven, some pkhali, eggplant walnut rolls- all delicious! There’s also a frozen section with khinkali dumplings and khachapuri to take home. Not to mention the Georgian wines, spices, and sauces available for purchase. I even found my favorite tarragon lemonade there! I can’t say enough good things about this little gem of a shop. I’ll be back!“
“Not gonna lie, I ended up here because my husband and I needed a quick snack, and I tried to go to Choo Choo down the street, but they were packed. When I walked in, there was a long line, and that seemed promising, plus it was moving quickly. We wanted something savory, so we ordered a ham and cheese croissant, a goat cheese and pesto croissant, and a spinach quiche. They warmed up the pastries and brought them out to our table pretty quickly. I was surprised the pastries were so good. The croissants were so flakey and delightful. The spinach quiche had a lovely crust. I completely forgot to take pictures because I was in a rush and starving, but I also saw a security sign that said no camera allowed. I wish they had more savory pastry options with meat, but the ham and cheese croissant was all they had when I visited. I did see that they had sandwiches that could be ordered, so I might try that if I am ever in the area again.“

“The Best Bakery in the North West suburbs of Chicago. I lived in the area for over 31years before moving to AZ. We have been in Arizona for almost six years and I have been searching for a bakery that comes close to Peterson's. I have not found one yet. The bakeries that I have found in Arizona don't have danish sweet rolls. They don't have the same fillings. The Swedish flops are a special treat. Peterson's was a regular stop on my way home from church. If you enjoy fresh bakery goods and are in the Hoffman Estates area you should try them. They are on W Algonquin Road in Hoffman Estates. I hope they will ship to AZ.“

“If I can give this bakery 10 stars I would. We ordered two birthday cakes/pastries here for my daughter's birthday. My sister in law loves ordering here for her party and that was when I tried their cakes and oh my goodness, It was one of the best cake I have ever had. Its a little pricey but Its so worth it. “Best pastries around!! My favs are the onion roll and the chocolate cream ones. We also always get the crustless bread. I've even gotten my daughter into loving the turtles. We also get the bun with the hot dog inside and a few others. I will say it does get crowded but it's goes relatively fast. And there are trays with tongs to grab the pastries yourself. The staff are super friendly and helpful and inside is cute with cute decor. Also get the tiramsu! Def would recommend to anybody and will always keep coming myself.“

The coolers are stocked with every cream cheese flavor you could want. There are plenty of tables for dine in, and the counter service turns out orders quickly. “Was in the area and had to make a stop back to Mochinut. The flavors this week looked really good. I love the texture and chewiness of these donuts. They are light and not overly sweet. We enjoyed the original glazed and churro at the store. My sister was expecting the glazed to be a sugar rush. But to her surprise it wasn't too sweet, but perfect! She had her first mochiball and loved the strawberry filling. Great little after noon treat to enjoy with hot tea on this frigid cold weekend!“
“What a fabulous and beautiful coffee shop. Each suburb needs one of these. The cappuccino was perfect, not bitter and not too much milk with lots of frost. We also enjoyed a scone and an apricot and cherry tart which were so yummy. The decor is very welcoming. A very lovely place that I’m looking forward to visiting again and hopefully soon.“

“I’m a gluten free girl and it’s hard to find good dessert that’s gluten free and cheap. My mom had surprised me with a too good to go bag from here and OH MY GOD. I think probably the best cookies I’ve ever had. My favorite was the pecan Carmel, I think it was the best cookie. And would eat these everyday if I could. I live in the city so I’m not able to come here often. But next time I’m in the suburbs I’m headed here for sure!“
