“During quarantine, I have visited this location MANY, MANY times. Always between 10 and midnight, and have had the BEST service from an employee named Alex (Alexis). For anyone to remain so consistent, cheerful, kind and efficient ALL the time is such a RARE find. “First time going there and we are a party of 9. There are only 2 staffs but they move so quick taking and making our orders as well I believe online orders. They greeted us with a smile and happily explained everything on the menu also their raffle/ promo/. The ambience is great. The place is clean. I got the Sesame Matcha Milk and it was good.“

“Every time I order with the woman with a buzzcut (I believe her name is Diane)at the drive thru she is consistently extremely friendly, helpful, patient and in general just excellent at all facets of customer service. I always get a little excited when it is her who takes my order thru the drive thru. I'm honestly not sure why (unless she personally doesn't want to be) she isn't a part of the management team. It could really use some improvement as it stands, sad that a "regular staff" goes above and beyond all the time when management is snarky and treats costumers as if they are a burden.Should be noted that every time.i order a coke with no ice it is rang in correctly per my receipt but somehow EVERY TIME has ice. So much ice.And God forbid I ask for that miatake to be corrected by the second window staff who make the drinks... its like i may as well have asked them to scale the building without using their hands.

Kid-friendliness: Play place is nice for the kids, but be prepared all day on weekends and anytime from 330-730 on weekdays for overwhelmingly loud bellowing echos of screams. mostly acreams of joy... I hope. And to clean your own table because the customers are awful people who assume they are somehow too good to take the messes their children make to the trash or cleanup after themselves even though it goes without saying you clear your own trash at McDonald's.Also, avoid the playplace bathroom at all costs. That's self-explanatory.“

“I’ve been coming to this location since I moved to the neighborhood just because it’s the most convenient to me. The type of service I get is extremely different from what time of day I happen to visit. I’ve been in at 11 and received snappy service and cold and soggy food. This past week I’ve visited a few times in the late afternoon and seen the exact opposite. The two people running the store were extremely friendly and attentive, made sure they got my order right and made me delicious food. One day in particular there was a bit of a wait maybe 5 minutes or so and the young woman was very sorry for the wait and gave me a free extra donut as an apology. During the time I spent in the store I noticed them having a great time working together which reminds me of working at Dunkin with my college roommate a few years ago. It’s so nice. Morning crew needs to learn a lesson from these two. Especially about those hash browns. I hated the cold and soggy hash browns that morning crew gave me. But the nice hot and crispy ones that the young lady gave me were perfect. I will no longer accept hash browns or food from any other employee besides her. The tall man in the morning with dark hair is the most unpleasant to be around. Obviously hates his job. Needs to be fired as he is extremely rude and never smiles. The woman that’s usually with him seems way too defensive all the time. Can’t even acknowledge there was an issue with my order without her giving attitude immediately. I will only be coming in the afternoons from now on

“We called this Dunkin to place a very large order (over 150 donuts and coffee) for a work event. All the staff were helpful and had items sorted and ready for us ahead of time, ready to put in our cars. Farha was also extremely proactive and helpful with making sure everything was correct and organized for us. Thank you!“
