“We were on a visit to Chicago and stopped by Kung Fu Tea in Rolling Meadows, IL for some boba. I took my daughter and we got the Oreo Wow Tea — it was amazing, probably the best we’ve had in a long time! Highly recommend. They offer great flavor/combos, and the service was super quick — in and out in under 4 minutes. Loved it!“

“During quarantine, I have visited this location MANY, MANY times. Always between 10 and midnight, and have had the BEST service from an employee named Alex (Alexis). For anyone to remain so consistent, cheerful, kind and efficient ALL the time is such a RARE find. This is a very remarkable young man and I hope that there is an internal way that you reward this exemplary conduct. He deserves the recognition.“

“Whoever manages this McDonald's is a flipping saint. It's one I frequent quite often and there doesn't seem to be a time when someone's not yelling or berating the staff about something wrong about their meal. And almost 100% of the time it's the customer that is bat guano crazy.
There was a guy that was ready to jump over the counter because there wasn't enough onions on his hamburger he opened it up and it was tons of onions on it he wanted a full cup of onions and he was berating them and swearing at them so bad. The manager kept their composure and offered a more onions like a true champion.
Hey folks when you're out there remember these people are trying as hard as I can to do their job be kind to them.
The staff is really really friendly add services quick. Like a good old regular McDonald's. What more do you need“

“I’ve been coming to this location since I moved to the neighborhood just because it’s the most convenient to me. The type of service I get is extremely different from what time of day I happen to visit. I’ve been in at 11 and received snappy service and cold and soggy food. This past week I’ve visited a few times in the late afternoon and seen the exact opposite. The two people running the store were extremely friendly and attentive, made sure they got my order right and made me delicious food. One day in particular there was a bit of a wait maybe 5 minutes or so and the young woman was very sorry for the wait and gave me a free extra donut as an apology. During the time I spent in the store I noticed them having a great time working together which reminds me of working at Dunkin with my college roommate a few years ago. It’s so nice. Morning crew needs to learn a lesson from these two. Especially about those hash browns. I hated the cold and soggy hash browns that morning crew gave me. But the nice hot and crispy ones that the young lady gave me were perfect. I will no longer accept hash browns or food from any other employee besides her. The tall man in the morning with dark hair is the most unpleasant to be around. Obviously hates his job. Needs to be fired as he is extremely rude and never smiles. The woman that’s usually with him seems way too defensive all the time. Can’t even acknowledge there was an issue with my order without her giving attitude immediately. I will only be coming in the afternoons from now on

“We called this Dunkin to place a very large order (over 150 donuts and coffee) for a work event. All the staff were helpful and had items sorted and ready for us ahead of time, ready to put in our cars. Farha was also extremely proactive and helpful with making sure everything was correct and organized for us. Thank you!“
