“It's been over two weeks since my family and I visited The Polish American Bistro. It would be remiss of me not to leave a wonderful review of this lovely restaurant! Ania and Darek, the owners, are the nicest and most hospitable people ever! Since I have family in Poland, it was fun to talk to them about their homeland. Now about their food . . . it's completely amazing! I ordered galumpki (ground beef and rice wrapped in cabbage). The tomato sauce on top was so delicious, it spun circles around the sauce my grandma used to make (sorry, Grandma!)! My husband ate a breaded pork cutlet with mashed potatoes. SO tasty! And my daughter opted for a cheeseburger that looked and tasted so great that we even returned the next day to order another cheeseburger to go! Our entrees were accompanied by a side of two types of salad - one made of marinated red cabbage, and the other was their super delectable authentic Polish sour cream, cucumbers and dill. As you can tell, our dinner itself was a 5-star experience. Last but not least, I must discuss their DESSERTS! When you walk into Ania and Darek's restaurant, your eyes will immediately be drawn to their multi-tier display of desserts. Unfortunately, since our stomachs were full after our delicious dinner, we couldn't even think of dessert. However, take-home was still an option! So I asked Ania to escort me to the dessert case and tell me about her sweet treats. It turns out she owns a bakery in another suburb, and all the desserts are made on location at the bakery FROM SCRATCH! So we took a few home (see photo), ate them the next evening, and they did not disappoint! I loved them all, especially the vanilla custard inside the eclair and fruit tart! The chocolately hazelnut dessert was a Kinder Bueno torte. I want to go back and try more of these amazing treats! “Second time visiting this wonderful establishment today. First time had their tropical glaze hotdog and it was out of this world good! Today tried their special for the month the Oktoberfest burger DELISHOUS! Onion Rings and cheese fries were both really good as well. Can't wait to try more on their menu. A must try if you are in the Mount Prospect area...You won't be disappointed.“

“We moved here two years ago from NY and finally had Josh’s for dinner. Their menu is fantastic, with a lot of different options. We had the Ribs and Greek Chicken dinner. My husband said “these are amongst the best ribs I’ve ever had”. The Greek chicken was amazing. The food portions are more than generous. This will be our Friday night go to place for sure! The staff was also so friendly!“

“We are Costco members from past 11 years and really love our Costco store. Costco carries huge selection of fresh fruits at reasonable prices. We always love our fresh fruits from here. In addition to it, Costco have always come to our rescue when it comes to renovations including buying flooring, outdoor lights, furniture. And their customer service is TOP NOTCH. We never think twice buying from Costco knowing the fact Costco got us covered.“

“I grew up on Super dawg and had to visit on my Chicagoland visit. I was staying closer to the Wheeling location in the Northwest suburbs. They have a true Chicago dog, with neon green relish, sport peppers and poopy seed bun. It was a treat to also find a pickled green tomato.

On the downside, hot dogs seemed smaller and definitely less crinkle fries, in. A smaller box. Perhaps next time I will order just the hot dog and a side of fries as a better value and more fries. They have more food options available for those that aren't into hot dogs. A nostalgic place to visit.

“I wish I took pictures, but we ate everything so quickly… IT’S JUST SO GOOD! We had the Korean hotdogs, mochi donuts and boba coffee and milk tea. Every week they have different mochi donut flavors, try them all! For the Korean hotdogs, you choose your flavor, then if you want mozzarella/sausage, and a dipping sauce. Also, the actual location is cute and inviting with extra seating in the back. Highly recommend!“

“Gyro, frys, and a drink $17.18. They charge 3.5% more if your don't have cash. The food was really good, I mean really good. Service was not the best ever but who cares it's fine. The atmosphere is really bad. Bathroom is barely in working order and there are signs everywhere that just scream cheapness. Only one refill, take only what your need not more, 3.5% check increase if you use card. All these things aren't crazy but combined it just comes off as cheap.“

Got my food an it was phenomenal I got a mushroom burger with Onions rings and a drink. “Their burgers are great! Every ingredient in a burger was fresh and tasty. I’ve visited other allocations too, but I specifically like this location because of their services. The manager-looking-guy was working so hard to make sure everything was running smoothly. He cared not just about their food but also the bathroom and everything. “Addison A&W is always clean, even the tables are regularly washed. The food is tasty and well portioned. A highlight is the Mushroom Onion Melt, it had plenty of grilled onion and mushrooms with well melted Swiss. They serve the drinks in glass mugs in the dining room which makes a great cold drink with out needing ice. The Zero Sugar Root Beer is great.“
