“I absolutely LOVE BBM! I have started coming to the Edwardsville location about a month or so ago. Purchased probably like 30-40 meals so far which have all been delish and not to mention very filling! I love that the meals can last up to two weeks in the fridge and can even be frozen, which elimates soooo much waste when meal prepping myself or purchasing elsewhere. I have sent a few friends your way with nothing but compliments from them as well. If you are on the fence, highly suggest popping in!“

“My husband, myself, our german shepherd, and chihuahua go to this location almost everyday. Although the coffee is fantastic and I honestly can't get over hearing "scoot around" every time I'm there, that's not the reason we frequent this location. From the above and beyond customer service, to the simple smile and hello how is your day, not to mention the lovins and spoiling my dogs get every morning. I just want to say your guys kindness does not go un-noticed and is very much appreciated, thanks for making my day today as well. ❤️“

“We hit these when traveling from time to time. Had the hot Turtle Mocha and it was ok. I find their coffees to be on the sweet side. I prefer to have the coffee flavor lead.
We also had a frozen coffee condition witch, I was told was good.
We drove through and the service was fairly quick.“

“So I normally don't write reviews, but I am a regular at this Scooter's location. I was there this morning to grab an iced coffee and a burrito before I head to Missouri for work. When I first got there, the line was long and I was at the very beginning of the entrance. However, the workers did an amazing job despite how busy it was. I got my order in under 10 minutes. They were very efficient and I think they all deserve a raise! This place always had my business and they will continue to keep having my business!! (*^‿^*)
(The Pumpkin Caramelicious was also amazing!!!! I definitely understand the hype now! Haha)“

“Great staff, good food but on the expensive side. $50 for breakfast is a little much! Food was good except biscuits and gravy should include the whole biscuits not half.“
“First of all I love Starbucks! But for the last 2 days I've went to the Fairview Heights location to get my same drink. The caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino, and for 2 days straight I've asked for light caramel drizzle because it's too sweet and extra crunch. It even says it on the label stuck to my drink, but yet it's covered in caramel and there's no extra crunch. And I know sometimes we become complacent because we're in a hurry we're making the same drink every day multiple times, but I usually have to get a spoon and scrape it out. I will even pay more next time I go, just to get what I ask for...“

“Austin was super informative about the CAFFEINE in the tea. He and Brian researched how much caffeine. The NEW Fairview location told me ZERO caffeine I was down with a MASSIVE HEADACHE for over 24 hours. I love the drink though. I ordered the NEW Cherry Chia. “Wish they would not turn outside sign lights on if they are not open yet. Several times I would stop in for breakfast cause the lights was on, normally indicating they was open and then pull up in the drive through and the recording saying we are closed..“
“This place has gotten so much better! The new staff is amazing. Everyone has been SO nice and professional. The building is so clean and the quality of the products seems so much better. We use to completely avoid this place but we absolutely love coming for donuts or ice cream now!“

“Walked over while car was being serviced in the area to have my favorite antidepressant: quad venti mocha whole milk… a triple is a great mood booster, too. 25+ years to attest: I’m still alive and breathing. Logan Kimmick is a shining example of a great manager who cares about not only his job, but his customers!!
