“They have the best Potato soup around .. went there the first day they opened and there service was awesome .. quick and fast and the staff are amazing .. “I am from out of town and thought I would stop in for lunch. Honestly I have to say the Korean short ribs were the best that I have ever had. I’ve had them many many places in different states and by far theirs is the best. Very nice very friendly and I will be back a few times before I head back to Ohio. I wish I could take them with me.“
“This place is located inside gamechangers. My family came here for dinner and it did not disappoint. We had the taternador with pulled pork on top. The mac daddy mac and cheese also with pulled pork on top. We also had some amazingly delicious ribs. The ribs were so good. They had a little pull to them and were very meaty. My family and I can not wait to go back and try more stuff.“

“I’ve been getting barbecue from Louisiana’s for over 5 years. The food is amazing. Ribs aren’t tough it’s slow cooked. Momma says it’s “Memphis style Barbecue”. The sauce is perfect not spicy or sweet; it’s just on point! Best thing to do is make an order, they will not disappoint. Employee recommended it and said it was the most popular. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I loved it. Everything was fantastic to the spicy bbq sauce itself. Top notch. Highly recommend.“

“I thought I had ribs before… I was confident that I have eaten ribs. Everything I’ve ever known about ribs was a lie. I just had a spiritual experience inside of an unsuspecting restaurant. I saw someone else say that these ribs were the best ribs they ever had in their life and I was like “yeah, ok, loser. You probably haven’t been to Texas blah blah blah. There’s no way that the best ribs in his life came from a restaurant in a strip mall in shorewood. How wrong I was… you know that one part of the rib that is kind of tough? The stringy portion at the top which is usually overdone and nothing special? It doesn’t exist in these ribs. The entire this was seasoned to perfection. The only thing that made this experience even better as the service from the young lady in front and the owner Tony. As a chef of 13 years, I can confidently say that I have not had food that tasted like the person poured their heart and soul into every dish. Made with love is over used but in this case it is not. He is a Marine vet pumping out some of the best ribs, brisket, chicken and even BURGERS you will ever have the pleasure of coming across. Tony will let you sample whatever your heart desires and if you’re not walking out with a plate afterwards you must be broke. Tony even ended our meal letting us sample his cheesecake which was also just phenomenal. Tony your work is appreciated and you are exactly where you are supposed to be.“
