“I went yesterday when visiting Chicago. I had never had it before but I went by the recommendations of Skokie residents and I was very impressed. I took 6 desserts home to Kentucky and my only regret is I didn’t take more oatmeal raisin cookies. Those were absolutely phenomenal.“

I also decided to try the apricot cookie, but that turned out to be a mistake. I was surprised to learn it cost nearly $5—far more than I expected for a single cookie. Unfortunately, the taste was disappointing; it was so unpalatable that I couldn’t even finish it. The texture was dense and off-putting, and the apricot flavor was barely there. It felt like a waste of money, and I left feeling dissatisfied.

The prices were reasonable for the bagel, but the quality didn’t fully match my expectations. As for the cookie, it was overpriced and not worth trying again. Overall, a mixed experience—there’s potential, but the execution fell short.“

“they make bread to sell to stores , but buying from then directly is out of this world, best bread in chicago, and i tried many custom bakeries, the store is simple as its not made to sell to customers directly, that's how you know its good , they don't need fancy “

“Company is good , & good serivice to unload your truck , but place is reduced, crowded, specially with a trailer on that side. Plan good to do set up, I had single axle & it was not the best experience with a guy fixing the trailer in the moment.“

The Southeast corner of Skokie has been without options for a long time and it's finally nice to have one within walking distance from home. The Thin Crust: light and flakey. The Thick Crust: slightly dense and probably great for loading up on toppings. The Sauce: it's there and needs to be reduced down a little more for a bolder taste. The Fixings: fresh and in abundance. For a new concept within an existing commercial baking business that's been around for a few years, I can't give them less than 5 Stars for seeing a need in this market and taking the chance. “We drove from Genoa City Wisconsin because we heard how delicious everything was. We were NOT disappointed. The meat on our sandwiches, one corned beef and one pastrami, was piled high! Homemade brined pickles and bakery items exceeded our expectations. Worth the drive and we will be back.“
