“I stopped by Tortazo’s at Old Orchard Mall and I can’t say how much I really enjoyed this meal. I ordered the Shrimp Dorados Style Tacos and they were marvelous. I’ve had from all around the Chicago area and hands down these were the best. I took the time to ask the chefs name who prepared this did and I want to give a shot out to Jose.
