“On Saturday a very busy UFC fight our server was Jay - he said everything was crazy busy but he was still personable and attentive. We waited a really really long time for our food. We ordered a some wings for a 4 person group. Finally we lost patience and I asked for the manager and met Mark. He quickly apologized and got our food order out and gave a credit on our bill which was the right thing to do. I wanted to give him credit that he made the situation right to take care of the customer.“

“$20 bottomless wings on Monday and $10 pizzas for happy hour (5-7 PM). Great deal! Amazing service! Did not get the waiter's name but we loved his positive energy!

Small caveat is that the wing sauces were sauced inconsistently. Some batches were super saucy, others a bit drier. Standout flavors were honey miso and truffle parm.“

I actually rented the upstairs room here for my birthday party and it could not have gone better. Austin, Aidan, Chandler were so fun to work with and made the night extra special. “i’m writing this review as i’m still sitting in the booth because it was just THAT good.

i ordered the french onion burger with the regular fries on the side, and let me tell you i haven’t had a burger check every box like this one. the garlic aioli was the perfect amount of flavor to complement the caramelized onions. the bun was seemingly buttered and fluffy. and the fries!! they had a flakey salt with not one fry left unsalted. they were also thin and crispy to perfection.

the service was great and every staff member was always smiling. i never write reviews but this one felt very necessary. 5 stars from me!“

My boyfriend recommended this place when we started dating and now we are regulars and friends with the staff. They have a little back porch area for smoking or just getting some fresh air if it's too packed inside! I love this place!“

“We went in after a miserable day. We were weary and super hungry. The Pony was just the right medicine. Big kudos to our bartender who took great care of us. I had two Anti Heroes-there was a sheen of ice on the top of the beer which is just exactly how beer should be served. Our waffle fries nachos plate was huge. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and tater tots which was equally delicious. We went in around 5pm which is why I gave only four stars for atmosphere there weren't many people around. Thanks for supplying great service, tasty food and cold beer it really changed the day for us“

“Headquarters offers an amazing experience for a night out. The aesthetic is everything you’d expect-retro and laid back, with lots to do. Best part? Mostly free games. Their cocktail menu was top tier and staff were helpful. Can’t recommend enough! If you’re looking for something to do, pay em a visit.“

“I am from out of town and I have a go to wing spot where I live. Always try wings when traveling but rarely am I impressed compared to home. Had the hot Buffalo wings at Four Shadows and was finally impressed with a wing outside of my normal go to. Wow, these were served hot (temp), fresh and the spice wasn’t crazy hot but just right for buffalo. The service was impeccable, had one of the owners Rob and Kyle behind the bar and they were so attentive and welcoming. Always checking with us to accommodate any need we may have. Highly recommend Four Shadows, great wings, great staff. I don’t want to leave this place!“

“I really wish I could give them a better rating but they for some reason decided to give my friends and I the run around. 1st of all, they sent me an email to spend my birthday there. I could invite guests, I would get a 1 hour open bar, my friends get $1 off drinks, birthday cupcakes and a $25 gift card. Also free tickets to a show and 1 for 2 for friends. We show up, they told me they knew all about my birthday and the show. We arrived about 45 minutes before the show to enjoy the drinks. When we are sat I am given 3 tickets. I was told these are for my drinks and to give them when ordering. I ask if it's only 3 and he said it was just 3 to start with and could get more. So we are sitting, having a good time. I used all 3 drink tickets in about 40 minutes (it's my bday and an open bar! Duh!) When we get moved over to the show, our new waiter said that I only get 3. So I went to our old one and let him know what he said, he told me he would check on it. He never did, even when I went up to ask again. When I went back to the show area, I talked to someone who looked like the manager (who I now believe is the owner Brian) about needing another drink and he said, "well we give 3 tickets because that's how much people usually drink in an hour". I said "okay, I get that. But I've had 3 and the hour isn't over, I have 20 minutes." And he said he would allow me to only have 1 more.... I'm sorry, but that is not an open bar. You shouldn't advertise an open bar if you're only allowed to have 3. Fix your advertisement. When we finished up the fabulous show, we noticed 2 drinks on our bill that were not ours. We went to our waiter and told him those were not our drinks. He got snippy with us saying, "well they were on your bill, I don't know what you guys ordered up front". And we told him we weren't accusing him of anything. It's possible up front someone's drinks were accidentally added, it's fine. We just want them off our bill. And so he and the owner for some reason debated over this for 5 minutes as we waited. We went over every drink we had and none of us ordered a captain and coke. They finally, begrudgingly, took it off. We paid, and we left. It wasn't until a day or 2 later I realized we never got the cupcakes or the $25 gift card. I emailed the woman, Cheryl Snodgrass, who I was in contact with about the planning about it and she was disappointed because she said they knew about me coming in and she would check. She finally got back to me and told me that when I was there, I asked the owner to use my $25 gift card for my bill. Ummmm....what??? No, I paid full price for my extra drinks and my food. That never happened. She also commented "you may not remember, which means you were having a really good time!!!" I'm sorry, now you're accusing be of being drunk so I'm not remembering? I had 3 other people with me and all of them remember the experience and not once did I even bring up the $25 gift card! I completely forgot about it until I emailed. I replied to her email letting her know that was not true, and to please get back to me and she has now ignored 3 of my emails. I'm not sure what the problem is...maybe they didn't like that I called them out on their open bar NOT being an open bar? The fact that we didn't want to pay for 2 drinks we didn't order? I'm sorry, but this is NOT how you treat a customer for a birthday event that you would want them to tell friends and come back for. It's really a shame because the shows are great, but there's no way I'm coming back after the crap they pulled. Keep the $25 gift card. Shady management is a bad look. Brian and Cheryl get an F.“

“The environment is very low-key, laid back and very warm! The bartenders were quick to check on us and ask if we needed anything, and LOVE the free pool table for the month of October! The food is, without question, the BEST part. We got cheese curds for the table that didn't last longer than 2 minutes (we devoured them, not a single crumb lived to tell the tale). Chef made sure the four of us all got our food at the same time (such a thoughtful perk)! The proverbial cherry on top, was the name of the game. Their BURGERS. Good God. I love a burger that leaves you abandoning the napkins-- too mouthwatering to put it down! Everything is done with love and you can *taste* it. The bourbon onions and bacon??! UGH phenomenal. “We’ve been there before but it seemed a waste of a nice neighborhood bar. The past few times there were hardly anyone in there and I always thought it was a shame that a neighborhood bar with lots of potential was empty however, today there was a few more people than normal and the bartender Jennifer was greeting everyone and making everyone feel welcome. We stopped in for the Bears game and they had pizza for customers which was definitely a plus because we didn’t eat beforehand and it allowed us to stay and watch the game rather than going somewhere else to eat. If it keeps up, we may continue to go there to watch the games!“
