She was the most attentive server we’ve had in a long time, ensuring our drinks never went empty and tending to everything we needed with a great attitude. Her efficiency and friendliness made our dining experience outstanding. More servers should be like Annabelle—she is a valuable employee, and Chili’s should do whatever it takes to keep her happy. Excellent service like hers is rare these days, and it truly enhances the overall experience. The food was also excellent, making for an all-around great visit.

“The 1st hour was terrific. We were celebrating our anniversary. Then a very loud group of four were seated right behind us. They obviously had been in the bar before coming to dinner. The remainder of our time was spent in silence since we couldn't hear each other. No fault of the restaurant or staff. Just self absorbed rude customers.“

They are the best around, if you ask for them extra crispy they are very accommodating and do it with no issue! I’ve slowly started to explore the menu because you can never miss with the tots! They have Fish Fry on Fridays but I’ve never had it but I want to. The owners are great and their sexy son, Chad, works some nights and is great eye candy for the ladies. If you want a bartender that serves up honesty along with great drinks, Jimmy is your man. He’s brutally honest so ask him to roast you for a good time. He once referred to a customer as the Vampire of Fun and he was spot on. Tiffany is a ball of energy, whose spirit is infectious. If you’re having a bad day, go during her shifts and she’ll pick you up immediately. Gale is the last bartender I’ve interacted with who works there. He’s a cool calm dude who can tell you some of the most interesting facts of the area. He’s also a caterer and a butcher when not at the bar. Theres someone for everyone here and if you’re in from out of town or just traveling through, have a stop at Hoppes just so you can say you’ve been there.“

“The staff have been really rude to me ever since I pointed out that my tab was wrong and I was overcharged. I wasn't upset about the double charges, I just wanted them corrected. I've barely been waited on since then it seems. I tried to step in a help once when a patron had been over served. It wasn't welcomed at all. I was given the same look as I get when I walk up to the bar to get a drink. Too bad, it's really close to home to me. I haven't been in over a year and have no plans on returning.“

“Me and my husband went there this past Friday with our two kids to have dinner. It was our first time there and for a Friday it was surpisingly not busy. Maybe that is because of all the outdoor festivals that is going on now. But as soon as we sat down a a short Blonde server who was dressed in all black greeted us and gave us menus. Our server was very nice and told us the specials and what pop products they have. We asked her what does she recommend from here. She then told us that they are well known for their broasted wings and broasted chicken dinner. I then asked what is her favorite from the menu. She said the chicken avocado melt, the wings and broasted chicken dinner. So we chose the wings and the chicken avocado melt. She then told us about their summer special that kids eat free, one kids meal per one adult order of an Entree on Friday, Saterday and Sunday from 4 pm to 7 pm. We told her wow that is a nice special. This place is huge and has alot of Arcade games, Air Hockey, Basketball hoop game, Darts and other games to occupy the kids. They have tons of projector T.V. and flat T.V. and have on all types of sports to watch since it is a sports bar and grill. All we can say was that our server did not let us down. She was spot on with her recommendations as the wings were big, juicy and delicouse. As well as the chicken avocado melt was just so good. Also the kids liked their meals and the free Ice cream that came with it. Overall we enjoyed our dinner, our time there, and the service. We just found a new spot that we will be comming back too.“

“Stopped in with a friend after a metra ride. Hung out at this establishment while we waited for my phone to charge up and for Uber to come. Typical mixed bar of locals and commuters. Sports oriented. Did not check out the menu. We just ordered a beverage. Wait staff was kind, cheerful, and attentive. They have a nice patio as well. A great place to relax as you wait for a train or a great place to unwind after a day downtown and long train ride.“

“I spent 3 nights here. The hotel is really nice in my opinion. First night was a Friday night. Ordered some alcoholic drinks that were really good. The Thai calamari & Louie burger and fries. Food was great, bartenders that night were really great. Second night. Different crew and the restaurant was pretty packed believe the Milwaukee brewers were playing the cubs to wrap up the series. So yea that was the atmosphere of that night vs Friday night super lowkey fast service. Obviously it was harder to get served that night. I got burnt tenders and the wrong food . So I had to return it immediately. Which was already after waiting an extensive time to even get water to our table. So yea took away from the experience overall. Each visit spent over 100$. Oh and I got that chocolate cake dessert, it was nasty. They had breakfast. Breakfast was good . However, we were told that breakfast came with the room. Every morning we went down for it. The morning of our departure we were met at our table (after we already began eating) how we were going to pay for the food. Nobody discussed / disclosed that you had to have a voucher or pay at the desk. We were told at check in it was covered. Obviously had to escalate it . Still felt like an explanation was not clear. I pretty much answered it myself. So the communication of the staff to customer could definitely use some work. Overall stay was good . Hotel was nice and clean. Only took pics of the good looking food from Friday night & the breakfast.“

This place is a gaming area and on the weekends it turns into like a small flea market period There is a Mexican restaurant to the left side of the building and a bingo area to the right side of the building you can get all authentic Mexican food and enjoy some time with family and friends for dinner at their nice restaurant that they have it's definitely worth a trip. Due to the many facilities that they have attached to each other I'm not exactly sure about the hours so that you'd have to double check me for leaving.“

I recommend this place 100%, the drinks are good, the bartenders are friendly, and the Viper Burger was our favorite. Alan is an awesome guy with a great sense of humor. The atmosphere is chill, welcoming and you'll have a great time. When I say to stop by The Bunker, I mean it lol 😃. Whenever we are in town again, we are definitely going to try stopping by. 😌✨“
