She was the most attentive server we’ve had in a long time, ensuring our drinks never went empty and tending to everything we needed with a great attitude. Her efficiency and friendliness made our dining experience outstanding. More servers should be like Annabelle—she is a valuable employee, and Chili’s should do whatever it takes to keep her happy. Excellent service like hers is rare these days, and it truly enhances the overall experience. The food was also excellent, making for an all-around great visit.

“I asked to be seated in front of the fireplace 6 weeks ago and the host sat us at a window seat. It's Easter....not going to make a big deal; but worth noting! Mary Luna was delightful as was the staff and service. Chef is always fabulous and the presentation delightful.“

They are the best around, if you ask for them extra crispy they are very accommodating and do it with no issue! I’ve slowly started to explore the menu because you can never miss with the tots! “Stopped in with a friend after a metra ride. Hung out at this establishment while we waited for my phone to charge up and for Uber to come. Typical mixed bar of locals and commuters. Sports oriented. Did not check out the menu. We just ordered a beverage. Wait staff was kind, cheerful, and attentive. They have a nice patio as well. A great place to relax as you wait for a train or a great place to unwind after a day downtown and long train ride.“

“I walked into this joint with a bunch of metal heads and it felt like that moment in Tombstone when they walked into the saloon and everyone stopped and looked at them. We had fun on the gambling games and that staff was fast and friendly.“

“This was my brother and our friends home away from back in early nineties ! Jill and Tom were get. Came back in last weekend, so many memories, great times! Same old bartender was there OMG! Was sad not to see Tom or Jill there. Wasn't thrilled with a drunk young customer that kept going behind the bar and making her own drinks. Just kept thinking Tom and Jill will never have a loud that back in the day. We did have a great time!!! It was like the old days again. SHOCKED no Tom but you can play pool ? that wasn't aloud back in the day. Great times , Great place!

“The staff have been really rude to me ever since I pointed out that my tab was wrong and I was overcharged. I wasn't upset about the double charges, I just wanted them corrected. I've barely been waited on since then it seems. I tried to step in a help once when a patron had been over served. It wasn't welcomed at all. I was given the same look as I get when I walk up to the bar to get a drink. Too bad, it's really close to home to me. I haven't been in over a year and have no plans on returning.“

This place is a gaming area and on the weekends it turns into like a small flea market period There is a Mexican restaurant to the left side of the building and a bingo area to the right side of the building you can get all authentic Mexican food and enjoy some time with family and friends for dinner at their nice restaurant that they have it's definitely worth a trip. Due to the many facilities that they have attached to each other I'm not exactly sure about the hours so that you'd have to double check me for leaving.“

Live guitar player/singer outside named Josh that sounded very good but froze his fingers off... Tap Room, give him some heat! Met friendly and fun people so looking forward to stopping in again. It's located right across from Klein's on Plank Road.“
