“First and foremost, the customer service from employees and especially Christian was superb! Your homemade sauces are the best I have had in a long time and everyone needs to know about this place! I went there today just to get some ranch dressing because it is on point and what ranch at it's best tastes like. Clean establishment, comfortable, simple and amazing food with kind and compassionate employees. Props to you all and I hope everyone in St.Charles trys your restaurant. “Listen, it's still a far cry from DP's original vision of Chicago street food. While I'd like to complement them on menu expansion and "franchise expansion" they are trying to rush a simple formula tried and true. It seems now more than ever, that they are more concerned with trinket expansion than food improvement. Service is still slow, which I could accept, if the food was still on point. Crisp fries are now soggy, orders are repeadly not right, and overall experience is missing the mark. I have hope, and still recommend Portillos to OUT visitors. That said, they can do better.“

“What amazing service! Had a slightly longer wait in the drive thru but nothing bad. Even so the employees there were apologetic, explained why it took a little longer and gave us a coupon for a free taco. It was refreshing to have people feel like they value you as a customer. “Hi team, thanks for always being pleasant and making my day. I was in today and you all were busy even with just 2 other people in the restaurant when I entered. I only had one sandwich but I’m quite picky and one gal, I’m not sure of her name, she’s Caucasian; really made sure the sandwich was perfect as she did the toppings after another employee sliced it. She is also super personable and a great multi tasker. We discussed the dinging sound for to go orders, as I said before, they were so busy!!

“Very good experience. Haven't been to Mod in a bunch of months. Stopped at the store in Geneva,Illinois because my daughter in Wisconsin said they now have a stuffed crust. They don't in Illinois. So I still ordered a Mad Dog and it was better than other joints because here the crust was actually crispy which I like. I will have to make this a monthly thing. The staff was very friendly and inquisitive about the Wisconsin stuffed crust. Hopefully they get it soon. Great place for a quick lunch pizza.“

“Just want to share the staff has been extremely friendly, professional and efficient. I place orders during lunch now and then and I always go inside. I have been really impressed with the user experience. The staff is well above average, the building is always clean, and it's overall a friendly and positive experience. I leave happier than when I went in, and it's not because of the food. Very glad to have this McDonald's be a part of and represent our community.“

“This past Sunday I ordered some sandwiches and soup for my whole family and received a very warm welcome upon entering the shop. I was actually caught off guard as to how friendly I was greeted. I went on to explain that I hadn’t ordered or been inside a Potbelly in years and the gentleman behind the counter went to thank me and welcome me back and invited me to help myself to some cookies on the house! Thank God there are still some friendly humans in our communities. This man had an excellent attitude and personality, and provided great service. I will be back in the near future. “Great play center in this one. Only feedback is sometimes our order isn’t 100% correct but they do their best to correct when it happens.This doesn’t affect the review at all but just an observation to the owner that the outside colors of the building could stand to be updated. The ketchup and mustard colors make me feel nauseous. Overall, we like being able to use the app here for mobile pickups. Proximity to Walmart is kinda ick too, but what can you do?“

Not too many Brown's Chicken around any more and so very HAPPY this one exists. Great staff, efficient and "IT TASTES BETTER ??" just as I remember from the late 70's & 80's.“
