“Being from the suburbs traveling downtown can be an experience. This particular experience made our day. Moving our daughter into DePaul we came upon the owner of Red Light chicken who gave us a few pointers in parking near his establishment, after taking the time to help us find a spot he happily welcomed us with a free chicken sandwich which I’m happy to report was delicious. It was nice meeting you tonight and I’ll be certainly stopping by again - Fries are a game changer to!!!“

“Was on my way home from the airport and had to get a quick bite to eat. So glad I stopped here! David assisted us through the drive through and man does he go above and beyond for the establishment!! Best customer service!! David educated us on the choices and was patient with our big order. “Great atomosphere cool concept like how they call out the alcohol and food orders when Ready. The pimento Mac was great flavor, as was the mashed and gravy. Very unique to have boneless breast thighs wing and leg portions battered and fried. Was very good. I just think the sauces were way to pricey at $1.45 a sauce wow even 99 cents seems a lot but would feel better lol. At least give one with the order or reduce the sauce price. But overall they need to spread this concept into more areas for sure out side like in the suburbs“

“So far I’ve only been here twice but I’ve loved it! I got the Byrd bomb and it was so good. The second time I got the chicken tenders and the picture doesn’t do it justice! The tender was so crispy and flavorful. The seasonings were amazing. The fries were crispy on the outside soft on the inside and the 24K sauce is honestly worth 24K. That’s probably one of the best sauces I’ve had. This place made a simple comfort meal like chicken tenders and fries to the ultimate level. Definitely a good place to come for comfort food. They also have kind hospitality :)“

“Heyyyy, I recently visited Hangry Joe's Hot Chicken for the first time, and as a traveler who has tried many chicken spots in Chicago, I can confidently say this place stands out! The chicken was absolutely delicious—crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor🤤🤤. And what made my experience even better was their amazing customer service. The staff was incredibly sweet, and the manager was exceptionally friendly, making me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in.

I visited Chicago for about a week and tried plenty of restaurants in that time - from carts to michelin starred. I have to say that in my entire stay, the Art of Chicken takes the prize for my favorite meal.
They absolutely killed the pulled chicken sandwich and Mac n cheese (be sure to add their sauce to it)!!
While I was the only guest at the time, Mr. Christian behind the register made the effort to strike up convo and ensure that the hospitality was the icing on the cake.
I can't wait to visit again 🍻“

“This is me and my partner's favorite Korean Fried Chicken spot. We've once ordered from here 6 times in a span of two months. The original soy garlic chicken is my favorite, but the curry and snow onion are delicious as well. Sometimes, we order the cheese curds which is also super yummy. And I appreciate the free radish that the chicken comes with when we dine in.
This place is a staple for us and is miles better than Bonchon.“

“Their service and staff are great! The wings are amazing, juicy and delicious! The atmosphere a vibe! My first time trying the wings love the combo deals. I had the Wings with Spicy Teriyaki and Lemon pepper fries. Churros made fresh, paired well with the Nutella dip. Overall great vibe, great food, service and price! This place is worth it and definitely a Chicago Best wing spot in my opinion! I will be back to taste the other flavors.“

I came here with my apartment broker after a tour and we were both looking for a good meal and this did not disappoint! “So I doordash pickuped this order because I could not remember the name, lol. First of all. I want to talk to my fell doordasher, uber eats drivers, and grurbhub drivers.
I am a driver as well on two of these platforms.
I am appalled at some of the behavior of my fellow drivers.
When I got there the cashier told me to accept the order before she gave me the order.
She said that some of these drivers are screen shoting their orders as delivered and taking peoples food. Why? Why? If you can afford to operate a vehicle then find a way to afford food without taking the food from other people. Do not be mad at the people who have figured out either to worth the system, save money, budget, or just dont care but have enough money for that meal.
To steal from customers paying you to deliver their food is just inexcusable. And you should be ashamed of yourselves. I am ashamed for you.
I ordered chicken wings and catfish combo and a side of mushrooms and buffelo wings with a piece of carrot cake as a desert.
I like to order and break the order down into multiple meals. This made three meals.
All of it was very tasty. The lemon pepper added is very tasty. I love the mushrooms. They are very high on my list of best places to get breadded shrooms.
At first I was a little aprehensive of the wait service. But I have a way of conversating. And it turned out she was aprehensive of me because of the situation of people stealing orders. So I felt like she was my foods body guard and I support her commitment to customer service. You go girl! Thank you for protecting my food until I got there.
