“Imma be completely honest came here yesterday bought a family size thin crust sausage and jalapeño pizza and the pizza was on point it was all perfect but then I realized they barely put any jalapeños they were stingy with there jalapeños so I was really disappointed about that they went cheap on the jalapeños and the crazy part is that they charge for jalapeños so I would’ve given it 5 stars but I can’t they were greedy with the jalapeños“

“Jimmy's used to be kind of a hole in the wall but has now upgraded to their location on Montrose. It serves DELISH true NY style pizza. As a New England native in Chicago, Jimmy's is the only reliable NY slice around. You won't be disappointed. That being said, its better to get a whole pie than a reheated slice for that perfect experience. Garlic knots are so tasty and their fresh marinara is the perfect addition- tell your spouse to beware of your garlic breath! Salads are great also! Wait times for a pie on weekends/nights is a little tricky but worth it! Dining in is great- lots of high tops and booths for all preference. I met Jimmy once and if I remember correctly, he IS from NY... so its definitely original!“

“I had a great time at La Parra! It's located in Berwyn and has street parking that I had no trouble finding right in front of the restaurant. They're known for their creative cocktails which they feature on their Instagram page. The staff right away were super friendly and welcoming and our waiter did a nice job of reviewing their current special cocktail menu. I ordered the "mezcalito" I believe he called it, which was made with mezcal, lime juice, and fresh fruit juices (I know one was passion fruit!). This drink was amazing and so up my alley since I loveee mezcal and anything fresh and sweet. The overall atmosphere felt casual and comfortable. Tapas are on the menu so shared meals are encouraged. I ordered the chicken a la limon but I swapped the mashed potatoes for crispy Yukons. The potatoes were pretty good and the chicken was cooked well. I wasn't entirely blown away with what I ordered, but it was a good meal and the drinks and service were definitely 5-star worthy“

“This was my first visit and I was a little overwhelmed. I came for a slice for lunch and was amazed by all the options. Fresh pasta, chicken parm, sandwiches, calzones and so much more all ready to go. I ordered my pizza and there was a cannoli in front of me in the case so I had to get that. While I was waiting for my pizza to be warmed up I admired the Gelato selection and ended up adding on a half pint of key lime pie Gelato. The slice, cannoli and Gelato came to $15. We tried the Sweet Chili Momo's steamed dumplings tossed in sweet chili sauce with green peppers and onions. They were nice and flavorful and I loved the texture. We also tried the Tikka Masala Curry with diced and marinated chicken in a spiced creamy curry served with a side of yellow rice. Super creamy and delicious and the chicken just melted in your mouth. And finally we tried the Masala Elote Pizza, palak pizza, and pepperoni pizza. All were delicious but the masala elote was our favorite! So many delicious flavors and textures on this pizza my taste buds were very happy! We washed everything down with freshly made mango lassis! So delish! I would highly recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family!“

We dined early on a weekend evening so no problem with grabbing a table on a walk in basis. Opening hours are Indoor environs were urban modern with tables spaced nicely. Opening hours are 4pm to 10pm (Tue-Thurs) and noon to 10.30pm (Fri-Sun), closed on Mondays. Service was very friendly. Menu features a few salads as well as a list of pizzas. They also do a build your pizza custom order if preferred. We ordered the Jalapeno Pepperoni which was nicely baked thin crust with a good amount of char. Savoury tomato sauces, cheese, pepperoni and jalapeno were all good quality and tasty. This was a really good pizza, one we'd gladly return to reorder.
