“Went looking for a new place to eat when we found this place. The food was delicious and the waitress was very attentive and nice. She brought out some free fries for my 2 year old son and gave him a few pieces of candy for after his meal. We'll definitely be returning!“

“We had a great experience here! Even though there was only one waitress working when we arrived (about an hour and a half before closing), service was still quick and friendly. The food came out hot, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Our waitress was thoughtful enough to let us know the salsa had some heat, and even offered to put it on the side. It was definitely spicy but so tasty, and I ended up adding it to my dish anyway.

Overall, we really enjoyed both the food and service, and I’d definitely come back the next time I’m in town.“

“Recently I’ve had the privilege of not only meeting the owner of this establishment but also trying their meatball sandwiches, which is one of their top sellers. First bite, you can tell immediately that this was made with a lot of love and care. It legit felt like a hug from my grandmother every bite. Every part of this sandwich, from the bread to the sauce, and even the meatballs, you can tell that no shortcuts were taken. It’s clearly an artisanal sandwich. By far one of the best meatball sandwiches I’ve had. Even talking with the owner you can tell that he’s proud of his product. His food speaks for itself. Can’t wait to try what else this place has to offer. Keep it up guys!“

“Chill little place. They know their demographic and location too to have very specific hours, prices are decent if ur looking for something to eat without it being a full course meal. I've had the caprese so far and while it was a little drippy it was good. Seems like you have to avoid the peak hours though because it will get packed so either show up at opening or near closing.“

We had an issue at this location last night and I informed the manager simply so she was aware. By the way our server was excellent, so this was not a service or even a food issue. Hey things happen in a public setting and management doesn’t always have full control of that. But when I met Marisela she really wanted to make things right for our table and went above and beyond to fix our situation. We appreciated that SO much. Thank you Olive Garden management and particularly to the manager of this location. You really helped regular customers stay loyal.“

“GrubHub left me hanging and cancelled my order without any meaningful explanation. Since I was still hungry and wanted dinner, I called the store directly. Boy am I glad I did! The manager took my call and commiserated with me a bit and suggested that I place my order directly with them via their website. Since I am just across the parking lot and can't leave my location (I was running out of time for my lunch), he graciously offered to run my order to me personally. JC showed up a matter of minutes later with my extremely tasty food and a smile!. I love their Lobster Bisque soup and mine was still nice and hot. Bonus... While on the website, I registered for the Cafe Zupas loyalty program and got a Free beverage! And, even though I have a discount on GH from my Amazon Prime account, my bill was nearly $8 cheaper! Overall, my experience today with Cafe Zupas Schaumburg has been stellar and I'll be ordering from them (directly, no more GrubHub) frequently and encouraging my coworkers and clients to do the same. Cameron was super patient and let me talk to him about how to make it and the second round he was like “let me do this to see if it tastes better, and it sure did! “Hands down, I’m so glad this Quiznos is still around! In a world where other restaurants have overshadowed and pushed this chain out, I’m genuinely thankful that the owners here have kept it going in my neighborhood.

“The golden spice apple cup is phenomenal! The “gold chocolate” reminds me of cookie butter and has been the best fall treat I’ve had all season so far. Their food and soup are amazing too. I always get the Try 2: ultimate grilled cheese with BBQ chicken salad or a pesto chicken sandwich with chicken enchilada soup. I’ve also tried their Mango Mojito mocktail which was delicious.

I like that the online option to make a reservation. There was not wait upon arrival, just time to set up table. Food was excellent, I didn’t really know what to expect since it was our first time dining there but I loved the bread and oil with Parmesan sauce. We ordered calamari and my kids loved it. I ended up getting an egg pant parmesan and it was super good! I will say that the portion sizes are huge! The only reason why I didn’t give a full 5 star rating was because our server was very nice, but he kept on forgetting about us. The rest of the staff was treat really friendly, we will definitely go back.“
