One minor thing that's more directed at corporate than this location is that I wish the app better differentiated between pick up to eat out of the building and order ahead to eat in. McDonalds makes it a little clearer in their app.“

“Unique decor, friendly service, creative menu items and blissfully wonderful backlit electronic handheld menus for older eyes make this a very different experience from the plain vanilla restaurant. You won't need to turn on your phone flashlight to read the menus here. On the way to the restroom you'll pass over the vault in the floor that gives the place it's name that has a transparent see-through floor panel. A pleasant and cozy place to linger and it has an excellent cocktail menu, and The Propietor smoky Old Fashioned cocktail in particular is highly recommended. The only thing that needs to be fixed here is the music, which is a chaotic mess that doesn't synch with the ambiance of the place at all. It needs a theme, like soft jazz, or Mozart classical, or soft New Orleans blues, or 90's grunge.....“

“Service was awful! Our server, Joselyn, slammed down the glasses of water 5 minutes after we were seated, took our order and never saw her again until she slammed the bill down at our table. We saw her for a total of 3 minutes in the 45 minutes we were there. Unfortunately for Joselyn, her tip reflected her poor service. I tip 20-25% for good service, she lost out and made the restaurant less desirable to return. However, the burger was juicy and delicious, the macaroni and cheese was outstanding!“

“Tonight was my boyfriend's and my usual date night out of town, with a movie & food, but tonight we caught a late movie. We were worried we would find nothing but your typical McDonald's & the such, but stumbled upon Baba's and I'm glad we did. The woman running the counter was very nice, and made some recommendations to me when I wasn't sure what to order. I ended up getting the large catfish filets (by her recommendation) and they were delicious! They had a light crisp batter, and were very moist on the inside. My boyfriend ordered wings, which she also suggested & they too were crispy on the outside while remaining juicy on the inside. We left very satisfied, and definitely intend to return the next time we're in the area!“

“I came in today with a group of individuals from Open Door Rehabilitation Center, and we had a lovely lunch! Matthew was the kind employee who took all of the orders for our group. He was super sweet, diligent, and patient! I had to make eight separate orders, all with cash and all with receipts, and he made it as stress-free for ME as possible, even though there was a very large line behind me! He was very friendly and sweet, and is the reason I wanted to leave a review today! Everytime I come here the food is great and service is kind, but Mathew's service made it extra special this visit.

“We decided to order from Culver’s tonight to contribute to the fundraiser for LWC. We ordered on the app to make to faster. When we arrived at the restaurant there were cars everywhere! It was crazy. We couldn’t even get close to the area for pre orders. We sat there in the long line, and my phone rang. It was one of the kids that works there asking us if we were there and what car we were in. I felt bad having him walk all the way out to our car, we were pretty far from the restaurant and it was snowing kind of hard. But the young man came out to our car with our order. He had a huge smile on his face and apologized we had to wait! I was very impressed with him, and wish I would have gotten his name. These poor kids trying to direct traffic and run orders and all with smiles on their faces. The managers should be very proud of this crew!“

“The young man with dark hair from Louisiana was one of the most kind people to us! He was so polite, smiled and offered a scoop of custard since we had to wait a little longer. We did not complain about the wait. He apologized and offered the custard. When we got our order he apologized again and sent us on our way with a smile and a have a great evening! Whatever kind of training this young man had should definitely be followed with every fast food chain! Or every restaurant in general! I hope he is waiting on us the next time we go!“

“This was a birthday dinner for my wife. Our two daughters and their husbands also attended. We ate in the gazebo which was a wonderful experience. There was a delay in being seated as a wedding ran longer than expected. So they comped a round of drinks and waived the fee for the gazebo. Food and service were outstanding. We had a great time!“

They had live music the night we were there, and it was really above average and quite enjoyable. Absolutely will return to explore more of the drinks and menu. Dinner and drinks ran about 44 dollars per person, but we chose from some of the more expensive items.

Kid-friendliness: Two families were there with young children eating dinner. The remaining patrons tended to be a bit older, 40+.“
