When the manager, Zach, learned the reason for our gathering, he immediately went out of his way to make it possible even though the private room were already reserved. The entire team was wonderful to work with, the food was absolutely amazing, and everyone kept commenting on how delicious everything was. Our server, Lupe, was superb as always as well as the rest of the staff. Everyone was attentive, kind, and professional. I highly recommend Fireside Grille for any celebration or special occasion. “Service was awful! Our server, Joselyn, slammed down the glasses of water 5 minutes after we were seated, took our order and never saw her again until she slammed the bill down at our table. We saw her for a total of 3 minutes in the 45 minutes we were there. Unfortunately for Joselyn, her tip reflected her poor service. I tip 20-25% for good service, she lost out and made the restaurant less desirable to return. However, the burger was juicy and delicious, the macaroni and cheese was outstanding!“

“We decided to order from Culver’s tonight to contribute to the fundraiser for LWC. We ordered on the app to make to faster. When we arrived at the restaurant there were cars everywhere! It was crazy. We couldn’t even get close to the area for pre orders. We sat there in the long line, and my phone rang. It was one of the kids that works there asking us if we were there and what car we were in. I felt bad having him walk all the way out to our car, we were pretty far from the restaurant and it was snowing kind of hard. But the young man came out to our car with our order. He had a huge smile on his face and apologized we had to wait! I was very impressed with him, and wish I would have gotten his name. These poor kids trying to direct traffic and run orders and all with smiles on their faces. The managers should be very proud of this crew!“

Offering 1/2 bottles of wine is not widely offered in the US but is much appreciated. Biggest surprise - pumpkin chocolate biscotti served warm - had never been served warm biscotti and it was the best! Great night - excited to return.“

“The young man with dark hair from Louisiana was one of the most kind people to us! He was so polite, smiled and offered a scoop of custard since we had to wait a little longer. We did not complain about the wait. He apologized and offered the custard. When we got our order he apologized again and sent us on our way with a smile and a have a great evening! Whatever kind of training this young man had should definitely be followed with every fast food chain! Or every restaurant in general! I hope he is waiting on us the next time we go!“

“We rented the room here for a baby shower. Pablo and his staff were amazing to work with. They were so attentive and always asking if we needed anything. Food was great, room was perfect size for our needs. They really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! “Intimate Irish bar with crazy good German food options. They aren’t shy with the pour for mixed drinks, and the prices are reasonable.

They had live music the night we were there, and it was really above average and quite enjoyable. Absolutely will return to explore more of the drinks and menu. Dinner and drinks ran about 44 dollars per person, but we chose from some of the more expensive items.

Kid-friendliness: Two families were there with young children eating dinner. The remaining patrons tended to be a bit older, 40+.“
