“I ordered online and got errors stating problems with website on 12/16. I stopped by as it appeared that everything went through including the charge. I stopped by the store and the manager saw what I was seeing and worked with me to get my order processed (which was not easily resolved). He was very patient and helped get my order processed. Very nice, friendly, and helpful staff.“

“We are huge fans of their pizza, salads and wings. Today I veered from my usual and ordered a reuben sandwich. I had an outrageously fabulous Ruben on the Jersey shore many years ago that was totally amazing. Sybergs was easily right behind that! I ordered extra kraut. The corned beef was not tender, but I ordered extra kraut, which was tender and so flavorful. The corned beef and kraut were layered like a lasagna. The sauce pushed it all over the top! Mmm...look forward to ordering it again!“

“This is your typical chain sports bar with a large variety of dishes. Our server Letty was very gracious and friendly. She was prompt with drinks and always had great timing without being clingy. She went out of her wait to take good care of us when we moved to the pool tables to play some games. The manager I have no idea who she was is severely lacking leadership training and berated our server in front of us. Letty had done nothing more than to try and make it possible for us to watch the hockey game on a nearby TV.“

“Very welcoming, extremely helpful and pleasant staff, totally a dinner experience I would want to have again. Our server was cheerful and attentive the entire time, making sure we had everything we could possibly need. And considering Colleen seemed to be the only one on duty at the time, that made her even more impressive!
My steak was cooked to a perfect medium, the mashed potatoes were some of the best I've had in some time, and all in all if you can't tell I really enjoyed this.

“First time eating here. I got the Creekside Club Sandwich and Fries, and my husband had Big Wade's Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and Sweet Potato Fries. Everything was very good. It was a busy time of day and there was just one waitress. She was excellent, running around lickety split. We will be back“

“My wife and I met five friends here for dinner on a recent Saturday evening. World Cup games were being televised, so the place was very busy. Nonetheless, we were able to find two low-top tables, slide them together, and enjoy dinner. The team member serving us was very attentive. I had the two-meat platter with pulled pork and chicken tenders (brisket was so popular it had already sold out)...the platter was tasty. Everyone enjoyed the meal. Several of us ultimately sat outside at one of their tables to talk in a slightly quieter environment. All in all a very nice evening!“

The other young lady asked my finance if he needed a beer and he said yes and we wanted a to go order also. “Was at Edwardsville location on 3/5 for lunch. Don’t know the server’s name but she was terrific. Very genuinely friendly, not the fake kind a lot of servers portray. Food was fantastic and will make you want to return. The only complaint was the music, wasn’t the preferred old rock that was playing when first arrived.“
