“Tried the new menu item Gyros. Hope they keep it on the menu. They were great. The Tzatziki Sauce which makes a Gyro was perfect with enough cucumbers. We now have a new place to go to for Gyros. Last, I had just about everything on their menu and everything is delicious.“

“I had a terrible McDonald’s experience in Iowa city, and this McDonald’s made up for it. I ordered the same thing I normally get and everything arrived perfectly. Props to this McDonald’s for doing it amazingly!!! Got a number 7 just for anyone who’s wondering and I could order 20 more if I could stomach it!“

“We had a little issue with our order. Had to call twice with an hour between each call. We were missing our salt n vinegar chips, bbq chips, and brownie. The man on the phone handled it very professionally. And the driver hand delivered the food! I understand things happen; we are all human !“

“The chicken here is controversial, this place will either be a miss or your go to for the best chicken you've ever had. I am the latter. Food seems to appear about 6 seconds after you order it and all the staff are happy and energetic.“

Really good food all around whether I'm craving gyros, a burger (I'm sorry, a Samburger), Chicago dog or Italian beef: Sammie's always does it right.

This location like others I've been to offers delicious grub at still reasonable prices, a clean dining space and of course friendly customer service.

“ordered 2 chicago style hot dogs, Italian beef combo w/ mozzarella cheese and Giardiniera, jalapeño poppers and onion rings. $33.00 ☹️ the combo had barely any beef or Giardiniera on it. the onion rings were a big clump of a soggy greasy mess. the poppers were soggy too. They were not edible, threw them away. I don't know what happened, they used to be really good.“

My fiancé and I were looking for places to eat and we saw the panini bar, we were a little confused when we first pulled up, but we did some digging and found out it was in the LB Mart.
We got a turkey pesto and chicken chipotle panini, these were both SOOO good!
Definitely recommend this little hidden spot if your in the mood for a panini!“

“Kooker’s is my favorite lunch time spot when I’m at the office for the day. They make their own natural cut fries that I love cooked well done. They have daily specials that are great deals, although all of their prices are fair. They have limited seating, but you can call ahead and pick up an order and I think they do delivery. When there, make sure you look at the specialty board that is to the right of the register. There you will find items that are not on the regular menu. Today I had the poutine with pulled pork—amazing. I highly recommend this locally-owned burger (and a lot more) joint.“

“Whoever was working April 29th at midnight, deserves a RAISE!!! I wish I got his name so I could put it in this review but wow he was a top tier employee. Food was immaculate, which is wild to say about a fast food establishment. Came out super fast. The employee forgot our two medium baja blasts but get this… when we came back through he apologized and upgraded us to larges!! Best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.“

“Silly question I don't know about the atmosphere I go to the drive-thru. I get the jalapeno poppers sometimes they are not up to par. I had several with no jalapenos in it, one order was dried out and unedible. They give you sauce that you don't ask for and I throw it out. But I like their jalapeno poppers better than the other places around. Employees are generally nice.“

“I visited the Crystal Lake Culver’s on Saturday, May 24th, 2025. I am an avid fan of Culver’s and I have visited 35 locations in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri and Kentucky. As a resident of Crystal Lake I visit this Culver’s very regularly. The food was excellent and the service was quick. I definitely recommend the ice cream and the chicken. 5/5 I will definitely be back very soon. (Written 6-3-25)“

Hands down one of the cleanest, friendliest Taco Bells I've been to in quite some time.
Walked in, and started tomorrow through the kiosk, a yound man (worker) said if we needed help not to hesitate to ask, which I thought was very nice since most young kids and even some adults these days don't want to even look at you and greet you when you walk through the door.

The dining room was super clean and the food was exactly what we ordered, pop wasn't flat like usual.

Thank you to the young staff at this specific Taco Bell. Keep up the good work and thank you for showing respect to your customers.“

“While picking up dinner tonight at the Antioch location, the fire alarms had went off. The team was really assuring that there was no real emergency. Though it did create a communication barrier being so loud, the staff remained calm and friendly. To make up for it, a gentleman passed out cookies to those in line. This location is very clean and you can tell the staff takes pride. Can’t wait to continue to make this our go to comfort food place!“

“My family of six ate at Culvers in McHenry on Tuesday, Dec 31 about 1:30. We were greeted with a pleasant hello. The lady who took our order got it right and was pleasant.Since were a group of 6, I figured it would take a little longer to get our order. That wasn't the case. Not only did the order come quickly, but is also accurate. That was wonderful! When we were nearing the end of our meal, a gentleman, (Jude, I believe) can around with free samples of the flavor of the day (Mint explosion). Never has that happened at Colvers to me in the many times I eat at different Culvers! What a nice touch! Upon leaving, we got a cheery Thank you, have a great day and happy new year. I wish I lived a little closer because Culvers in McHenry would definitely be my go to place. Thank you for good food and the kindness you all showed.“

“I have never given any subway 5 stars before, but this location is the best because of how KIND this employee is. We went here twice and each time he was patient, and the second time we came here last minute and he still let my partner in for sandwhiches. “My wife is Celiac so we always need to be extra cautious when we order out. Typically we play it safe with the BOGO Double Butter Burger Deluxe burgers w/o bread but tonite we were feeling like a change of pace so I took a chance a called to what other GF options we had. Olivia was an absolute rock star and knew all the answers to my gluten free questions. She spoke to me on the phone and then assisted with my additional questions once I was onsite to order. A HUGE thanx to Olivia for her patience and expertise and to Culver’s for offering those with Celiac Disease options when they don’t feel like cooking and want a quick bite out!“

“The chicken, of course, is great, especially the spicy. The staff work very hard, seeing as there is a mountain of fried chicken prepared before anyone orders. The best sides include red beans and rice and fries. I definitely want to come back to try the ghost pepper chix sandwich, etc.“
