“Tried the new menu item Gyros. Hope they keep it on the menu. They were great. The Tzatziki Sauce which makes a Gyro was perfect with enough cucumbers. We now have a new place to go to for Gyros. Last, I had just about everything on their menu and everything is delicious.“

“I had a terrible McDonald’s experience in Iowa city, and this McDonald’s made up for it. I ordered the same thing I normally get and everything arrived perfectly. Props to this McDonald’s for doing it amazingly!!! Got a number 7 just for anyone who’s wondering and I could order 20 more if I could stomach it!“

“We had a little issue with our order. Had to call twice with an hour between each call. We were missing our salt n vinegar chips, bbq chips, and brownie. The man on the phone handled it very professionally. And the driver hand delivered the food! I understand things happen; we are all human !“

The reasons I didn't rate 5 stars is because the toast was barely toasted and a bit soggy, and the chicken tenders seemed very small for the price. Not to mention, half of the breading came off of one of my tiny tenders. Overall the flavor was decent. The Canes sauce is the only reason for the 4th star. Had a much better experience the time before. I'll have to give it another shot a different time.“

“No matter which location you're at, Sammie's always delivers the goodies. When in the mood for good ol' Chicago style grub, Sammie's name is always somewhere up there.

Really good food all around whether I'm craving gyros, a burger (I'm sorry, a Samburger), Chicago dog or Italian beef: Sammie's always does it right.

This location like others I've been to offers delicious grub at still reasonable prices, a clean dining space and of course friendly customer service.

Keep cookin' up that yummy Chicago style greatness and I'll keep coming back for more. I hope for continued boomin' business for decades to come for the owner(s).“

“ordered 2 chicago style hot dogs, Italian beef combo w/ mozzarella cheese and Giardiniera, jalapeño poppers and onion rings. $33.00 ☹️ the combo had barely any beef or Giardiniera on it. the onion rings were a big clump of a soggy greasy mess. the poppers were soggy too. They were not edible, threw them away. I don't know what happened, they used to be really good.“

“Silly question I don't know about the atmosphere I go to the drive-thru. I get the jalapeno poppers sometimes they are not up to par. I had several with no jalapenos in it, one order was dried out and unedible. They give you sauce that you don't ask for and I throw it out. But I like their jalapeno poppers better than the other places around. Employees are generally nice.“

Hands down one of the cleanest, friendliest Taco Bells I've been to in quite some time.
Walked in, and started tomorrow through the kiosk, a yound man (worker) said if we needed help not to hesitate to ask, which I thought was very nice since most young kids and even some adults these days don't want to even look at you and greet you when you walk through the door.

The dining room was super clean and the food was exactly what we ordered, pop wasn't flat like usual.

Thank you to the young staff at this specific Taco Bell. Keep up the good work and thank you for showing respect to your customers.“

“I visited the Crystal Lake Culver’s on Saturday, May 24th, 2025. I am an avid fan of Culver’s and I have visited 35 locations in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri and Kentucky. As a resident of Crystal Lake I visit this Culver’s very regularly. The food was excellent and the service was quick. I definitely recommend the ice cream and the chicken. 5/5 I will definitely be back very soon. (Written 6-3-25)“

“My family of six ate at Culvers in McHenry on Tuesday, Dec 31 about 1:30. We were greeted with a pleasant hello. The lady who took our order got it right and was pleasant.Since were a group of 6, I figured it would take a little longer to get our order. That wasn't the case. Not only did the order come quickly, but is also accurate. That was wonderful! When we were nearing the end of our meal, a gentleman, (Jude, I believe) can around with free samples of the flavor of the day (Mint explosion). Never has that happened at Colvers to me in the many times I eat at different Culvers! What a nice touch! Upon leaving, we got a cheery Thank you, have a great day and happy new year. I wish I lived a little closer because Culvers in McHenry would definitely be my go to place. Thank you for good food and the kindness you all showed.“

“Kooker’s is my favorite lunch time spot when I’m at the office for the day. They make their own natural cut fries that I love cooked well done. They have daily specials that are great deals, although all of their prices are fair. They have limited seating, but you can call ahead and pick up an order and I think they do delivery. When there, make sure you look at the specialty board that is to the right of the register. There you will find items that are not on the regular menu. Today I had the poutine with pulled pork—amazing. I highly recommend this locally-owned burger (and a lot more) joint.“

“Visited many times. The food is adequate, which is fine because it's cheap. Get the saucy nuggets, frosty, and fries. Totally worth it. Only problem one time was the front-person not speaking English very well. Other than that, food is good and the atmosphere there is calming and nice.“

“I have never given any subway 5 stars before, but this location is the best because of how KIND this employee is. We went here twice and each time he was patient, and the second time we came here last minute and he still let my partner in for sandwhiches. He was putting everything away already and he works 12 hours a day! Because of this man honestly! Thank you so much for being kind! Sadly it is very rare to find a genuine kind person now a days! The delivery person outside tried to give me at least 3 different orders that weren’t ours, and when we got home the chicken nuggets were missing the sauce, and the chili was missing the toppings and sour cream. My fiancé and I were looking for places to eat and we saw the panini bar, we were a little confused when we first pulled up, but we did some digging and found out it was in the LB Mart.
We got a turkey pesto and chicken chipotle panini, these were both SOOO good!

“My wife is Celiac so we always need to be extra cautious when we order out. Typically we play it safe with the BOGO Double Butter Burger Deluxe burgers w/o bread but tonite we were feeling like a change of pace so I took a chance a called to what other GF options we had. Olivia was an absolute rock star and knew all the answers to my gluten free questions. She spoke to me on the phone and then assisted with my additional questions once I was onsite to order. “Always a delicious spot for lunch and dinner. Daily specials posted on the white board inside. Tacos never disappoint! I always get 2 tacos and some rice with a horchata. Dine in available but beware parking a little weird outside and if you're unfamiliar with unloading wheelchairs in a slight slant I would park in the side or exterior of the building of at all possible. Parking is limited and easier to pull into going north bound on rt 12. South bound you sit in the meridian until traffic dispurses. There are also signs posted for not parking at the local deli next door, just avoid the south end of the building actually.“

“McDonalds is getting way overpriced and food is....ok at best. Thought I'd try Culvers in FRG. Was NOT dissapointed! For about the same price you get a DELICIOUS, HOT, LOOKS LIKE THE PICTURE burger, huge portion of hot crispy fat fries and a soft drink of your choice! I'm not one to take pictures of my food, but I did! It was a masterpiece! Loved it!“

“The employees here work hard and always have my online orders on time. Only ever had one issue where I wanted extra banana peppers and got a total of 4 of them, other than that the kids working here deserve raises. They are always courteous and respectful every time I stop here which is a ton.“
