“⭐ CM Chicken – Vernon Hills Review
CM Chicken in Vernon Hills delivers excellent Korean cuisine with a prime location and a great environment. The food comes out fresh and flavorful, and the boba tea is surprisingly good, making it a perfect pairing with their crispy chicken.
The only downside is that the bill arrives a bit too quickly, making the experience feel slightly rushed at the end. Still, the overall quality and vibe make it a solid spot !“

“This is the best Korean spot in the suburbs, we come here every other week and it’s ALWAYS the same, so consistent, fresh and flavorful every time. I get the tofu soup with ramen, beef, spicy, it’s amazing. Service is great too. Highly recommend this spot to all my friends and family.“

We eat Korean food often and in many different cities. This place was pretty legit. Great authentic flavors.
The bugolgi was delicious, the dumplings were good and the Japchae (chapchae) was amazing.
Honestly the cost is great as a lot of Korean BBQ places overcharge but not here.
Highly recommend it.“

“I stopped by Corndogs by Mr. Cow at Gurnee Mills Mall and it completely exceeded my expectations. The corn dogs are made fresh to order, super crispy on the outside, and perfectly gooey on the inside. The balance of sweet and savory is spot on—it honestly reminded me of the street food I had in Korea.
What really made the experience even better was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient, even when there was a bit of a line. You can tell they care about what they’re serving and about the customers, which makes a big difference.
It’s a great change from the typical mall food, and definitely something unique. If you’ve never tried Korean-style corn dogs, this is the place to do it. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m at Gurnee Mills.“

“This is the second time in a week that we've chosen to eat at this restaurant. It is so delicious. I could go back 200 times and always pick something different. And I'm sure every single time it would be hot, spicy, perfect, and delicious. Such great choices. I highly recommend this Korean chicken and boba restaurant.“

“Kong Dog in Vernon Hills was SO good!! I got the Hot Cheeto Kong Dog with the chicken sausage and it was seriously amazing 🔥🙌🏼 The perfect amount of crunch and flavor and everything tasted super fresh!
The staff was so nice, everything was clean, and it was just such a fun place to try. Definitely not your average corn dog 😂 If you haven’t tried Kong Dog yet, you need to! We will 100% be back!!“

“The kimchi fried rice is absolutely incredible, easily the star of the menu and packed with flavor. If you enjoy spicy food, it's a must try! The veggie dumplings were also delicious, and the wings were very good, especially depending on the flavor you choose.
A couple things to keep in mind: the parking lot can be a bit challenging, and there is very limited seating inside, with only a couple of tables available, so it's primarily a takeout spot. That said, the food more than makes up for it. The kimchi fried rice alone is worth the visit, and I highly recommend giving it a try!“

“Food is always good here, there is a wait time only because everything's made fresh but if you call and place your order beforehand you shouldn't have an issue with wait times. Theres also a smoothie place attached to this place and I highly recommend you try both! Your stomach will thank you 🫡“
