I've had an extraordinarily rough day & my experience at this MCD location took the edge off a bit. It's true, you never know what someone else is going through so always be kind. The man who served me this evening did just that.“

“IMPORTANT UPDATE BELOW: They do not make good food for late night. This is the second time I've been there and gotten bad food prepared for me. They need to get it together. Look at this taco with one little piece of meat. Absolutely ridiculous! That's just part of a really bad purchase that seems to be what they serve at this location. Beware of the West Frankfort Illinois location.

Redemption! This place is really turning the page and stepping up their game! New Manager, New Assistant Manager (I believe anyway) and the food has been soooo much better. Good job guys! Keep up the hard work and somebody get me that guy with the dreamy blue eyes phone number! 😍“

“Ive been to newmerious Subways, for a franchise store, each one seems to vary differently in more ways than one, all i can say in certancey the West Frankfort is by far the most curtious and cleanest Subway ive had the pleasure of eatting at.Thank you all at the W-F location.“

“I recommend everything about this establishment. I made reservations, requesting a table arrangement for a group of women who get together once a month for lunch, and I couldn't have been more pleased. Our waitress, Kayla, did an outstanding job of catering to our every need, going over and beyond for us. The food was wonderful, and the portions were plenty. If anyone walks out, still hungry, somethings wrong. lol I'm sure our ladies will be going there again. Thank you Nikki, Kayla, and all who helped, for being so kind.“

“Very friendly staff and they make the best slushes around! Only complaint is that the screens don’t always work and the card processing takes too long but everyone has an abundance of understanding and patience. The staff works really hard to service all the customers well and keep things moving at a fast pace. It’s a terrific business that I highly recommend!:)“

“The food was super fresh and this order was drive-thru I might add! Requested an extra thick choc shake (most places never do it right) and they nailed it. Like I said the order was picked up thru the drive-thru and made it safely and deliciously wonderful!“
