I've had an extraordinarily rough day & my experience at this MCD location took the edge off a bit. It's true, you never know what someone else is going through so always be kind. “Ive been to newmerious Subways, for a franchise store, each one seems to vary differently in more ways than one, all i can say in certancey the West Frankfort is by far the most curtious and cleanest Subway ive had the pleasure of eatting at.Thank you all at the W-F location.“

“IMPORTANT UPDATE BELOW: They do not make good food for late night. This is the second time I've been there and gotten bad food prepared for me. They need to get it together. Look at this taco with one little piece of meat. Absolutely ridiculous! That's just part of a really bad purchase that seems to be what they serve at this location. Beware of the West Frankfort Illinois location.

“I recommend everything about this establishment. I made reservations, requesting a table arrangement for a group of women who get together once a month for lunch, and I couldn't have been more pleased. Our waitress, Kayla, did an outstanding job of catering to our every need, going over and beyond for us. The food was wonderful, and the portions were plenty. If anyone walks out, still hungry, somethings wrong. lol I'm sure our ladies will be going there again. Thank you Nikki, Kayla, and all who helped, for being so kind.“

“This is a combined KFC and Taco Bell. The restaurant was extremely clean and well kept. The staff was awesome. Was not very busy but had a few different groups of people in line ordering. The girl at the register was so kind walking people through their order. One woman wasn't sure what to order for her son, so this girl kindly walked the lady through options trying to gauge what the son might like. I was impressed, you don't normally see this kind of service at a fast food restaurant. My order was prepared quickly. The gentleman who gave me my order was nice and wished me pleasant eating and a pleasant day. I had been on the road for a while, was tired, and a bit melancholy but the staff and service here sure brightened my day. It is life's unexpected gifts that makes me smile and this experience was one. Thank you!“

I ordered gyro sandwich, and the team delivered hot and speedy, and the crispy on the cakes was perfecto.

Gyro was a little spicy, like me, which I found interesting!

The whole meal was truly a delicious treat, that's coming from a real lover of Mediterranean food.“
