“This Wendy's location has been consistently a wonderful experience for me personally. I was surprised to see negative reviews, but I think it goes to show, people are more likely to complain about something that went wrong, rather than compliment and give credit when things went right, especially for something as mundane as fast food. But every time I have been here the food was perfect and the workers were very pleasant! I wonder if the negative reviews just catch them at a bad time.

“IMPORTANT UPDATE BELOW: They do not make good food for late night. This is the second time I've been there and gotten bad food prepared for me. They need to get it together. Look at this taco with one little piece of meat. Absolutely ridiculous! That's just part of a really bad purchase that seems to be what they serve at this location. Beware of the West Frankfort Illinois location.

“food is usually amazing just that one waitress mandy was rude and had an attitude.I ordered wings and when I went to pick them.up the waitress mandy said the sauce was in the bag and I checked. I told her there was none in there and she told me it would take awhile to get it and she walked outside. I stood there til the other guy asked if I needed something. he apologized for it not being in there. then when I got home to check the wings they were not even made right. this is the second time I have had a problem with the order. the manager had to come up there to fix it right.“
