“Dunk donuts oughta be in the world book of Guinness records. Best donuts on the planet. Was going there, 40 to 45 years ago? Still, the best. I live now, in the Western suburbs, about 30 miles away from donuts, and there are no donut places out here that even want to compare with don't donuts. They have the best apple fritter cannot compare to anyone else. The best not enough stars to rate this place!!!!!“

“I grew up in Western Springs, in a house on the “other side of the tracks”. Almost every Sunday, my father and I would go to Kirschbaum’s for a dozen donuts. Those donuts were sooo good.“

“Came for breakfast. Greeted and sat at the table immediately upon arrival. There are sooo many options on the menu. Great selections. They also gave the small donuts which were so good! I had an omelette and fruit which was good. Food came out quickly. Nice size omelette. I recommend and would return.“

“Our family absolutely loves Bb's donuts! We do miss being able to go inside the donut shop. So many wonderful memories taking our little girl there to eat donuts and read a book or two. We have a little boy with Autism and it's not safe for him to sit in front by the busy street because he runs. “Only tried the corndogs and they’re really good. If you’ve had KongDog don’t come here thinking you’ll get the exact same thing though. They don’t put sugar on the original one or drizzle sauce on top of the hot cheeto dog. Also, the potato one was just cut up wavy fries on the outside. They made the corndogs fresh though so all of them were nice and crisp but it took awhile for them to come out.“

“Been coming here for years, but on Friday late afternoon shift seem bothered & when they don’t get the order right, instead of fixing the situation excuses & blame to the customer! The girl with the brown curly hair, back talk & had an attitude with me! She didn’t even make the order but wanted to put her 2 lousey cents on how it was my fault! Of course they didn’t fix my order or offer refund. Management needs to retrain the late noon shift, they seem lazy & high. Sad that it’s a constant problem. I prefer going in the mornings! Parking: There are lots of spaces as well as handicapped.

Kid-friendliness: The walk decorations keep them children entertained.

Wheelchair accessibility: The parking spaces for disabled are next to the door and plenty of room to in in & out.“

“This is my favorite Dunkin and I go out of my way to go here. Sarah and Ihab are so nice and always remember my order. They even recognize my voice when I order and call me by name. Never have issues with my order being correct and they do a great job keeping this place clean inside and out. I have never been to such a clean drive thru and the garbage is never overflowing or on the ground. Keep it up!“

“THIS is the Dunkin to go to on Ogden Ave in Hinsdale! Not sure on the man’s name who made our 4 iced coffees on Monday Aug 11, but they were the best ones we ever drank! He should get a raise and get promoted to train all the area Dunkin’s to make them exactly like that! We tried calling to let you know of your greatness, but customer service dropped our call. “There are a few Dunkin's in my area that I go to, this one is by far the most consistent! The staff is always friendly, the food is always hot, and my coffee is always made perfectly! Caught them during a busier rush today and even then they were very communicative and got my food and coffee out to me fast. Fave location in my area!“

“My mom had a flat tire and we were in our way to fix it but we had to stop in the parking lot in dunkin we tried calling a tow truck nobody picking up so we went inside the dunkin’ and really nice and amazing person asked if our tire is flat and she offered to ask dominos to get the jack but we didn’t no how to so these to amazing pepole helped change the tire“

“This is my Dunkin for sure. I always get my coffee extra extra and it always is perfect here no matter what size i get. I also LOVE my Charlie Drink and i am so THANKFUL this location also makes it perfect no matter the size.

For some reason other dunkins tend to miss the mark depending on the size and are not consistent with the flavor of the drink.

Staff is always friendly, this the cherry on top to get my morning started.

“The stuff here is good and the whole time i was there i noticed he is taking care of the customers all alone and was trying his best to make quick. Im giving the 5 star only for him.

“I'm a frequent customer, mainly for their large iced coffee. Friends often give me gift cards fur Dunkin. Unfortunately, their food items are not good. The toasted cheese sandwiches taste rubbery and burnt on one side. and the egg and cheese croissants are hard with again rubber like eggs. Now the last two times even the iced mocha coffee tasted bad. The workers don't seem to put much effort into anything. Was happy to see this location open as it's close to home but their service and products leave much to be desired. I'll be going back to the Palos location from now on. Have never had anything to complain about at that location.“
