“The best cheeseburgers ever!“

“We stopped in for a quick breakfast yesterday. We get Dunkin's avocado toast quite a bit from other stores for a quick (animal free) breakfast. We know this isn't real homemade avocado toast but at $3 a slice it's not a bad buy. This particular location in Burr Ridge hooked us up. The avocado spread was quite generous and the citrus flavor was strong. Some people may not like that but I did! We got the sun dried tomatoes with the everything seasoning. The bread was a little under toasted but not really a problem. We also got a coffee and a couple refresher drinks which were all good. It was a great little breakfast and we didn't feel like garbage afterwards.

“Wanted to finally try and we arrived before closing about a half hour prior. And it must be the owner a lady was at counter greeted us with a smile. We chose our donuts and she put in extra, we were like no it’s ok. So we left her a tip in her tip jar and she looked surprised and so grateful she Putin extra we were like no it’s ok that is for your service.
The donuts were fresh and delicious. Kids loved them as well.
If you want fresh donuts and I’m sure the earlier you go you will have a better selection. But they are delicious, give them a try.“

“I grew up in Western Springs, in a house on the “other side of the tracks”. Almost every Sunday, my father and I would go to Kirschbaum’s for a dozen donuts. Those donuts were sooo good.“

“Only tried the corndogs and they’re really good. If you’ve had KongDog don’t come here thinking you’ll get the exact same thing though. They don’t put sugar on the original one or drizzle sauce on top of the hot cheeto dog. Also, the potato one was just cut up wavy fries on the outside. They made the corndogs fresh though so all of them were nice and crisp but it took awhile for them to come out.“

“Came for breakfast. Greeted and sat at the table immediately upon arrival. There are sooo many options on the menu. Great selections. They also gave the small donuts which were so good! I had an omelette and fruit which was good. Food came out quickly. Nice size omelette. I recommend and would return.“

“My hubby normally goes to this place to buy my iced lattes and they never disappoint . Saturday night I was working and stopped by, but lattes weren’t available since the machine was being cleaned . The girl suggested iced coffee but I decided to go with the cookie butter cold brew . “I always go in the afternoon around 5:30pmish and this is genuinely the best and most consistent Dunkin I’ve been to. A lot of other locations you can only hope it taste remotely close but these baristas always make my drink taste absolutely spot on.“

Parking: There are lots of spaces as well as handicapped.

Kid-friendliness: The walk decorations keep them children entertained.

Wheelchair accessibility: The parking spaces for disabled are next to the door and plenty of room to in in & out.“

“This is my Dunkin for sure. I always get my coffee extra extra and it always is perfect here no matter what size i get. I also LOVE my Charlie Drink and i am so THANKFUL this location also makes it perfect no matter the size.

For some reason other dunkins tend to miss the mark depending on the size and are not consistent with the flavor of the drink.

Staff is always friendly, this the cherry on top to get my morning started.

“I'm here ever morning and I alway order XL Midnight. The lady in the front is a POWERHOUSE she by herself and is very kind. Great customer service..she always makes my coffee right there and always apologize.. I been to other places but byfar the best place for my coffee..“

“We arrived at this spot for a meeting. we heard about this spot from many people. Well, it was a winning. The staff members welcomed us with a smile and we had an excellent feeling. “The sandwich was well build with I presume precooked eggs and meat on rye bread. The iced coffee was a bit gritty which I didn’t like. I’m uncertain if that Duncan’s way or just didn’t blend or dissolve. The staff were pleasant and busy cleaning and cleaning!!!“

Parking: There are plenty of spots but if not in front of the the cafe, there is additional parking on the side of the building.

“My mom had a flat tire and we were in our way to fix it but we had to stop in the parking lot in dunkin we tried calling a tow truck nobody picking up so we went inside the dunkin’ and really nice and amazing person asked if our tire is flat and she offered to ask dominos to get the jack but we didn’t no how to so these to amazing pepole helped change the tire“

Not great for dining in!! The place gets pretty filled up if folks are waiting for their food after ordering…

“Most** of the employees are kind, courteous and serve the customers very well. I wanted to mention what I assume is in issue, If I asked for my receipt it is not to come back an complain as I mentioned I am served well. But I have nothing to do with why other common customers come back to complain with receipts. At times I go out of my way to another Dunkin to not be questioned as to why I want my receipt. I try to be kind to the the staff as they do prepare my orders promptly.“

Kid-friendliness: Always smiling this staff is kid and fur-babie friendly. They always ask my pups if they want a munchkin in the drive-thru.

“this Dunkin has such poor customer service. I watch the manager tell this kid that they couldn't make him something because the ovens were down for cleaning. As I sat there for at least 30 min, not one person went to the ovens to start cleaning them. this is not the only time I noticed stuff like this.“
