“This is the place you want to go for when you want to authentic Vietnamese food. We got the Grilled Lemon Grass Beef Banh Mi and man that sandwich didn't have the right to be THAT GOOD. Everything was delicious, from the the warm and crispy Baguette, to the perfect beef, the correct toppings and man the ratios were so so good!
We ended with a couple of coffees and the experience was completed perfectly.
Now the service was just the cherry on top! Everyone was nice and helpful and just wanted us to enjoy our quick bite. Anytime i'm anywhere near Chicago, i will be stopping by here for sure.“

“Came in with a friend who had never had boba before. The owner(?) recommended her a flavor and offered to make her a different kind if she didn't like it. She had brown sugar, I had taro, and my wife had a caramel latte boba. All were delicious! We also got the mini pancake bites which were fantastic. The owner(?) was super nice and gave us free water as well. If it wasn't a 40 minute drive for us we would be here all the time!“

However, I wasn’t happy with the quantity of the tapioca pearls in the drink, it was lesser than expected and the drinks could surely use some more ice (I asked for regular ice), but overall it was a good experience. “The Taiwanese popcorn chicken is amazingly good and a fulfilling snack! The popcorn chicken is definitely shareable for 2 people. The mango lemonade drink was certainly refreshing for a hot summer Chicago day. The black tea boba milk tea was nicely balance in terms of taste and sugar. The milk tea wasn't too sweet at all, which I like. The amount of tapioca pearls you get is adequate for the size.

TBaar is one of THE only few places that actually have good boba tea.“

In Evanston, it might be harder to find parking, but when I went I got a spot right in front of there. The whole family loves Jamba! “My daughter has been craving to try this place, so we did today! The 87th Street location, not their Milwaukee one. 87th, don't have their Google review page up yet. That's why I'm putting it on this one. The place inside was clean and they were busy when we went in! We order "The B Combo," and it came with 2 corn dogs, an order of Goblins fries, and 2 lemonades for $17.99. We also ordered some garlic parmesan wings that came with fries ?. We sat in the restaurant, and my daughter did her review! I myself will definitely go back to try some other styles and flavors of the dogs! I'll give them a 10 out of 10! The lemonade was delicious. I grabbed a 2nd one before leaving.Very kid friendly! Our meal came out to about $30, but it's cheaper depending on what you get. I'll post pictures and videos! “Anthony and his coworker with glasses showcased exceptional customer service. Very polite, personable, coordinated, quick, problem solvers. Really. My flatbread came out so quickly and effortlessly. The two guys picked up a little “hit/pop” quickly and coordinated as teammates. They had that “unspoken” connection together. Anthony hit all the marks too, as I’d forgotten about the app and my points my last visit or two to other locations. Anyways, these guys crushed it, if it’s that time for reviews, highly reccomend giving these guys a raise, these are the type of team-members to be proud of. Respect. “This past March marked the very 1st time trying this Kung Fu Tea and just like other locations I've been to, same consistently delicious bubble tea.

Pretty sure Lake Forest never had any bubble tea parlors or if there's any Asian/oriental restaurants that serve bubble tea but I'm guessing this place is the town's 1st parlor.

Bubble tea/boba is the in-thing now and is rapidly growing all across the country. Anytime a new boba shop opens in the area, I can't wait to try it.
