Both of our dishes were prepared to our specifications. Mine was seared on the outside and tender moist on the inside. To add to that perfection, the sunchoke purée had an amazing mélange of flavors. I finished my meal with the Scorza Dolce--also packed with flavor.I have now had three meals that were so exquisitely flavorful that they will stick in my mind forever (previous two are from 1981 and 2005). My salmon at Mino's is now my #1 all-time favorite meals!“

Everything was absolutely delightful from the great service (Thanks, Abran!) to the fantastic wine pairings (Thank you, Brian!) My favorite dish was the Coquille St. Jacques “En Tuxedo” which was scallop and truffle encased in a butter pastry, swimming in a lavish champagne-caviar sauce. Absolutely stunning! Even before the event, I felt truly taken care of—the owner took the time to talk with me, helped plan a chef’s table menu, and recommended some fantastic wines that ended up being perfect for our guests.
When we arrived, the atmosphere made the evening feel even more special. It genuinely felt like being in Italy—warm, welcoming, and full of character. The chef’s table menu was outstanding. Every dish had so much flavor, but everything was beautifully balanced, nothing over the top or heavy. You could really taste the care and passion in each course.
