Hands down the best carrot cake vegan or not!“

“My sister and I both ordered the grilled salmon. She asked for her to be cooked through; I asked for mine to be prepred per chef's recommendation. Both of our dishes were prepared to our specifications. Mine was seared on the outside and tender moist on the inside. To add to that perfection, the sunchoke purée had an amazing mélange of flavors. I finished my meal with the Scorza Dolce--also packed with flavor.I have now had three meals that were so exquisitely flavorful that they will stick in my mind forever (previous two are from 1981 and 2005). My salmon at Mino's is now my #1 all-time favorite meals!“

Everything was absolutely delightful from the great service (Thanks, Abran!) to the fantastic wine pairings (Thank you, Brian!) My favorite dish was the Coquille St. Jacques “En Tuxedo” which was scallop and truffle encased in a butter pastry, swimming in a lavish champagne-caviar sauce. Absolutely stunning! Thank you so much and such a great honor to meet you and your team. George Trois is a MUST VISIT for any true gourmand.“

“From the minute I walked in here and saw their charming interior space I sensed that this was going to be the best diner in the Chicagoland area. When I saw the fresh creative menu I knew the food was going to be fantastic and when I tasted the food (which came quickly) my instincts were confirmed! This place is GREAT. “We went to Tocco with my wife yesterday evening for the first time. It's the real thing, authentic Italian food that tastes as excellent Italian food. Details like the bread and the extra virgin olive oil confirm you are eating Italian. If Fabio is available ask him to see the Parmigiano pantry (it's a religious experience 😀). “I always enjoy coming to Guanajuato. I ordered a veggie burrito and it was delicious. My friend ordered the fish taco however and the fish was really overcooked. If you order this item I would suggest asking them to be sure not to overcook the fish.“
