I think theres a timer, but like I said, they let us enjoy our atmosphere and keep bringing the food without us saying. Great service team, they were all on it as if they were our older relative who we hadn't seen in years and kept us happy by bringing dish after dish. I'm definitely coming back more often now that I discovered this spot. I wish I had known this place.“

Mission BBQ restored my faith in restaurants.Went in the young gentlemen at the counter went way above and beyond walking us through the menu, explaining how things are cooked, how he likes things making recommendations.While waiting to get my food another gentlemen told me all about how they cook, their sauces and more. The gentlemen cleaning tables was super friendly and helpful as well. It was like Chick Filet service on steroids.And the food, fantastic, the ribs were good but the brisket was probably my favorite. Sides were excellent as were the drinks. Highly recommend Mission BBQ and I'll definitely be back, want to try the brisket dry instead of moist and also want to try a burger. All restaurants could take a lesson in service from this place.“
“We usually frequent another family-style Korean restaurant in Schaumburg - which we've loved over the years! Wanted to try something new for a change.Ambience is very cozy - booths (instead of an open space) with traditional touches!Food is DELICIOUS - let's get that out of the way!Some observations:* Salad/sides - tasty, free refills, 5 choices* Bulgogi and pork dish - lots of veggies used as fillers. My kids are 'carnivores' and as such don't eat any veggies. They see meat and attack! The amount of meat we get in each plate is very less.* They should have an option without veggies. We ended up buying 4 plates of bulgogi and 2 plates of pork - just for 3 adults and 2 young kids. One of them had miso soup and I had the bibimbap! Price is reasonable but with volume of less meat, it adds up.* They don't have individual miso soup bowls for kids. It's a large bowl with greens already in it. My kids HATE greens.* Wish there was a easy way to call the waiters/waitresses - no call button and with only 1 person speaking in English, you are at the mercy of that person crossing you or the other waiters passing the message! This also impacts how quickly they could bring things. For ex. we asked for the lettuce and miso paste at the beginning but got it towards the end!* Dessert was a nice suprising touch and we all loved it!Will definitely go back there...now that I know their menu and system better.“
“I tried the Fire & Grill yesterday for take out order. I ordered 6-piece wings and fries in both Grilled and fried. I can say they were equally very good. Nice size and done just right. Juicy and good flavor with plenty of tasty fries. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They informed me that the grilled wings only 4 were ready and I could wait a few minutes for the other two but offered to give me a leg and thigh in its place if I did not want to wait. I took them up on the offer and the grilled leg and thigh was also very good. I will be ordering from here again. The only thing I would say is that I did not see a bathroom available for those that want to dine in and wash your hands afterwards.“

Great service— perhaps due to time of day and it not being busy— but the servers were constantly asking/making sure I had enough side dishes and/or if I needed anything else.My meal came with refillable tea which was very nice. I got the bulgogi bento box and it was really delicious and worth the money for everything I got on my plate. I would love to try some of their other staple dishes as well.The vibe of the place was nice; they had k-pop music playing and a very clean aesthetic. “The best bbq around hands down. Super Smokey flavor and smoked to perfection. My only gripes was you have to order at the counter and they call your name. I stalled the line a bit cause I didn’t know the menu but it’s not that difficult to do either. I’m guessing less staff = lower prices and I didn’t think it was crazy expensive, it’s decent. Second gripe was the paper towels in the center of the table, should be off to the side but no biggey, easy work around. Great place though! I’ll be back.“

Hot tea and water were offered once we seated Refreshing banchan were offered before our foods arrived, it doesn’t take long for our foods arrive. Crispy fried dumplings were good. Beef Raman noodles were not over cooked, The broth flavor was mild, but good. Beef bugogi was flavorful with rice on the side. Kimchee soup comes with noodles on the bottom side hot stone steamed rice along with the order. We all enjoyed our dishes. We get there right when they open. The place fills up quickly. The conversation and interaction with all of us was informative and funny throughout. We were also served to sample the finished foods they were demonstrated. Along with the food, several beers and soft drinks were also available to sample. If you enjoy BBQ and smoking meats and poultry, I would highly recommend attending this event. I would recommend ordering the ribs with sauce on the meat instead of on the side. Food arrived promptly, was warm and tasty as it should be. Parmesan chicken was good however I do enjoy the Parmesan encrusted chicken at Cheesecake factory more. Ribs were fall off the bone and tasty. Sweet potato was more like a delicious dessert than a potato as it was covered with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. What could be bad? “We got a 16” pepperoni pizza and breaded zucchini. The total with tax and small tip was $33. Not bad and on par with other area pizza joints. This pizza was pretty good. Enough cheese and each slice had at least 1-2 pieces of pepperoni on it. The sauce was also pretty good. The only thing I didn’t like was the crust. Well it was don’t perfectly, it seems just a little chewy. But no where near enough where I wouldn’t get it again. I would recommend Duncan and Dada’s and would actually get the pizza again. My wife loves the breaded zucchini. The pieces were big, unlike other area places where it’s small pieces and all you get is breading. She said it’s her favorite breaded zucchini.We will definitely be back.Parking: Park in the front of the building I’m for easy access to pick up food. If you want to bowl, park in the back.“

Super gross stuff on the sink, no hand soap available, toilet was dirty and bathroom floors felt a bit sticky. The food, however, is amazing. I see why people rave about it.
