They made me feel, full at heart and like a hug from Jesus above. I've recommended Americab Kolache to all of my friends. I think they should be in the top 5 for Edwardsville Illinois and it's Czech republican sweats. “I placed an order through app and picked up at the time app said order would be ready. I've done this several times before with no issues. Today I met Aaron at the counter & the order was not showing up in the system. Well Aaron quickly apologized & blamed himself for maybe not looking in the right spot for the order or maybe their system is messing up. I offered to pull up order from the app on my phone and wowwee..My order was set for the time I showed up but for 10 days later. Not sure why that specific date was set on my phone but clearly I was the problem and I was so embarrassed for that error on my end. Aaron was so kind and extended such grace to me. I apologized right away and he said no worries everything was fixable; easy to resolve. He also joked with me about coming back for another cake order for that later date; which I do plan on coming back for a bigger order anyways; especially for upcoming Holidays. Bravo to Nothing bundt cakes for their staff, customer service, quality products & safe, calm, happy environment. Thank you Aaron for being phenomenal!
