“I’ve been here a few times and the food doesn’t disappoint. I did have a disappointing experience today with our bill however. There was an extra meal charged on our bill which I brought to our servers attention. When she returned, I found that instead of voiding and printing a corrected bill, she ran a credit charge for the overage. This meant I had to pay the higher incorrect charge and wait (from what I understand) a couple 3-4 days for the credit to return to my card. I don’t feel it appropriate that the customer pay for the billing error then have to wait for a refund. I did let them know I wasn’t happy about it. I will be watching that I do receive this credit. It also put a bad taste in my mouth about returning anytime soon.“

“Al pastor is what they're best at. My girlfriend and I can't get enough. We used to get their burritos, but we've been enjoying their tacos more lately. We found this place looking for birria. They have some neat menu options & their lengua is actually really good. It's a nice, more authentic Mexican restaurant that satisfies. Give it a try“

“As has been noted often, this is one of the few places in town with authentic Mexican food. This was our first time here and we're glad we finally decided to check it out. We both got a few tacos- the chicken was a little dry but overall didn't ruin the taco by any means, and we tried the asada & lengua as well. Chips and dip were great, queso was amazing.“

“I came here for lunch this afternoon. I’ve never been here before. It’s a great restaurant delicious food and great service. They still have some kinks to work out seeing how they just opened recently, but they’ll get it together. Such a nice place to relax drink and eat. Our server Ash took great care of us. She was very prompt. Made us tasty drinks and was very sweet. I will be back here.“

“I love authentic Mexican food and this guy has exactly that! I found him a year ago and it has been a continuous foodship. From corn tortillas to burritos and tortas honey he never misses and the Verde and roja sauces best I've ever had. Being right around the corner from my house I've gotten to enjoy the best of his work. JUST WONDERFULLY DELICIOUS 😋 😊“

“I visited for the first time the other day but won't be the last. It's a small place but has plenty of seating. Friendly people and good prices. The tacos were big and delicious. The toppings bar had everything you needed. The salsa verda was spicy but great. Definitely try this place.“

“I visited FR In early July. Just finding out my child was on the spectrum, he had an epic meltdown. I’ve never had to work through an episode like that, so I was frustrated and upset. The owner came over, handed two dumdum suckers to my child and a stuffed dinosaur. He offered to hold my son, who just screamed louder at the idea. I kept apologizing, and eventually took my kid to the entryway to give the other patrons a break from his meltdown. After a few mins, the owner came out to the entryway to check on us. I explained my son’s diagnosis, and he offered to turn the music off. He also unscrewed the lightbulb over our table and it calmed my child down. Eventually, we were able to order and eat in relative peace. I just find it super amazing that someone would go to those lengths to make sure my kid was okay. 10/10 excellent food too!“

“One of the few taquerias that still have $3 tacos, and they are very, very good. The verde sauce here is a big reason why I love this place so much. They sell both of their sauces in larger containers in their refrigerator section. Better tacos than any of the spots closer to the Fountain.“
