“Pretty typical Firehouse Subs. If you are in a hurry call ahead. Everyone except me ordered ahead. I had a 15 minute wait. If I wasn't on my way to work it wouldn't have mattered. The quality of ingredients they use is good and the sandwiches were filling ( 1 for nightshift breakfast and 1 for lunch).“

“I gotta send a shout out and a lot of praise to Nick and the crew here. My main issue with Subways in the past, is how hit or miss it can be. However that’s not the case here. Me and my manager order lunch from her about once a week and both the food as well as the service are consistently excellent. My go to is the BMT and I like a lot of toppings, as well as I am one to get some sauces. That can lead to a messy and sometimes straight unmanageable sandwich. Here though, they thoughtfully assemble ingredients in reasonable proportions and adequate amount of sauce. That along with firm yet full bread which is never overly toasted, avoiding that scattering of crumbs with every bite. This all makes for a sandwich I can enjoy as opposed to just trying to keep it from fall apart.
The service is also always pleasant and the team accommodating. I prefer giardiniera on my sandwich but the app doesn’t have that as an option and often I forget to ask for a side in the special instruction. But the crew is alway quick to oblige me, even when they’re hard at work on multiple sandwiches.
All in all, as one who really looks forward to my lunches, it is a relief and a comfort to know that the food is gonna always be satisfactory and often the solace on a particular rough day. Too often these forums are used to berate or complain, so I wanted to take the time to acknowledge and show appreciation for people who seeming put a lot of caring into what they do . “I used to work at a Subway because I would crave it while I was pregnant. With that being said I know how a subway is ran through and through. THIS Subway here is One Of Thee Best Subway locations I have been to!! The employees were helpful, kind, and very attentive. This manager (whomever it may be) is doing a WONDERFUL job.
The FOOD is Very Fresh. The meats and vegetables were all full. I like a lot of veggies so usually the sandwich artist will make a mess of my sandwich But Not Here Buddy. This you Gentleman with blue eyes and blond hair deserves the Title of a true sandwich artist!! The way he took great care into making the perfect sandwich for myself and my daughter is admirable!!! I'm not sure if I ever want anyone else to make my Subway sandwich for me, as of yesterday.
Hats off to this Subway!!

“Food is great, delivery is always fast, but I wish they would ring the darn doorbell when they deliver!! My husband's surprise birthday lunch sat on the porch for 3 hours while I was at work because he had no idea it was there.“

“On 3/9/25 we dined at your restaurant in Hobart. My daughter had a low blood sugar emergency while we were there. Your staff was so helpful and so kind to us they gave us a free cookie and a free drink so her blood sugar levels would go up. “Perhaps the best Subway experience I've ever had. Friendly staff. Prompt service. I ordered online at 12:45pm and my lunch was ready for pickup at 1. People who gave low ratings and complaining that the drive thru is too slow are just wrong...it takes time to freshly make your custom sandwich. If you want fast, go to McDonalds.“

“This is my favorite Subway restaurant that I've ever visited. I go here all the time for lunch. What makes it stand out is the touchscreen display before you drive up to the pickup window. Here you can place your order, customize it, and also save your order (using your phone number) for future visits. This takes out one of the biggest hassles that people usually experience at Subway restaurants--having to keep shouting out what you want on your sandwich and how much you want of each item. It streamlines the process so well that I don't even go to the other Subway restaurants now without the touchscreen. Also, the workers are very pleasant and friendly as well.“

“For the first time I went to this location and the service was fantastic with great people behind the counter. I want to give a shout to blue for making my food with care while making sure I was very satisfied at thr end of my order. “We've ordered a few times online. It's always done when we get there. Last trip was last night. Looks like they were short handed on staff. We ordered 4 sandwiches and arrived early. Expecting to wait. The person let us know they were working on them and asked us to pull forward. They worked quickly. The sandwiches were the best made that we've had. (Not saying that they've been bad before but they have been messy). The young man and woman working there last night (Thursday 9/11/25) were a great team. Hope their manager sees this and lets them know we're grateful to them both!“
