“I had came into this subway with mid to no expectations based off off past experiences with other subways but this employee made my day with his tremendous services at the subway in meijer drive. I don’t know his name but he was a white guy who had tattoos and a white Sox hat, and me being extremely loaded off of some fresh exotic I needed a great sandwich, and he did just that the way he crafted this masterpiece with a smile on his face I knew this was going to be the one . He went above and beyond to make this sandwich with love and care and I respect and love him for that . The exotic was winning but he helped me get back in the fight and thank you for that man really . ?“

“The employees here are always nice and do an excellent job. They care about their customers enough to even remember what some of their preferences are. That's not necessarily expected, so it is above and beyond good service. They always get a tip from me. I live around the corner from another subway, but I'll drive here instead. It's a complete, 100% opposite experience than what I receive at their Charlestown Crossing store. The employees here at the county road 311 location are awesome.“

I am leaving a 5-star review because of their excellent customer service. I don't know of too many restaurants that would have offered that. The person my wife spoke to on the phone was understanding and professional as well as the delivery driver. My order: Beach Club #12, what I received was a beach club with no bread. I have to admit that I ate some of the turkey and tomatoes from the wrong sandwich due to being on lunch break. “I’ve been to most, if not all Penn stations in the area, both in Louisville and Southern Indiana. I had lost faith in Penn Station, to be honest, and usually decided to go somewhere else. I have never been to this location before so I thought I’d give it a try and It was probably the best meal I’ve ever had at Penn Station. The cheesesteak was fire! The fries were crispy!
