“ordered online thru their app. we added in the special instructions that we would tip them personally if they loaded it up a bit and could accommodate our preferences, and put our phone number in. we received a text message from one of the employees, Emerson was the name, being the sweetest person ever and letting us know they were gonna hook us up, even sent us a photo while it was being prepared. everything was delicious :) we were actually missing two small items (cookie and chips, happens very often with doordash) and the manager called me personally after i contacted doordash customer service to let me know i would be refunded. i didn’t get her name, but she was super kind, prompt, and professional. props to this team, it’s not easy maintaining such kindness and professionalism in food service sometimes when you get bad customers, rudeness, impatience, etc. these folks nailed it :)“

“Just wanted to give a shout out to the two gentlemen who served me thursday sept 24th. I had some bad news so wasnt gonna be able to cook dinner. Walked in trying to grab some sandwiches. These gentle were so accommodating to all my sandwiches which needed this and not that. They ended up making me laugh and i bought a cookie. “I had came into this subway with mid to no expectations based off off past experiences with other subways but this employee made my day with his tremendous services at the subway in meijer drive. I don’t know his name but he was a white guy who had tattoos and a white Sox hat, and me being extremely loaded off of some fresh exotic I needed a great sandwich, and he did just that the way he crafted this masterpiece with a smile on his face I knew this was going to be the one . He went above and beyond to make this sandwich with love and care and I respect and love him for that . The exotic was winning but he helped me get back in the fight and thank you for that man really . ?“

“The employees here are always nice and do an excellent job. They care about their customers enough to even remember what some of their preferences are. That's not necessarily expected, so it is above and beyond good service. They always get a tip from me. I live around the corner from another subway, but I'll drive here instead. It's a complete, 100% opposite experience than what I receive at their Charlestown Crossing store. The employees here at the county road 311 location are awesome.“

“I usually go in and get a sandwich for my elderly friend, so I got a sandwich as well Plus they sell their yesterday's bread for $0.50 a loaf which is a 16-in .
That bread is excellent to bring home cut it in half and make two good sandwiches out of each 50 cent loaf.“

“My wife just ordered from here for lunch. Got home and opened my sandwich and it was wrong. My wife called and they gladly delivered me the correct sandwich. I am leaving a 5-star review because of their excellent customer service. I don't know of too many restaurants that would have offered that. The person my wife spoke to on the phone was understanding and professional as well as the delivery driver. My order: Beach Club #12, what I received was a beach club with no bread. I have to admit that I ate some of the turkey and tomatoes from the wrong sandwich due to being on lunch break. “Best Subway we have ever been to. Sandwiches weren't just thrown together. The workers cared about the ingredients we wanted. The bread was FRESH and the cookies were even fresher. We stop in when passing through on road trips and I always tell my husband I could go for a Jeffersonville, IN sub right now because they seem to be the only Subway with fresh ingredients and great service!“

“I think the owner and his family were serving us last time we went there. The sandwiches had generous amounts of ingredients, the service was friendly and competent. We liked our sandwiches. Nice clean restrooms too. Earlier times there, we also had the displeasure of dealing with the "rude girl". Hopefully she is no longer working there.“

“Not sure why this location is so bad but I will no longer visit the Jeffersonville McAlister. Customer service is always bad and the food is not as good. They make the sandwich I get differently too. I have never ever gotten any of the pickles after I ask for them.“
