“ordered online thru their app. we added in the special instructions that we would tip them personally if they loaded it up a bit and could accommodate our preferences, and put our phone number in. we received a text message from one of the employees, Emerson was the name, being the sweetest person ever and letting us know they were gonna hook us up, even sent us a photo while it was being prepared. everything was delicious :) we were actually missing two small items (cookie and chips, happens very often with doordash) and the manager called me personally after i contacted doordash customer service to let me know i would be refunded. i didn’t get her name, but she was super kind, prompt, and professional. props to this team, it’s not easy maintaining such kindness and professionalism in food service sometimes when you get bad customers, rudeness, impatience, etc. these folks nailed it :)“

It’s always clean, food is always fresh and very single young person that works in there has excellent customer service and is genuinely kind.“

“Good customer service deserves to be recognized. I had a great experience at this Subway location recently. In particular, I was blown away by the great customer service of an employee by the name of Tyler. From start to finish, Tyler was courteous and ensured my sandwich was made with care, while adhering to all food safety standards — something that is less and less common these days. While having a pleasant conversation, I could see very clearly that Tyler will be a great manager or supervisor someday. The sandwich itself was great, but its the service that will keep me coming back to this location. Thanks!“

“I usually go in and get a sandwich for my elderly friend, so I got a sandwich as well Plus they sell their yesterday's bread for $0.50 a loaf which is a 16-in .
That bread is excellent to bring home cut it in half and make two good sandwiches out of each 50 cent loaf.“

“My wife just ordered from here for lunch. Got home and opened my sandwich and it was wrong. My wife called and they gladly delivered me the correct sandwich. I am leaving a 5-star review because of their excellent customer service. I don't know of too many restaurants that would have offered that. The person my wife spoke to on the phone was understanding and professional as well as the delivery driver. My order: Beach Club #12, what I received was a beach club with no bread. I have to admit that I ate some of the turkey and tomatoes from the wrong sandwich due to being on lunch break.
