“Came to LJS for dinner and it was quite the experience. We ate in the restaurant and the staff was totally unexpected. I ordered a shrimp rice bowl with no rice and the chef offered to prepare it with lemon and then they accommodated my lack of rice appropriately and unexpectedly. The people who took the order were very friendly and attentive and three different people checked on our experience while we were eating. Food excellent. Staff excellent. Recommended. Everyone who has finished eating and left (about 5 people) have rung the bell, and I will too.“

“I was in the area for work, and this place comes up on some lists for best burger, but they have other food including burritos. I ordered one, and they put what I wanted in it, and it rivals LaBamba's in Indianapolis for being as big as your head. You'll want a fork and knife to eat it.
It was delicious. Toppings were fresh and plentiful in variety and what they put in the burrito. I got the meal which comes with a side and drink. You could get a big bag of nachos or fries to go with it, and I went with fries. They can put salt, or several other flavors on them, and I chose cheese (I believe they call it queso) which was good, but wasn't what I would chose for fries. The drink is a rather large fountain drink, although they had run out of diet while I was there, so they gave me a 16oz bottle of Diet Coke.
Service was great. Both people working were friendly and helpful. I'm not 100% sure why this place gets so many 1 star ratings, but I saw no logical reason for them in my visit.
Since my work brings me to the area once every month or two, I'll have to drop by to try the burgers and nachos sometime later. Would highly recommend.
I did give Atmosphere 3 stars, but that was because their dining room was not open when I was there, and I sat in the mall area.“

“We went through the drive-through Monday evening...really enjoyed our food...however, we were shorted a family salad and I haven't been able to reach anyone to see if that could be corrected.“

“Just had to have a big red! Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes before any order was taken from the people in front of me. Waited another 6 minutes at the speaker for order to be taken. Waited 10 minutes for me to get my order. This was unacceptable for numerous reasons.“

“ordered online thru their app. we added in the special instructions that we would tip them personally if they loaded it up a bit and could accommodate our preferences, and put our phone number in. we received a text message from one of the employees, Emerson was the name, being the sweetest person ever and letting us know they were gonna hook us up, even sent us a photo while it was being prepared. everything was delicious :) we were actually missing two small items (cookie and chips, happens very often with doordash) and the manager called me personally after i contacted doordash customer service to let me know i would be refunded. i didn’t get her name, but she was super kind, prompt, and professional. props to this team, it’s not easy maintaining such kindness and professionalism in food service sometimes when you get bad customers, rudeness, impatience, etc. these folks nailed it :)“

“I come here all the time but Candace in the drive thru was very pushy and rude. We pulled up to the drive thru and the attitude she had was not necessary. Maybe pull her from the drive thru and put her somewhere where she isn’t interacting with customers.“

“I had ordered from the Kiosk and got a frosty. Well, unfortunately, they were out. However, the manager by the name of Robert quickly noticed and gave me a refund right away. He then proceeded to apologize multiple times. We need more managers like Robert.“
