“Recently, chicken competition moved in near by. I was disappointed to learn which one. However, it wouldn't have mattered., Culvers restaurants have gotten chicken, and freshness right. Expect to wait a few minutes more. It takes that for freshness. If given the choice anywhere I eat, I never mind waiting, as long as when the food comes, that it is apparent that it's fresh.“

“Family and I really enjoyed our lunch. For me, it's like one of those nostalgic places and brings back many memories. Service was great, restaurant was clean. All of our food was hot except the fries (personally not what I was there for). Some may say it's a little greasy (it is mostly fried food served here), but it was very good. We don't have a Long John's around us, so won't be back, but if we are ever back in town would come back to this location.“

“I didn’t want to not recommend Arby’s because the food was great and there wasn’t a wait, however, as a teaching moment for the staff, after going thru the drive up and parking to eat we see that our fries were not in the bag. I went in and got them. I got back in our vehicle and no straws or napkins. We did have a roll of paper towels so all good there and I can live without straws“

“20260603 Ordered online. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very nice employee at the drive thru. She informed me that there was no fried liver left. I swapped it with the gizzles to keep things simple. My hotel was just next door. I got to my room, the food was cold and the fried gizzles and chicken were no hot or crispy. It was disappointing. For warm food, it was still good. The sides were good. I really like the green beans. Maybe it was because I ordered an hour before closing?“

“Ever since the manager Carson made my order right I come here every time and the cashier I have had every time is Trenton. He has made it the absolute best experience the kid is a natural. The staff is always quick, polite and everything. I will always drive 45 minutes to go and get me some nice dinner from a very well restaurant anytime especially for this ZAXBYS.“

“This restaurant does a good job and the employees have always seemed very nice. Lots of varieties of subs and toppings with different condiments to choose from. Great fresh made bread and different varieties of it makes a sub great you can have it toasted or not. Also good variety of awesome cookies. And if you want chips and a drink its available. I have always been satisfied with this restaurant and you can depend on the food to be fresh and well made.“
