“Came on 02/08/25 around the 11:00am hour the place was empty yet very clean. The server was kinda down in the dumps 😞 but was able to fulfill my order in a timely manner. I always buy the Jalapeño Flavor but the original are JUSTS as good. I bought one bag of the Baja Chipotle will have to try later on.“

We ordered online because there was a line but he made accommodations like mayo and mustard on the bread etc. half tomato on the nachos, as we were in store, and he didn’t make a fuss about us asking to edit the order. The atmosphere gets a 1 star because the people walking in were obnoxious and rude. Definitely would have eaten inside had there not been numerous people in there being rude to the employee. “I ate at this Charleys location for the first time in a while and lemme tell you, this place is amazing!!! Seems like new management because the place is ten times better than when I had it before. I ordered a philly steak cheese fries boneless lemon pepper wings and a strawberry lemonade and everything was ON POINT! The service was great too, the manager i believe his name is Jay was really nice and helpful. I noticed they have milkshakes but i had no room for dessert the food is so filling and worth the money, definently want to try that cookies and cream milkshake next time tho :)

“The sandwich was really good very flavorful, and the sauce is really good however the potato did not have a lot of toppings on there so it would have been a little bit better if they had a little bit more on there because the potato is not seasoned just by itself. Overall I give it a 8 out of 10.“

“The service and atmosphere are pure Subway, ok, and clean. This stores's bathroom is off limits still. But I like the sandwiches I've had there. I stick with the hot sandwiches, particularly the chicken. The chicken is real roasted chicken, and there is an ample amount of it on the sandwich. The bread they use isn't high end french, but it is fresh. The flatbread is pretty good also. Good enough that I bought some at the grocery store. Some Subways will sell an extra bread, but this one won't. The cookies are good too. There is a good deal if you add a bottle of soda, a bag of chips and a cookie. A well rounded meal! My store is open until 1 am, so it's a quick, easy late night meal.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's doable, but not easy. The door is in a well, and slightly uphill. If you're alone, you have to open the door, come around the corner while keeping the door open, and over the threshold. It's a pain, and easier if you're with someone. Supposedly the staff will help, but they've never offered, and it's hard for them to see you. I guess you could call if you had your phone, but it nullifies the purpose of being ADA compliant.“

“I come here all the time and the store is very clean compared to a lot of Chicago subway stores. Sheetal is a hard worker and a people person and you will see her if you come here. She's working here everyday. No flies in the store compared to a lot of Chicago subway stores. Sheetal really took my breath away.“

“I always get my favorite sandwich the cold cut trio and today I decided to go with Italian herbs and cheese bread and they did not disappoint. I really enjoyed using my subway coupon, which gave me no trouble, and the ladies there were polite and very helpful. Inside is clean and neat, and the veggies looked great this time. They must have fixed the temperature gage in the cooler under the veggies, because at on point they were getting freezer burn, and I had stopped going. But I returned and yes they have it all fixed. I'll be back to this subway for sure ?“

“I do mobile orders at this location all the time, very often for large orders (6 sandwiches, plus chips). They always get my order right, with all the customizations, and it's always ready when I arrive to pick up. I occasionally get delivery with no issues. Great and friendly service!“

“First of all, the staff at this particular location need a raise, Because they actually understand customer service. I went to Subway and had no clue what I wanted to eat, And yet the staff was patient with me did not rush me can allow me to customize my sandwich. The way I wanted to. They had the footlong cookie too, which I wanted to try however, After the cookie went into the oven, I was expecting it to have a crispy exterior like a cookie, but it did not, it felt almost like a footlong piece of cake. Which was the only bad thing about it...“

“as a truck driver, i've been to many subways. I have been to this one in Gary IN like 7 times in the last 2-3 months. I have been served by a handful of different employees. They always have EXCEPTIONAL customer service here, easily the best subway customer service i have ever experienced. Always friendly, and always tolerant of my (probably unusual) request to toast bacon on the side for extra crispiness. The subs the employees make here are always absolutely delicious too. This is easily my favorite subway i have ever been to. I seriously don't know how they can get it right so frequently. These guys all deserve a raise“

“We used to only go to the South Holland Jimmy John’s but when it closed, we ended up primarily going to Munster. Well, one day we switched it up and tried the Homewood location and from day one, Ka’myah deserved this review. We walk into the door and she knows exactly who we are and our orders. She goes above and beyond for her customers and never fails! She is so kind/ courteous and it needs to be put in writing if it hasn’t been already! “I've never been to a Subway before so I was a little nervous about ordering. I entered the building and was greeted by a young man named Brayden. I think he could tell I was a little nervous about ordering so he went through the entire menu with me, ranking each sub from his favorite to least favorite. Then he told me all of the different variations they can do...I was astounded 😳! I was ordering for my 3 kids and wasn't sure what subs to order them. Brayden asked me about each kid and then suggested which subs they'd like based on their personalities. Well....he was right!!!! My kids LOVED what he picked out for them. While I was getting ready to pay he asked if I wanted chips and a drink. I said I wasn't sure so he suggested which chips and drinks would pair well with each sandwich!!! He was right again! To say I was impressed would be an understatement.“

“I visited Subway yesterday morning and was pleasantly surprised by the service. A hijabi girl, I believe her name is Naina, was working the morning shift—she was excellent with her communication and very polite. She made my food patiently, just the way I wanted, and gave outstanding customer service. I’ve been here many times before and had unpleasant experiences with two Gujarati male staff who were rude and struggled to communicate clearly. Naina, however, made my visit enjoyable, and I truly appreciate her professionalism. Subway should have more hardworking and customer-friendly staff like her.“
