“Rhonda was our waitress and she was very nice and helped with any questions we had! We had the veggie omelette and the meat lovers omelette. Both were great! The house fries and biscuits and gravy were great too. We can’t wait to come back and try more!“

“The Rallys on 22nd and Broadway in louisville, ky has the best crew. The Management there was great. I think her name is Ms. Regina she help me when they forgot a my fry she fixed it and was very nice. Her crew are the friendly at any one that I have been at. “I came in not expecting much. Sometimes Dixie Highway locations are beat up and you don't expect to be treated too well. But let me tell you! This five guys blew me away! Greetings at the door for every customer! Speedy service! Delicious food! Very clean environment! I even walk into the bathroom and am in shock at how clean it was! “The food at this location is good, but the drinks are so packed with ice you have trouble inserting the straw. If they gave you less ice, it could easily be a 5 star. The lobby also looks nicer than other Burger Kings I have been to, with plenty of space for seating, and some pretty lights and hanging decorations.“

“Being new to the area, we hadn't tried Hardee's in years.
To be honest, I was concerned that it would be like a lot of the other restaurants in the area that offered subpar food and subpar services. Me and my wife decided to give it a try anyway.
From the beginning, We were treated with kindness and respect Courtney was absolutely the best. She helped us navigate the menu to find the items we were looking for. She went above and beyond by offering samples of the available sauces, so we could find the right taste to compliment our meal.
She simply made our experience the best we've had in Louisville, KY.
It is because of her and the great food they served, Hardee's will now be our first choice when our family orders out.
With Courtney's great customer service, kindness and exceptional attitude, I have no problem recommending her and this Hardee's to anyone who appreciates hard work, devotion and kindness.

“I ate here for lunch today. Man working the drive thru was exceptionally friendly. Made me feel like he was glad I was there. As I sat in my car waiting for my food, I could hear him taking orders from the folks behind me. He was kind, polite, friendly, and professional. He even told each customer that they could save money by using the White Castle app. I didn’t wait in line very long at all. My food was hot, fresh, and tasty. Before I left, I asked his name so I could leave a review and mention him. So shout out to Mike for being the perfect example of what customer service should be!“

“Lots of choices and specials available. I had a chicken quesadilla. It had loads of chicken inside. My friend had a chicken burrito deluxe. It was big enough to take some home. The queso was hot and delicious, and the nacho chips were warm. If you haven't been here in awhile, you need to come on in! Waitress was very friendly, smiling, and attentive.“
