“Subway has really upped their game. The wheat bread is much better. The meat looked and tasted much better. The vegetable bins were full and much fresher. I didn't feel like I was getting the last piece of wilted lettuce in the place. I hesitated to try again after several visits that were less than pleasant. I don't like begging to have a few more veggies on my sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised with the product and service this time.“

“ordered online thru their app. we added in the special instructions that we would tip them personally if they loaded it up a bit and could accommodate our preferences, and put our phone number in. we received a text message from one of the employees, Emerson was the name, being the sweetest person ever and letting us know they were gonna hook us up, even sent us a photo while it was being prepared. everything was delicious :) we were actually missing two small items (cookie and chips, happens very often with doordash) and the manager called me personally after i contacted doordash customer service to let me know i would be refunded. i didn’t get her name, but she was super kind, prompt, and professional. props to this team, it’s not easy maintaining such kindness and professionalism in food service sometimes when you get bad customers, rudeness, impatience, etc. these folks nailed it :)“

“The employees here are always nice and do an excellent job. They care about their customers enough to even remember what some of their preferences are. That's not necessarily expected, so it is above and beyond good service. They always get a tip from me. I live around the corner from another subway, but I'll drive here instead. It's a complete, 100% opposite experience than what I receive at their Charlestown Crossing store. The employees here at the county road 311 location are awesome.“

“We expected to have a typical Subway lunch while visiting Louisville but ended up extremely impressed by the two young people working. The lady with red braids was patient, kind, and prepared excellent sandwiches. She took the time to chat for a few moments and shared that she chooses to make her job fun. Both people working in the dining room were cleaning. We enjoyed our meal and walked to the door. The young man said, “Miss! You forgot something!” I had accidentally left my wallet on the chair. I’m incredibly thankful for his honesty and kindness. Subway is incredibly blessed to have these two employees. Date and time visited: Feb 3rd, 3:30 pm.“

“I stopped by Subway for lunch and had a pretty good experience. I ordered a turkey footlong on Italian herbs and cheese with all the veggies, and everything tasted fresh and well put together. The bread was soft, and the ingredients looked like they had just been prepped. The staff was friendly and made the sandwich just how I asked, which I appreciated. The place was clean and not too busy, so I was in and out pretty quickly. It’s not something I’d crave all the time, but for a healthier fast food option, it definitely did the job.“
