“Hands down my favorite coffee shop!!! Even when I don’t know what I want, I ask for a surprise latte and have never been disappointed!“

“This is my local restaurant and it's been hit or miss over the years but the past several times we've been for takeout, it's been really good. On my last visit I ordered a filet-o-fish that was perfect, for McDonald's. Someone took the time to make it look JUST like the picture, you know, bun shining and steaming all the ingredients cohesively put together. Not only was the sandwich picture perfect but it really was tasty. It was a 20 minute wait and I told my husband for the first time ever, it was worth the wait. Good on you McDonald's.

Parking: Parking is plentiful as most people utilize the double drive thru.

Wheelchair accessibility: Several handicap spaces and wheelchair accessible.“

“Stopped in yesterday on my way back to Louisville and the baristas were so nice and the Carmel iced latte was delicious. 10/10 experience“

“Went there today for my first time very great atmosphere didn’t know what I was wanting to get or what I should get so I decide to ask an employee there what they think is a good recommendation. After a few recommendations I decided to go with something and when I did, I was not disappointed. I’m sure there is multiple other things there that are very good but all in all great experience very well ran and very respectful employees will definitely be going back and recommending it to others. They sure did brighten my evening!“

“This is my first time ever going into the establishment.
I was not greeted. I stood there waiting at the counter for about five minutes. They were busy, but no one even looked at me. They intentionally ignored me. I walked out walked in. Waited some more then got greeted then got service. Food was exactly as expected great.
They did not call out my order to let me know when it was ready. Just a little disappointing as locally they have a good name these are reasons why someone may not come back.“

“Love the staff here. Today my mom and I came to get our coffees and one of the ladies wrote on our cups a heart and have a great day and it literally made our day so thank you to who ever did that. We come in about every morning and everyone is so nice and friendly at this location.“

“I love this place, and I love their black lavender tea! However, the most frustrating thing about this place is that they are ALWAYS out of something specifically, the black lavender. I’m sure it’s a very popular drink. But there’s been times where they’re out for weeks at a time. I gave it time thinking it was from the new startup since they had just opened a little while ago, and had moved their other store recently. However, it is still happening.

I don’t know anything about what’s happening behind the scenes, so it could be a supply thing versus being the actual store itself.

Overall, the staff is quite kind. They always serve with a smile on their faces. Inside is quite casual and relaxing. The drinks are amazing when they’re actually in stock.“

“I visit the Kerrick Lane location almost every weekend. The best humans work here! I got this little Starbucks bear from a coworker that visited Mexico. Plugs right in the top! So cute!! I wish we would get these things here in the US! ❤️“
