“When i walked in I was greeted with a “Hi, welcome to panera”. They also have amazing costumer service, cafe is clean, and didn’t wait long for my food. As i was handed my food they said “Have a great rest of your day.”“

“I'll admit, I'm not always a huge fan of Panera, and I didn't walk in today with high expectations. I placed my order at a kiosk, so that sorta set the expectation for service level. But I was pleasantly surprised because my food was ready quickly, I spoke to three different people in the kitchen at the pickup area and all three of them were smiling and seemed happy to help me. Someone was cleaning the dining room and let me know that a couple tables were still damp because he had just wiped them down. I really didn't have anything to complain about on this visit at this location today, good job guys!“
“First time Panera Bread and it was actually amazing! Suzanne at the checkout took good care of us and entertained us while we waited. The interior and exterior were clean and cozy and our Ciabatta was delicious! All for a good price and little wait. We'll be back!“
“Food was great, it could be a little more though. Service was great, and the atmosphere was good. The chicken salad sandwich could be a little more and spread out over the bread. I was looking forward to getting a broccoli cheese soup bread bowl which they were out of the bread bowls so regular bowl it was. Now the dragon fruit lemonade drink was killer good!!!!“
“We're visiting Indianapolis for a national swim meet. My son & I went to Panera Bread for lunch today. We were met by the nicest, most helpful people I have encountered in a long time. They aren't just there to hand you your food after you order. They're there to engage with you & get to know you. They're truly interested in YOU. Derrick, Jazzy Jeff & Miss Lavetra are amazing! Thank you for a wonderful experience!“
“I recently stopped by for breakfast and am very happy that I did. I ordered the Sausage CinnaScramble Sandwich, and it was extremely delicious. The sweet from the cinnamon paired with the creamy scrambled eggs, mildly spicy breakfast sausage patty, and the buttery flavor and crunch from the cinnamon roll Pastry was the perfect start to my day. I would definitely order the Sausage CinnaScramble Sandwich again.
Parking: Panera has its own large parking lot.“

“I ordered the pick two for lunch on August 21, 2026. I tried the ultimate garden steak salad but it was not made correctly and I was on my lunch break so I didn't have time to go back. It didn't look anything like the picture. It was half rice but it isn't supposed to have rice. Hot rice in a cold salad is not very appealing. There was no grilled broccoli, cilantro, or frizzled onion. I still gave four stars because, usually everything is correct.“
“I walked in and ordered on the kiosk thing and sat down and thought I heard my name. I was like there’s no way they’re calling my name yet so I walked up thinking maybe something was wrong with my order but no it was ready! Fastest service ever! And staff is super friendly! I’ll definitely be making this my regular Panera when I’m craving it 😁

“Pick up lunch here couple times a month- always have the same girl at drive through. She is the kindest and warmest employee, always welcoming and has a smile even when it was 0 degrees outside and she was working the window. She is the best, def have some good employees at this location.“
