“Went there today for my first time very great atmosphere didn’t know what I was wanting to get or what I should get so I decide to ask an employee there what they think is a good recommendation. After a few recommendations I decided to go with something and when I did, I was not disappointed. I’m sure there is multiple other things there that are very good but all in all great experience very well ran and very respectful employees will definitely be going back and recommending it to others. They sure did brighten my evening!“

“I had a great experience at Heine Brothers Coffee on Veterans Parkway. I ordered two Americanos and a warm lemon poppy seed muffin. The muffin was honestly one of the best I’ve had in a really long time—perfectly warm, moist, and full of flavor. The coffee was really good too. My husband is pretty picky about his coffee and prefers it strong and bold, and he really loved the Americano.

I also noticed the Black Lives Matter and “Everyone Is Welcome Here” stickers on the window. As a person of color who isn’t from the area, that meant a lot to me. It made me feel comfortable and welcomed, which I truly appreciated.

On top of all that, the staff was friendly, warm, and inviting. We’ll definitely be back if we’re ever in the area again.“

“We stumbled upon Pearl Street Coffee house while visiting Louisville from out of town. The atmosphere is so cozy and the staff are so friendly and helpful! Our coffee and breakfast wraps were delicious and very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!“

“I've never had any problems with them. They're always so friendly and quick, even when they're really busy. When I do a mobile order to pick up, they always seem to have my coffee ready if not then within a few minutes of me standing there at the window.

“Yesterday I had Starbucks for the 1st time. I went with family to the Starbucks in Kroger in jeffersonville indiana. The only lady working a sweet brown hair kinda short 25 to 30 in age guessing any way she was the sweetest . My nephew said she's never been here and she was like welcome do you know what you like and proceeded to fill me in on everything. She complimented us over and over one of the nicest people I've ever met. She deserves recognition for how great she is .“

I had an issue with my app and I didn't understand the price and other people there didn't have any answers but she came to me and explained everything to me even though they were busy while the others were just trying to get me out of the drive thru!!
