“the store itself was a good store, my wife and i got the biscotti tres leches cake but we weren’t really happy with it this go around. it’s our favorite & one we always make sure to get but this time it didn’t have any moisture inside the cake, it was VERY dry. The only thing that had any moisture was the icing…. not the best trip treat wise but the store staff was really kind. I’ll be back just from staff experience.“

“Excellent ice cream and the Waffle Cones are fantastic and delicious ? the only downside is that it is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE for ice-cream ? for my daughter and myself 2 Waffle cones my daughter had 2 hand dipped Chocolate and the Flavor of the Week every time we go is the Toasted Coconut and I had the best of all time soft serve twist its the best was it worth $7.50 "NOOOOOWAAAAAYYY"!!!! $15 and 2 wafflecone ice-creams later your belly is over endulged and I was sick and I would have said it's SO WORTH IT BUT THE PRICE IS DISTURBING AND NOT OK for other's who are on fixed income, don't have money to ever go out and treat their family and then can't afford to buy for themselves. If I had tons of money I would treat those who work hard and NEVER GET TO EXPERIENCE CHILLERS!!! I DO LOVE ? ICE CREAM FOREVER!!!! Maybe have cheaper deals and more specials for the ones who can't get out often and experience your AMAZING EXPERIENCE. I HAVE BEEN 3 TIMES IN THE PAST MONTH AND HALF AND THAT'S INSANITY TO LOVE ? DESSERT THIS MUCH!!! HAVE A DEALS AND REWARDS PROGRAM BUY SO MANY EARN FREE REWARDS. I STOPPED GOING TO DQ DUE TO THEIR GENERIC OFFERS, DEALS, REWARD POINTS IS ALWAYS A FREE SMALL CONE OR MINI BLIZZARD AFTER U SPEND $50-$60 ON BLIZZARDS AND CONES IN A MONTH. I KNOW CHILLERS CAN BEAT THAT AND STOMP ON OTHER LOCAL ICE CREAM ESTABLISHMENTS!!!!“

“We have been in the area for over 10 years and had never tried tried this place. We had some free soft serve coupons from the local library, so we thought we would give this ice cream place a try. After reading other reviews, I thought I would set everyone straight. The outside may not seem appealing, and it may not be your “traditional” ice cream shop. The staff was very friendly.

They have two options for ice cream.
- Soft serve, starts at $6.99 for 8 ounces and unlimited toppings (which is a lot of ice cream)
- Hand Dip, starts at $3.99 for one scoop.

Everyone enjoyed their ice cream, and we will definitely be back!“

“We Eat Culver's All the time but today was the first time we went inside. And Oh My Gosh. It was Amazing! So Hot and Perfect! Juicy Burger, Fries Crispy! But I have NEVER had a better Root Beer in my life!! I love this Jeffersonville Location!“

“I've been to Culver's 3 times in my life, and 2 of them was this location....there are differences in locations for real. This location has been WAY BETTER than I thought it would be both times. I'll leave this review based on my most recent visit. I had always wanted to try the fish so I finally did and I'm glad i didnt order the 3 piece because I couldn't even finish the 2 pc meal due to all of the AWESOME fries and the 2 very large pieces of fish. The food was fantastic and my fiance has the pot roast sandwich meal and she absolutely loved it, I tasted it too and it was just like what she cooks at home, perfect. The biggest thing I noticed, other than the food, was how friendly the staff was and how much fun they had interacted with each other. They were laughing and having a good time, something you don't see at ANY fast food place. They must enjoy their jobs. Also, the fried pickles were amazing. The $39 price tag was steep but since the 2 basically had 2 meals out of one meal, I'd be more than happy to spend $39 at Culver's than $5 at McDonald's. We'll be back for sure.“

“Easily a 5-star spot! The staff here is fantastic—friendly, genuinely engaged, and super patient when people need a minute to figure out what they want. Even during busy rushes, they keep the line moving efficiently without sacrificing quality or customer service.
Special shout-out to the young woman working there (I wish I caught her name!) who actually remembers me and my usual order—that kind of personal touch is rare and really appreciated. The ice cream is always consistent, delicious, and the perfect way to cool down on these hot, humid days. Highly recommend!“
