“We placed a Door Dash order through the Taco Bell app and ended up missing half of our order, likely due to a missing bag. Timothy, the manager on duty, was extremely helpful when we called and explained the situation. He was able to provide us with a solution and even took extra time to follow up with us later on.“

“I would rate Bugambilias at 4.5 stars. The restaurant was small, neat, and clean. The service was efficient and friendly. The food was was not salty or greasy and had excellent flavor, which reminded me of good Mexican restaurants in southern California. The salsa was mild but flavorful and not salty. I didn't ask about medium or hot salsa because mild was good for us. My Shrimp Fajita was the best I've had with perfectly seared shrimp and tender but not overcooked or burned vegetables. My companions also loved their Mole Poblano and Beef Mexiote. The fried ice cream and churros were very good for dessert. I recommend it, and we will definitely be back soon.“

“service was bad. we arrived there on 6/19/24 after 6pm and set at the bar the bartender with glasses was rude. the table was sticky, we asked him twice to wipe the table down. we had to end up asking another bartender to wipe the table down so the other bartender got upset because he heard us asking someone else, so he decided to throw the towel on our table and my husband said that is your job to wipe the table not ours, so the other bartender asked us to please excuse him, and he wiped it down. no sir that was rude and unacceptable. so, we did give the nice bartender a nice tip. moral of the story is do not block your blessings over nonsense do your job and be nice to customers if u cannot be professional then you should get another job not dealing with customers. have a bless day!“

“Easily the best Mexican restaurant I have ever been to! The chips and salsa are delicious and the house made guacamole was amazing. I ordered the crab enchiladas, and they were perfect. My husband ordered the Arroyo enchiladas which were also delicious. Their margaritas are good as well, and we were impressed with the flan we got for dessert. Food, service and atmosphere were all great. Definitely will be coming back and recommending to others!“

“I really wanted to give this place five stars, mostly because I think their food is absolutely spectacular. Seriously, their burritos are SO good and I don't have a single complaint about their food.

However, I knocked a star off because the food is much more expensive than I'd expect. Thirteen dollars for a burrito is wild, and while I have paid it several times and will continue to in the future, I am not comfortable giving this place five stars because of the value.“

“Good traditional carne asada steak taco with onions and cilantro. Plenty of meat and wasn't fatty or gristley. Green salsa was good for me. Red salsa set my lips on 🔥 lol I think one green sauce came with the price of the taco. I had one carne asada taco, 2 green sauces, and one red sauce for $7.15. Unfortunately, I didn't check my bag well and missed out on the lime wrapped in foil on its own before I devoured the whole taco.“

“I’ve been here a few times and the food doesn’t disappoint. I did have a disappointing experience today with our bill however. There was an extra meal charged on our bill which I brought to our servers attention. When she returned, I found that instead of voiding and printing a corrected bill, she ran a credit charge for the overage. This meant I had to pay the higher incorrect charge and wait (from what I understand) a couple 3-4 days for the credit to return to my card. I don’t feel it appropriate that the customer pay for the billing error then have to wait for a refund. I did let them know I wasn’t happy about it. I will be watching that I do receive this credit. It also put a bad taste in my mouth about returning anytime soon.“

“As has been noted often, this is one of the few places in town with authentic Mexican food. This was our first time here and we're glad we finally decided to check it out. We both got a few tacos- the chicken was a little dry but overall didn't ruin the taco by any means, and we tried the asada & lengua as well. Chips and dip were great, queso was amazing.“

“Party of two, on a Saturday night for dinner. It was karaoke night but the music was not too loud and you could still have a conversation. The only issue was transparency when it came time to pay.
THE GOOD - Nice decor, a better food selection compared to other Mexican food restaurants. The staff was pleasant.
THE BAD - They automatically added a 20% top to our check.
THE UGLY - They were not up-front about the tip. The server came up with a tablet, gave our total, and did not offer to let us review the bill. The total seemed high, and I asked if there was any type of fee. The server said there was an automatic tip. I asked what the percentage was and the server initially stated they did not know but eventually said it was 20%. I paid and was then asked for an additional tip. (This time, voluntary.)
Given that it was karaoke night and we stayed a bit past dinner, I would've given more, but was turned off by the lack of candor.“

From corn tortillas to burritos and tortas honey he never misses and the Verde and roja sauces best I've ever had.
