“We placed a Door Dash order through the Taco Bell app and ended up missing half of our order, likely due to a missing bag. Timothy, the manager on duty, was extremely helpful when we called and explained the situation. He was able to provide us with a solution and even took extra time to follow up with us later on.“

“I would rate Bugambilias at 4.5 stars. The restaurant was small, neat, and clean. The service was efficient and friendly. The food was was not salty or greasy and had excellent flavor, which reminded me of good Mexican restaurants in southern California. The salsa was mild but flavorful and not salty. I didn't ask about medium or hot salsa because mild was good for us. My Shrimp Fajita was the best I've had with perfectly seared shrimp and tender but not overcooked or burned vegetables. My companions also loved their Mole Poblano and Beef Mexiote. The fried ice cream and churros were very good for dessert. I recommend it, and we will definitely be back soon.“

“service was bad. we arrived there on 6/19/24 after 6pm and set at the bar the bartender with glasses was rude. the table was sticky, we asked him twice to wipe the table down. we had to end up asking another bartender to wipe the table down so the other bartender got upset because he heard us asking someone else, so he decided to throw the towel on our table and my husband said that is your job to wipe the table not ours, so the other bartender asked us to please excuse him, and he wiped it down. no sir that was rude and unacceptable. so, we did give the nice bartender a nice tip. moral of the story is do not block your blessings over nonsense do your job and be nice to customers if u cannot be professional then you should get another job not dealing with customers. have a bless day!“

“We stopped by La Parada in Indianapolis for lunch, and from the outside, I'll admit it looked a little... let's say "quiet." There wasn't a soul in sight, and we were starting to wonder if we had made the right choice. But stepping inside, it felt like we were transported into a cozy, vibrant Mexican spot with the typical charm you'd expect.

On the server's recommendation, I ordered a Michelada. Let's just say, it was spicy and packed a punch ! For the main course, we got chicken fajitas and veggie fajitas. The sizzle alone made it worth it, and the flavors did not disappoint. And, of course, we couldn't resist ordering flan for dessert. Sweet, creamy, and the perfect way to finish off the meal. Service was also prompt and warm. All in all, despite the initial "is this place open?" vibe from the outside, it ended up being a delicious and memorable meal. Definitely a hidden gem if you're ever in Indy!“

“Best vegan nachos I have had in Indy, absolutely fantastic. Good service at the bar from T. If you haven't had it I recommend a Bohemia beer. Wish I could rave about their house margarita, but it's just terrible. But not enough of an issue to ever keep me from coming back here again and again.“

“I’ve been here a few times and the food doesn’t disappoint. I did have a disappointing experience today with our bill however. There was an extra meal charged on our bill which I brought to our servers attention. When she returned, I found that instead of voiding and printing a corrected bill, she ran a credit charge for the overage. This meant I had to pay the higher incorrect charge and wait (from what I understand) a couple 3-4 days for the credit to return to my card. I don’t feel it appropriate that the customer pay for the billing error then have to wait for a refund. I did let them know I wasn’t happy about it. I will be watching that I do receive this credit. It also put a bad taste in my mouth about returning anytime soon.“

“Amazing place close by from Monument Circle and all the other attractions. The ambiance is just great and they have great cocktails. Mezcal Rita is my favorite. I just had Guacamole and chips and it came out great. Next time I will try the tacos amd some othe items. I was at bar and bartender is friendly and takes care pf customers very well.

“I love authentic Mexican food and this guy has exactly that! I found him a year ago and it has been a continuous foodship. From corn tortillas to burritos and tortas honey he never misses and the Verde and roja sauces best I've ever had. Being right around the corner from my house I've gotten to enjoy the best of his work. JUST WONDERFULLY DELICIOUS 😋 😊“
