“Staff are very kind, and when they make mistakes(as everyone does) they are quick to correct and make it right.
I had a mix up with my order, and they gave me an extra donut and I barely noticed the extra time it took.

“Thank you to this gentleman at Dunkin on Broadway in Crown Point. I thought I put it on the mobile order but when I got here I didn’t, and he made sure I was taken care of.  It was a large order and they jumped right on it. “

“Always a great experience at this Dunkin! The staff is friendly, fast, and they always get my order right. My coffee is made perfectly every time, and the food is fresh and hot. The store is clean, well-stocked, and has a welcoming atmosphere. You can tell the team here actually cares about their customers — they greet you with a smile and make the morning rush so much easier. Definitely my favorite Dunkin to stop at!“

“s/o to the young pretty girl with dark hair and glasses at the window today! i’m visiting family in the area so this was my first visit and she got my coffee order PERFECT even with how complicated it was 🤭 even the people in my hometown mess it up often lolll. she was also super sweet and i felt so welcomed 🥰 totally made my morning i went in the morning and im STILL thinking about the amazing customer service ❤️ i’ll definitely visit again right before i leave in two days 🤩“
