“Go here often afterwork- overnight thru the drive thru as I did this morning. They're always more than courteous/respectful as if you're in a 5 star, sit down restaurant. Food is hot & fresh. AI taking orders is still a work in progress, but when it messes up, you get a live person pretty quickly to finish order. Best White castle overall I've ever been to.“

Kayla at the Jersey Mike’s in Merrillville, Indiana went above and beyond to make my sandwich experience amazing! She was one step ahead of me every step of the way—I didn’t have to ask for a single thing. It honestly felt like she read my mind. My sandwich was absolutely delicious, and her service was friendly, quick, professional, and clearly experienced. I will 100% be coming back to this location just for her. Kayla is a huge asset to this store!“

“It was no waiting upon arrival at the Merrillville location. Haven't been here in years, that you place your own order and seat yourself now. The restaurant is clean and organized. The music plays at a good volume where you can still have a conversation at the table. It was wonderful to be greeted by Tiffany and her son with smiles. To the young lady who frowns bringing the orders, hope she can find a smile. Our food was fresh and hot. The bathroom was smelly upon using to wash my hands before eating. Their was hair on the floor in the first stall. To the guy who sweeps the floor as soon as the customers are done, good job and keep it up. I didn't catch his name. Thank you to the entire team telling us to have a good night as the family left the restaurant.“
