“Ordered on the app and arrived on time sandwich meal was not ready and app said it was….parked went in and they had not even made it, I had some time so waited, afterwards they gave me 3 cc cookies ? for free due to inconvenience. It’s not polite to assume cookies will make everything alright but still, was nice gesture.“

“I've ordered 15 footlong sandwiches in the last 2 weeks. I drive from out-of-town because the 2 Subways near me don't accept coupons, which is the only reason I would go to a Subway these days.
I've interacted with 4 different workers and they have all been pleasant. All of the sandwiches were made correctly and ready when I arrived.“
